Xiaomi Poco F2 Pro | (Electric Purple) Unboxing & First Impressions By J. Williams

Alright guys welcome back to another video should manage so the polka phone f2 Pro is the phone that I purchased a while back because. Somehow I got hung up in customs, but I did get this phone for $4.99 right out the gate, so we're going to get this unboxed here, and I'm going to go ahead and show it to you: I'm going to pop SIM card in and start using it so no delays, let's just get it open because. This is what you came for, but this aside, this phone right here isn't something that you haven't seen before. Poco is definitely trying to be a company. That's going to be killer with specs. Here's the case right here.

They're going to try to shut it down with specs. Well, this is oh. This is actually a hard case. It's actually pretty cool I've got to use that, so they're going to be at the phone company. That's always had some of the lowest prices and giving you some of the most high quality products, but this is like their phone that they're really pushing.

Oh, it's got some weight to it. I mean I knew it's going to have a little of heft to it, but wow you can feel it just so. You know I mean this is 219 grams, so there's the phone, and you get the charger and see I have this charger right here. I don't have the newest version charger, but I do have an adapter that they put in the box here. So let's set all this aside here and let's get to opening this phone, as you can see here, six point: seven six point: six: seven inch AMOLED full jet full screen display Qualcomm Snapdragon, 688, 65, 64 megapixel camera for the main shoot of the shoots, an AK-47 hundred million power battery with 30 watt fast charging.

So let's get this open here, as you can see, I want with the electric purple I think this is an eclectic color eclectic, color new was gonna, be nice in person, so I'm going to go ahead and pop my sim card in here. Real fast because, I'm gonna, be using this SIM card tray is on the bottom. We're going to do a hardware tour, and we're gonna just go ahead and give it to you, I'll, be using the exclusive dis exclusively on AT&T and T-Mobile for those that might be wondering hopefully I'm putting it in right. Let's see here, okay, all right, so we're gonna power up. It does have a pop-up camera.

It's a nice little color, Poco Loco you've got a red accents button. This purple is just it's so nice you got some polka branding down there. You got your volume rocker right here. Slippery volume rocker no grip to either one of those just kind of disappointing, but got your pop-up camera up top IR blaster headphone jack on the top microphone there, and then you've got that me. You 11, obviously a speaker and charging port and microphone with the bottom, with the SIM tray, as you can see there and then nothing on this side and then there's that full screen display that we love all so much and again, let's take a look at that purple.

Let's call it. Electric purple comes in different colors. Obviously, you've got electric purple cyber gray, phantom white and neon blue I. Personally think the purple is, you know the best-looking color them all, but going to get this set up, and I'll be right back alright, guys, so I got it set up and playing with it for a little, and obviously I'm extremely impressed. This is obviously going to be a really fast device speediness or whatever I've gotten.

All my applications installed haven't signed in to anything, but I was pretty much just setting it up. Because I wanted to go over. You know not detailed, but you know just say a quick little look at the device. Man I'm really impressed with this thing. To be honest, the cameras I'll show you that, but you know just the overall feel of this device.

This is actually perfect. You know, I have a lot of phones, so it's sometimes it's hard to get the just of a device when you're when you're using a phone, it's hard to you know, compare it to other devices because you might like a whole slew of devices. If you have devices like I do, but you remember the g8 used to be my benchmark, so I'm trying to find that other device. That's gonna, be my benchmark for this all-around flagship. You know this is the offering and for right now still deciding if this might be the one, because I do have some other phones I'm, going to show you later on down the line, but look at this right here.

This is the classic listing from Xiaomi. You can actually go in and change the themes in the theme store. You know, there's just a's just a bunch, man, there 's's a bunch to choose from, so I. Just put it on this default one for now, but you can change the wallpapers. Furthermore, you can change the theme all of that in the themes' door.

We know this to be true, so I was turn this to vibrate. There we go, so this is the way I typically set up most of my devices. With this same thing, let me grab whatever closest to me, see I kind of have them set up all the same, as social media, and you know just like that and then the main apps along the bottom. So this phone is fast man I mean has to pop up camera on the front. I'm going to go and turn that on.

You can see how it looks right there, and I've been playing with the cameras, and they are perfect. If you want to do a 64 megapixel photo you just press the 64. Megapixel photos shot right there and you know what? Let's, let's does it like this? Let's just take my ring off real, quick and see if I can get a nice 64 megapixels shot real, quick, pretty clear, pretty nice, so you should have some here's your pro mode right here. You've got pro mode panorama night portrait 64 photos, you know saying, and it's just uh. You know, and let me show you the macro shot.

Let's do a macro shot of that same. Let's do my ring again. Wow, this thing can get really close. Oh, it wants me to get really close to see. Yeah, that's pretty good! So you know the cameras.

Juice in a case are e that are there to quit. Shooting a K. You go to video you San OK. You just hit that button at the top, and now you're shooting an AI a K. Now just for kicks here is 8 K.

This is a shooting at a K, really curious to see how this quality is going to compare to you know the 4k 60 or just any other phones, you've seen with 8k footage. I, obviously don't use a K. You could record a full video in HK, but yeah it'll be the purpose of that high quality. Very detailed video I, don't know, but it has to be good a K, and this aid K is actually really solid. It's much better than some of the other ones that I've tested, and I like this, alright guys so here's the rear camera shooting in 4k at 60 frames per second.

This is actually a these cameras are so impressive. It's obviously I've been testing them a little before giving you this footage, but wow I don't really like how it looks so much in lower lighting right now. Basically, I had an LED one LED and then the room was dark, and it did fairly well, but did I mean in regular usage like this, you are going to love these cameras, I mean what do you think about the quality incredible, so the cameras I will obviously give a full detailed walkthrough of those. But you know software wise Xiaomi software is blazing fast. You know it's its nothing that I complain about.

Overall, though, I really like this so far man. This is just an unboxing and first impressions. Lets going to the settings real quick one thing: I want to get into there's a lot going on with this phone man. This thing has a Super AMOLED display. It has always on display 500 nits of brightness HDR 10 compliant Corning Gorilla, Glass 5 20 by 9 aspect ratio, 60 gigs of ram in this one that I bought with 128 gigs of storage and that's the ddr4.

If you get the 8 gig, you get the ddr5, but I, don't think you're going to see too much difference again. You have that motorized 20 megapixel pop-up camera. That is fire right. There I really like it, and then you've got this 64 megapixel main shoot on the rear, Bluetooth, 5.1 folks in screen fingerprint reader I'll show you that, oh well, you know, I need to set it up yet hold on I was having some problems, setting up the fingerprint reader for some reason, but it does have an N screen. Fingerprint reader, and you've got Wi-Fi or do like high resolution audio 24-bit through the headphone jack and you've got a loudspeaker, no stereo speakers or anything on here, but I'm, pretty sure it'll be okay, and you got the facial recognition.

This is really nice. Forty, seven hundred million of our battery and a 47 excuse me a 30 watt charger inside for 500 bucks I mean there's, there's nothing out there. That's offering that kind of you know value for the money right now, there's nothing out there with those internals. So looking at it here. Obviously, I have my AT&T SIM card in here, and you've got always on display and lock screen.

This is what I want to get into. You can actually cut all this customizations in here. Look at all these there's, just a ton and I have mine set to this wall and down here, but you can do backgrounds. This is the always-on display is really nice in here, but you can do your own theme, one that you want to do really nice I mean that that's I, like that, and you've got double tap to wake turn on off the screen you got raised awake. You can put your lock screen information, lock, screen clock format, do whatever you want to do it.

This is nice I turn off launch camera on like double pressing that, but you also have dark mode. You can turn on dark mode. You can just turn it on, and you can schedule it that it's a dark mode I will be leaving that on, but really, really nice. Furthermore, you got your text size, a bunch of different things in this phone for this price range. Now that I actually have it I'm.

Almost in all, you know and like I'm kind of not speechless, but I'm I'm surprised at how well this phone looks and feels, and I'm really curious how this is gonna hold up on battery I think it probably should do great on battery actually, but we will see someone I want to answer a question about ads people. Give you asking me about ads. Do your Xiaomi phones show ads. I have yet to get an ad to pop up on my Xiaomi device in the beginning of the setup. I was gonna, show it to you, but I just kept going, there's a spot that says personalized ads, I, don't know that's what's stopping mine, but on none of my Xiaomi devices do I have ads popping up.

If it does happen, I'll tell you, but let's go here under additional settings. You can see what you got here, your date and time your language, your full screen display buttons and shortcuts quick ball accessibility. You just have everything that you have in a Xiaomi device, but the only difference is this. One is one of the most powerful Xiaomi devices to date. It's really fast.

So you can add some games in there. You got your LED light everything, but I mean I, don't know now that I actually have it honestly I'm kind of in awe to be honest, I'm in shock that I. Actually, this is a perfect feeling device. Speaking a good feeling, look at that electric purple, and we're going to try on that case, because that case folks, it's a hard case, and it's got grip all over it. That's how hard this is.

A hardcover saw obviously soft on the sides, but this is for protection for sure folks. So pop this on, it's got mad grip, and you will not I, don't even need to buy any more cases. Maybe I'll get something for a review, but I like this case huh, so there it is folks the Xiaomi Redmi, oh god, the Xiaomi poker phone f2 pro I have so many Xiaomi devices. This is incredible. This is a beautiful device.

Folks no lies I tell you no lies I like this and uh. This is obviously going to be the day the daily, so we'll see how this works out. I mean I, obviously have ton of other phones, I'm going to be reviewing at the same time, but I do have multiple SIM cards. You guys are asking for a follow-up on the me dizzy. Phone I got something else for you as well on that.
