Rhinoshield Solid Suit Case for OnePlus 8 Pro Unboxing and Review By Big Unbox

What is up guys welcome to the big unbox, where we do that small tech, and today I am back with another big unboxing for you for the OnePlus 8 pro, and today we're back with the case from rhino shield. This is gonna, be the solid suit series to unbox. Do a quick review as always I'll, throw up the link in the video description. If you want to check it out pricing, I think for this one's about 30 bucks, so decently priced now around the shield in the past, probably three or four years has taken a little while to get the OnePlus products out. They usually kind of release them a couple of months after release, which is of the actual phone itself, which is a little weird, but they finally got it to us. So we're actually going to do this review and I also got the bumper case as well, so we'll check that one out to maybe do some skin reviews as well just to check and see how that one is with some skins.

But in the meantime we got the solitude series. So you can check this one out presentation. This is what you're going to get it's a little. I think this just came in the mail today, and it's extremely hot outside, so you can see its kind of uh sticking to it at least so. Hopefully it's still good to go a little of branding up top one plus eight pro looks legit and the back is going to tell a little more details what you're going to get about the actual protection and all that good stuff.

So let's get right to it know a lot of you guys waited for this one, as I was. Let's check it out to see if it's a hit or miss for your OnePlus 8 pro put that to the side and that's already coming off, so we'll just take it off. So you can tell first impressions soap, super soft matte black finish um. I don't think I think it's probably resistant of fingerprints, but it's just super soft matte black finish nicely designed one part case hard: shell plastic right there. It's got a little of give to it.

Design on the outside. You just got a little of branding right there from rhino shield um, not much grip, maybe a little slippery. I wish they would have actually given you some it's because it's like the hard shell plastic there's really nothing in terms of overall grip on the sides. Besides, maybe that rhino shield on this side will give you a little of uh that logo kind of engraved we'll give you a little more grip but overall, a little slippery. So that's kind of a little disappointment interior very nicely designed you can see this kind of really nice pattern on the interior.

That goes all the way around the bumper itself. So it's very nice protective. It's not exactly soft, but I feel like it's going to give you some decent protection. Uh rhino shield, branding right there, and then you can see again that design goes all the way around the bumper area, so it doesn't just cut off near the actual sides gives you that full effect all the way around the bumper area, so decently designed case. Let's go and check this out with the OnePlus 8 pro we'll.

Take this beautiful black and we do it. You know how we do it. We wipe it down, so, let's wipe it down, wipe it down, make it look clean and beautiful for the camera that OnePlus 8 pro still looking great, the black version looks hard. What are you guys still rocking the OnePlus 8 pro? What are you doing right now? Uh? Are you looking forward to the word or whatever it's called? I don't know, what's going on with that? Probably I'm not sure if it's released in the states here, if, if it is, if it's not I'll, try to have to get this one bay if it's not released in the states, I know a lot of people it's supposed to be more budget friendly k or phone from OnePlus lately, but this one is still holding up really nice extremely nice product from OnePlus premium product, probably the best phone that they've released. Let's wipe the front down as well make it look clean for the camera shine it up all nice.

Look at that so that black on black, it looks very, very clean. Look at that nicely designed black on black. Very nice design, it's gonna, add a little of bulk, not too bad, though it feels like a snug fit. I think in the past, there's been some fit problems with this particular case and one plus, so they've actually done a good job. It feels pretty snug around the actual corners itself, where it's not actually going to be loose at all.

Let's check out the camera protection nice camera protection. You can see the reinforcement around the full edge of the camera and those parts exposed. Some cases will cover this up, it's just whatever you prefer. I don't have a problem with that, especially with the nice camera protection. Now it's not crazy up.

So that would be a little of a flaw, but you can see the design where they give you the extra layer around it, but not a crazy amount of camera protection, but I would say it's definitely enough: let's go and check out the lip, because everybody likes a fat Elizabeth and I actually like the lip protection on this one. Look at that fat lip up on the bottom and then fat lip on the top you're not getting much on the side. Just because of that curved screen. It's just not doable, so you can see it curves around the sides of the screen itself, but the fat lip on the front bottom. I think you're good to go if you drop that without any issues, especially if you're rocking a screen protector volume up and down good to go, click responsive, I would say it's a little stiffer than some of them, because the buttons it's kind of a plastic feel they're, not soft, but the buttons themselves are decently click, and you can see it kind of uh like differentiates the two volume up and down right there.

So it's not too bad at all speaker, grille, looks good power, looks good check out the power or the power button right here, click and responsive and then alert slider. This is going to be one of those things. Some people like the alert slider some people, don't I actually like this. They cover it up, and then they make it into an actual button. Easy access.

You can check that out. Every single time clicks very nicely done. I prefer I actually like that. I think that's a nice little feature of the actual phone itself. So let's put this on real quick, look at that front, beautiful, looking design black on black bumper overall, I think this is a nice feeling case.

It's definitely not it's, not the sleekest looking case in the world and yes, there's probably better options, especially if your budget's cheaper, like whether you want to go for like a sign case, but this one to me, I'd, say overall, if you're a fan of rhino shield, this one may be a hit for you. It's probably going to be a hit overall for that price point look around for some coupon codes. If you can get even 10 to drop that off shipping was pretty quick as well.
