Realme 7 5G UNBOXING - 120Hz Screen, Dimensity 800U By Shaan Haider

What's up guys this is Sean heather, and today we got real maze, 7 5g smartphone with us. We are going to perform a quick unboxing of its retail box. We'll have a look on the device inside. Furthermore, we will talk about its design features, highlighted specs along with all the user unboxing stuff. So here we go. First, let's have a look on the retail box itself, so here we got a huge 7 branding and multiple times.5G is appearing on the front side of the retail box, realm 75g Redmi 75g. Here we got some information that this device comes with: MediaTek density, 800u, 5g chipset.

We got 5000 image battery with 30 watt dark charging, and it comes with a 120 hertz ultra smooth display. So this is one of the most highlighted feature after the 5g connectivity of this device and then what we got is the 48 megapixel quad camera with AI capability, and this device comes in the missed blue color variant. As I know, this is the only color variant of real me: 7 5g smartphone. So, let's open this box and let's see what we got inside, welcome to realm family. So here we got some quick start guide user manuals and a silicon case for the back panel here is the real maze, 7 5g.

This is the Realme 30 watt, dart charger, and then we got this USB type-c cable, a sim card tray, ejector, pin and that's all so as you can see that there is no earphone provided in the retail box of real me, seven, five key. So these are the stuff we got inside the retail box, the quick start guide user manuals, the silicon case for the back panel, 30 watt, dot charger, USB type c, cable, sip card tray, ejector pen and the real miss 7, 5g smartphone, and here we go so this is the Realme 75g in miss blue color. So let's switch on the device and while it's booting up for the very first time, I'm going to tell you about few of the hardware aspects of this device. First of all that it comes with a 6.5 inch, full HD plus screen with 91 screens to body ratio, and the screen is protected by gorilla glass. The internal storage is 128, and I'm not sure about the amount of ram.

We will have a look on it after a while once I finish this setup because as you can see that on the box itself, it's not mentioned the storage of this Realme 75g, because this is a special review unit box and, as you can see, there is a huge sticker hiding all the specification of Realme 75g. So now I'm just going to do this quick setup, and after that we will have a detailed look on the Realme 7 5g here, and here we go. So this is the home screen of real me, seven 5g! Let me reduce the brightness a bit. So, first, let's talk about the design. On the front side, we got a huge 6.5-inch screen with 20 to 9 aspect ratios and 91 screen body ratios. So the display is quite tall and most of the front side is basically just a screen.

The bezels are very thin on the sides and also the chain. The bottom bezel is very thin as well. The same goes with the top bezel. Here we got an earpiece. The punch hole for the front facing camera is a bit big at the bottom we got the speaker, grille USB type-c, port triangular microphone and a 3.5 mm jack, and at the top we just got the secondary microphone, and here you can see that the screen of real me, seven 5g, is slightly curved at the edges, and it looks quite premium in terms of appearance. On the right hand, side we got the power key under which the fingerprint reader is placed, there's a knot provided that helps in finding and placing your finger or thumb perfectly and easily on the fingerprint reader.

On the right hand, side we got the volume rockers and there is the sim card tray slot, under which you will find the hybrid dual sim card slot and the simple slot can be used for micros card as well to expand the memory. The back of Realme 75g comes with the similar design. What we have seen on real me, 7 and Realme 7 pro, so there is dual tone: split design. On the right hand, side the shade of the color is a bit different and, on the left hand, side it's a bit different and even though it is not reflective, it gives a very nice gradient effect, as you can see that this is blue, and it's going a bit dark at different angles, looking totally black. So this is quite nice for sure, and it looks very beautiful and premium.

One drawback here is that it is attracting fingerprints very quickly on the back panel, as you can see in all of these spots here, the back panel and the frame both are made of plastic, but because of this beautiful design and the matte finish frame that also sports, the gradient tone, having light to darker shade towards bottom, that overall gives the impression of premium build quality and material. So in terms of design, Realme 7 pro 5g is a very gorgeous. Looking smartphone, especially the back panel, is very beautiful, but, as I mentioned, you can see all of these fingerprints appearing on the back of the device. The screen looks beautiful because of the huge screen to body ratio and the device is quite lightweight. It weighs just 195 grams, even though it comes with a massive 5000 image battery and a huge 6.5-inch screen. The camera bump is very menu, and you won't feel any elevation by putting the device on any flat surface, and I believe, once you put any case on the back panel, then this pump will totally unnoticeable for sure now talking about the screen and display real me, 75g comes with 6.5 inch, full HD plus screen with 91 screens to body ratio and 20 to 9 aspect ratios that brings 405 PPI. So the display quality is very impressive.

It's very sharp, and even if I bring the screen so close to the camera, you won't see any pix elation. The viewing angles are very nice, and the screen is protected by gorilla glass and the good part is that, even though the screen got gorilla glass protection, it also comes with a pre-applied screen protector. So we got dual protection on the screen of real me. Seven 5g- and this is quite nice for sure, since this is an IPS LCD screen, there is no always on display on this device and, as we have seen, there is no possibility of in-display fingerprint sensor. We got one here right below the power button, but the most highlighted point about the display of real me.

Seven 5g is the refresh rate. It comes with the 120 hertz refresh rate, and that's really impressive. Considering this is a mid-range smartphone. The 120 hertz refresher display is quite a premium thing, and you will find it mostly only on flagship smartphone costing nearly 2.5 to 3 times more money compared to real me, seven 5g. So this is a very impressive feature of real me, 7 5g.

So as you can see that this is very smooth, it's at 120 hertz, refresher right now, and it's super smooth, as we can see here talking about the hardware specs. It comes with MediaTek diamond city, 800u OCTA core processor and, as you can see, we got 8gb ram in this device. We got 128gb storage out of which 113 GB is user available. So nearly 15 GB is consumed by the room and pre-installed applications. The device runs on android 10.

On top of the Realme UI 1.0, we got Mali, g57, mc3 GPU in this device and in our gaming review of Realme 75g. We will see how good the combination of this CPU and GPU is going to perform talking about the software side. Realm UI is quite feature-rich, so it comes with a folder full of google applications other than these record. The Realme app market from where you can download and install few applications. Here you can see that we got clock phone manager, file, manager under tools.

You will find lots of useful apps, and then we got music videos, themes, game center, game space. So loop is a video editing application. Then we got Realme link, that's the smart device application for Realme and other than this. We got hot games and hot apps folder that will be autopopulated with new applications that you can install. If you want, and then we got WPS Office, Facebook, messenger tick, took we TV and Lazada shopping applications pre-installed.

If you go to the app drawer, you can see it comes with a very stock, android feel and look, and it looks beautiful, and it's very smooth. As you can see, we are using this device right now at 120, hertz, refresh rate, and if you go to the settings once again, you can see lots of options are provided in the settings that we can use for better productivity. Now, talking about the camera record, a 16 megapixel front-facing camera that is capable of recording 1080p resolution videos on the back, we got the 48 megapixel primary camera, 8 megapixels, ultra-wide angle, lens 2, megapixel, depth, sensor and 2 megapixel macro lens. It is capable of recording 4k resolution videos at 30, fps and full HD video resolution up to 120 fps for slow motion. If you launch the camera app, this is the standard user interface that you will find on Oppo and Realme smartphones.

So, under the photo mode you got the beautification. We can switch to wide angle. The maximum zoom level is 5x. We got HDR AI some filters in the video section you can find flash ultra studio mode and in the ultra HD mode you can even switch to max. If you want, so we got ultra HDD, and we got ultra HDD max, and then we got some filters here under the night mode we got the tripod mode and once again we got some filter in the portrait mode.

What we got is the both effect that you can even customize, depending on your preference. You got some filters. Obviously, and here is the beautification that you can apply on the pictures captured on the portrait mode. Then there is the high resolution.48 megapixel photo mode provided with AI capability. If you go to more here, you will find all the camera modes available.

So what we got is the dedicated movie mode time-lapse: Texas scanner, ultra macro, slow motion, pro mode and panorama. So I'm just going to take few pictures of this glorious gaming mouse here in the photo mode without using the AI, because by default it is turned off. So the focusing speed is blazing fast, and the speakers are good as well. Let's take some picture in 48 megapixels and some on ultra macro. So let's have a look on the pictures that we have just captured.

So this is quite impressive lots of detail. This is the regular photo mode. This is so good once again here you can see lots of detail. This is really nice, because, most of the time you will find mainly mid-range smartphones, offering 48 megapixel camera. But the performance is not that great.

But here you can see it's quite nice. You can even see the dust particles and all on my mouse here, and this is the 48 megapixel image. So this is even better wow. You can even see the texture of the surface of this giving mouse here. This is so good, really nice, and here what we got is the macro mode.

So you can see that the performance of macro mode is also nice lots of detail, so the camera performance overall is looking great, whether in the default photo mode or the 48 megapixel high resolution mode or the macro mode. So we will see in detail camera review of Realme 75g that how good it's going to be in different lighting condition in different shooting modes and camera modes right now, it's looking very nice for sure. So, at the first glance, Realme seven 5g is a great mid-range smartphone, and it is very impressive in every aspect the design is gorgeous. It comes with huge screen to body ratio. The back is very beautiful and looks premium, but it attracts lots of fingerprints as well as you can see here.

The display is very sharp. It is protected by gorilla glass, and it comes with 120 hertz, refresh rate screen that I believe you won't find in any other smartphone in this price segment. It got a massive 5000 image battery with 30 watt dart charging and the camera performance is quite impressive as well. So that's all for now.
