Hey guys so this will be quick, no speed test between these two on the Left. We have the 1 plus 5 and on the right here, HTC u11, so I'm going to go ahead and just turn on both at the same time, which one has the faster boot Oh. Now the waterslide. This is the 128 gigabyte of storage model with 8 gigs of ram, and the u11 here is the one with 4 gigs of ram, not the 6 like abroad. As you can see, both they're similar the boot up here, and we are in so comparing the phones real fast. So you can see some similarities here.
You have the fingerprint scanner in a similar place right there right on the bottom, and on top you have your earpiece. Your cameras are on opposite locations. Now, in the back one plus five, that the smell kind of construction going on, which is nice and in the ultra either you'll love it or hate. It got this liquid glass thing going on, which is a departure from their HTC 10, which was a metal build with large chamfers a little more similar to the OnePlus, but they decided to go with this. Do you like it or you hate it? What I'm going to do real, quick? Let's do a fingerprint scanner, speed test I'm going to try to do this at the same time.
Let's go there. We go then do that again, let's go okay, maybe click the edge to the wall plus five, alright, so I do have a bunch of apps here that I'm going to use in this test. There's nothing open in the background. Everything's been updated. Let's get start messages.
Whoa, see we have the camera there you go. Can we have the calculator whew very similar on both okay? We do have the clock, her and the weather. Okay, plus store; hmm, maybe the 11 by a split-second, see what can we click here? What is this? Candy Crush? Okay, okay, next up eBay, both practically identical, we'll leave it on that item. Okay, we have Amazon again very close click on this. We'll just leave it right there: okay, next up, Acrobat Reader, Oh, very similar; okay, we have Snapchat and again very similar okay.
We have speed test again very similar. Both phones are fast AF, okay, Mario run, as you can see similar again GTA San Andreas. Let's go Wow both the same now we have subway surfers okay, you 11 split second ahead, but really not a massive difference yet again: Temple Run, 2 and again not a massive difference. Really your 11 split second out in front, but it's not a dealbreaker by any stretch of the imagination, Angry Birds to whoa, all right. There you go and then, finally, what do we have next too tall and a little faster on the pie five on this one? All right? So now, let's go ahead and check out the RAM management on these two, so you can see I have all these apps open in the background, so I'm just going to run through the test again so memory, okay, Temple Run, 2, right where we left the game off subway search right there ready to play all right San Andreas.
Let's see while you run, okay, I have a reload here on the right. Okay, we have two speed tests. Okay, we load on the right. Okay, what about next Snapchat? That's in RAM, okay, we have acrobats okay, a bit of a reload here on the u11 again, okay, Amazon and again another reload. Are they do 11 at the eBay? Okay, really fresh under you, 11? Okay, we have the Play Store.
Let's see whether the clock, calculator in RAM, C, web, the camera and back to the messaging there we go a little minor refresh on the u11. So, as you can see, both phones are fairly fast. The first round of the app opening they're pretty much neck and neck. There is a slight difference in the RAM multitasking, but then again, the OnePlus spy's has a massive 8 gigs of ram. So I expected it to keep everything in RAM which it did in under you 11.
It didn't exactly keep everything in RAM, but it recovered fairly quickly, so considered as a very fast phone in its own right. So hit me up in the comments. Let me know what you think about this one. Let me know if you have an Pie 5 or if you have a 11 so yeah. Let's get a discussion going down there, I'll be tweeting down there.
Alright, thanks for watching peace out, you.
