Hermès Apple Watch Series 6: Unboxing & First Impressions By Kristina Braly

Oh, did you want me to unbox this not too long ago? I got it in my head that I wasn't wearing my Apple Watch Series 5. I have a ceramic one with a rainbow band. Furthermore, I love it um and I would never get rid of it because they don't make ceramic anymore, and they probably will. But to me, it's like a collector's piece. All of my previous apple watches, I've either given away to family or friends, or I have sold to family or friends as I in the past year have been focusing more on collecting jewelry and not like handbags and other luxury goods. I have kind of felt, like my arms are outfitted with quite a bit more fancy stuff, my wrists that I should say, and I felt like the kind of more sporty casual look of the ceramic despite its luxury price tag, was not really vibing anymore, and I had always had my eye on the Hermes edition Apple Watch and a bunch of you reached out saying you.

I mean how have you not gotten the series six, because it now has a pulse oximeter on it. If you guys don't know, I'm an anesthesiologist pulse oximeters are my life. They are my like day-to-day routine. My probably the most important monitor that I use in my job so kind of cool that it's now on the Apple Watch. So I thought I'd do a little unboxing and, let's see how it looks.

I also managed to get the let's sit down. Why am I standing up? I also managed to get the new cartilage double tour, bracelet, and you'll see spoiler, probably alert the color that I got is matching one of my brains, so I kind of feel like it's a neat vibe to like to wear the brain and the watch band, and so this is what I currently have, which is a lady date just, and I've been wearing that pretty much non-stop, but we're going to take that off and set her right. There she's still probably my favorite watch ever. Let's do this one first wow! This is gorgeous presentation. The previous apple watches presentations have been kind of lackluster because they've been kind of promoting this for this move to sustainable packaging and it just kind of takes away from the packaging experience.

Although it's an applaudable move, it kind of does take away from it a little all right, so two boxes in one and this one I assume, has the watch and this one. I need to pull off open, and it says here designed by apple in California and Hermes in Paris. Now this watch comes with, I think, an extended warranty um. I think a replacement service for some bands, I'm not really sure and the sport, the classic Hermes orange sport band so that you can still work out in it. It is also a cellular version.

Here is the charger cable. I'm really excited about that. I needed another one. They don't include the power adapters any more again in a move to promote sustainability. Is this going to come off jeez? It's so pretty! That's so pretty don't drop it Christina, and it does actually say Hermes on it, and you can see the sensors are different and then here is the combination I chose, which is there's nothing in here.

Oh- and I really like this branding here- and this is a nice little sleeve, I'm sure if I bought like the extra I'm sure that it will come like this too, but this is the single tour Narnia faux Borg, false color, and this is the exact same color as my 30 centimeter brain. So I am so excited now. I'm not actually going to put this one on, because I'm going to put on the new one. I want to unbox that with you guys not quite as pleasant. This is sold out everywhere, and you can't even get this online right now.

You can't get this in New York. You can't get this in la it's sold out everywhere. My Apple Watch, store and Apple Watch store. My Apple Store in the galleria here in Houston had one left this gorgeous skinny. So this is what makes it really special.

So I've been following Apple Watch, Hermes, design over the past few series and, like I said, I've never been in the bullet because I don't know I just I don't know I was always a version. I wanted more and I, when I saw this, I was like yeah. This is my reason for buying the Apple Watch this year was this band. Now you don't have to buy the Apple Watch to use this band like you, don't have to buy the Hermes one. You can just put this on your existing Apple Watch and as long as you have um this one only comes I be lit might come in both sizes, but as long as you pick the correct size, and it's available in your size, you can put this on your black one, your gold one, it doesn't matter um.

Obviously it's stainless steel, so you might want to consider that, but you really don't have to match anything. So, lets I'm not entirely sure how to put this on, but I am more excited about it. Let me just see usually buckles go on top. This even has its own serial number. Oh, here we go, it's a sweet spot, hey I like it.

I like it very much yay I love it. Cancel I'm going to go ahead and set this up and I will be back with you in a jiffy all right, so I've got everything set up, and I've just been playing around with customizing the Hermes watch faces. So if you don't know, basically only a few differences between getting an Irma's watch edition and just using your normal Apple Watch that you already have and pairing that with Irma's bands. So, oh there's, an update. I need to do the difference.

Is this is an Irma's branded watch, so it has some Hermes insignia engraved on the back of it um it. It is the only one that can access, basically unlock Hermes Apple Watch faces. So if you have a normal Apple Watch, and you buy a Hermes band, you have to use. The normal watch faces that everyone else has to use. First world problems.

I know basically only the Hermes Apple Watch can unlock and display these Hermes watch faces. So like this one and Hermes exclusive Apple Watch face. Obviously it just creates some sort of exclusivity, some sort of perk for shelling out the money to buy their version um. I do believe it comes with a longer warranty, 36 months instead of 24, I want to say for Apple Care and um, I'm not sure what else. Beyond that, I have heard that if you lose or misplace your sport band, they'll send you another one um.

I don't know if that's for free or not, but basically you can't get this unless you have an app Irma's Apple Watch is my understanding. So this one is actually branded Hermes right there, and this is a classic. Obviously, as you can tell by the box, it is a very signature. Ms color, all of their boxes come like this in this color, so it's very on brand, so I even chose the Hermes orange as the little seconds hand, so yeah, that is the unboxing in a nutshell, I'm really excited about it. I really like how the double tour in this is skinny, so I don't so.

This cartilage means that there is a harness acclaim's harness in French. I had to look that up, and it's skinnier, so the lugs don't go all the way to the edge it's a much more delicate, much more feminine strap than their previous. It's just a lot more unique, and it's unique to this year and this um. I guess this version. I am very pleased with the look.

Furthermore, I think it looks great. Furthermore, I think it this strap will help protect it from banging into my other jewelry and scratching my jewelry or scratching the watch. So I really like that that feature and uh very happy with it, and I will still you know- obviously wear my Rolex that I love so much it's vintage, and it is basically the exact same watch that my mom has and has worn. Since I was a child, I found the exact same version that she has so now when we wear it we're completely matching. She has the extent- and this is like from the same year- definitely the same decade but same year that she bought hers.

So yeah, it's just really special to me. I really love it all right, so that's going to do it for my Hermes Apple Watch edition unboxing, not too many of these out here on YouTube, so I thought I'd put one out there in case anybody was interested or looking into it and yeah. I'm excited to pair this with my love Narnia brain. Furthermore, I am very, very pleased. Furthermore, I cannot wait.
