Galaxy Z Fold 3 Camera Bump, New Photos | Galaxy UnPacked 2021 New Date? | Buds 2 Price | GTVDR163

What is going on guys welcome to Gretel's TV daily rewind, it's where we go back. We can give you all of your tech news stories from the past seven days in one single video, and we covered so much information from the Galaxy Z, full 3, the z, flip 3, the new buds 2 price. What that's going to be? We have information on the date of Samsung, unpack, changing and being maybe pushed back just a little, and so much more so enjoy this week's episode and if you're not subscribed, make sure you subscribe, because I put out two videos every single day 365 days a year. I do not take a day off, we'll see you in the next one. Let's get into the TAC news. First story of the day: Samsung had an event today, press event talking about kind of like what's going on with their software development, especially with the Wear OS side of things, and they showed off some videos of that.

But before we jump into that, let's talk about the s pen Samsung has come out and said, as you can see, from the headline Samsung's, confirming that the s pen is coming to more devices again. Now that really isn't anything new they've talked about the s pen coming to more devices in the past, the recent past at that, so that you could use it on different devices. Now we know, obviously you can use it with a galaxy s21 ultra. We know you can use it on the note devices, and also we've heard and seen rumors and everything else coming about the Galaxy Z full three as well. The only question I would reign to me remain to me is obviously you would expect we're going to see with the galaxy s22.

Ultra will probably see it on more phones beyond that, but uh. What do you guys? Think? Which phones also do you think we'll see s pens on next up is about galaxy watch. Basically one two, three, all those watches out there Samsung will give you some updates. It looks like for possibly another three years or a year or two, but basically they not doesn't look like it anyway. They're going to it doesn't look like they're going to update those to Wear OS.

So if you wanted to keep those watches for a lot longer, it looks like you probably won't, be able to keep them basically forever. But who would keep a smartwatch forever anyway, but still looks like you probably want to upgrade to the galaxy watch 4 and beyond, so they can take advantage of all the features and since today was Samsung's little event, they showed off videos of Wear OS in action on the Samsung side and it you know it's a kind of what you would expect. What Wear OS would look like it's. You know, Wear OS, watches you'll, get it on the new wear. Oh, the new galaxy wear, four watches and four active watches and um you'll get the Google apps built in auto app apps installation and so on and so forth.

But this kind of just gives you a look at what it's going to look like when it's on your wrist that new software and the last story of the day comes from. Let's go digital, who shows off what they think the galaxy s22 ultra 5g is going to look like, and they've kind of already done. Something like this in the past, but they're doing it a little different this time with some newer rumors that have leaked out with the phone. Obviously, they show uh the huge camera the s pen support they show it looks like some headphones next to it, but obviously the big development from this is the camera layout and camera design on there, taking advantage of potentially those huge camera megapixels that would be coming to the phone, especially if they their deal with Olympus works out that stick an Olympus lens on the back there and then on the front. You'd still get the camera punch.

All there's been rumors that the s22 ultra will not have under display camera that it would stick with the camera punch hole, and it shows that off with the s pen, next to it and then obviously just a range of colors that it potentially might come in if they do come out in these colors and then lastly, again another photo of the front and the back of what the galaxy s 22 ultra might look like. First story of the day is about the Samsung Galaxy buds 2 and what the reported cost will be. Now before we talk about the exact cost of these. I went into this feeling like these were going to be 100 bucks, and it doesn't look like they're going to be 100 bucks looks like they're going to be more money and again these are the successor to the Galaxy Buds, the buds pluses, and now these would be the Galaxy Buds too. So, let's check out what the reported pricing will be on these, so this is coming from Yogesh who's shared exclusively with 91 mobiles, and you can see from this little sentence right here that the galaxy bugs to price according to him will cost somewhere between 149 us dollars and 169 us dollars or, if you're in, I guess, that's rupees, 11, 000, rupees, all the way up to 12 500 rupees.

So at that point, 149 bucks all the way up to 169 bucks. Why wouldn't you just spend a little more because these are like 169 and get the Galaxy Buds pro like doesn't make any sense, spend 20 bucks more get the active noise cancellation, possibly better battery life? Maybe you like the design better like why? Wouldn't you doesn't make sense to me? I feel like that price is too high for those, especially to compete with the market and what you get with something like these, the Pixel Buds, a which sound really, really good- and you know these are basically you know in that 100 range. So, like I don't know, I don't get why Samsung would come out with buds that are so similar to these in terms of price. It doesn't make sense. So, hopefully, this pricing is wrong, but if it is 140 969 bucks for the new Galaxy Buds two, how does that make you feel? And the last story of the day is some reported specs that potentially we will see with the new Galaxy Z.

Flip. Three now remember this phone we've seen most of the specs come out, and this is just like a laundry list of the specs, so we can get an idea of what to expect when this phone launches in August, so miles aren't Meyer, was kind enough to put this together. He got the information from next rumored specs for the Galaxy Z. Flip 3 are a snapdragon 888, a 6.7-inch full HD, plus 120 hertz display. Obviously that's a similar uh display from what we got in the past, except for the 120 hertz that'll be more updated.

Absolutely, the 3300 William battery and 15 watt charging disappointments to me, but it will keep the phone light and skinny and, at the same time, the 15 watt charging potentially enough for something like a 3 300 William battery ram, 8 gigabytes of ram 128 gigabytes of storage. Most people that probably get this phone don't need massive amounts of storage and also don't need massive amounts of ram supposedly a front under display camera on there with two cameras in the back of the foam colors looking at dark, green light, purple, beige, gray, black, pink, dark, blue and white, and a price of around potentially 1400 bucks, which is more than what we have been hearing before. We've heard prices, I think as low as like, 9.99 or 10.99, so to see a phone with 1400 bucks and specs at certain points, such as the ram, the storage and the charging speeds and the battery being kind of mid-level or low tier. Almost at this point compared to a lot of other phones. What makes this phone so special? Obviously, the flipping part.

The flipping mechanism makes it special. But I always say this about the z flip three, just because it folds. Why is that special? When you take a z-fold 3, you have a phone that is huge, but then you can close it and make it tiny. That makes sense to me, but something like a z-flip 3 that just closes in half doesn't make a ton of sense to me, especially when it's not very usable. When it is closed, I can still use this phone to its full potential when it's closed.

If I want, and also just fitting in my pocket, is a little easier as well. Obviously closing the z, flip three and a half does make it easier to put in your pocket, but at the end of the day, I'll make that two stories for you, one about the galaxy watch for classic we're actually going to see what that's really going to look like and also the Galaxy Z fall 3, and you know we're going to start it off with the galaxy watch 4 first. So, let's get to it. This story and these pictures come from android headlines, and they show off the galaxy watch 4 classic. This is probably the one I end up getting I like that white.

That white is pretty nice, that's got the uh, the white strap, you got a gray strap, and you also got the black strap the black and the black one has a black uh. You know circular rounded edges to it and then the other two have silver. Ultimately, I think I'm going to choose the white, but black is always an easy color to choose, because it won't show as much dirt or anything like that, but this would be the first watches running the wear, OS operating system on them, and ultimately I like the way they look. They look exactly what you would expect them to look like with, especially since they didn't really change the look of these. The sizes of these um should be 42, millimeters, 44, millimeters and 46 millimeters I'll crop probably grab the 46 millimeters and then come in those three colors, and these should be announced and released in August, so you're just looking at next month.

As far as price goes, you would expect it's probably going to be in the 400 range or high 300 somewhere in that price range for the galaxy watch for and the last story of the day has to do with the Galaxy Z fold 3 the phone that is going back and forth in terms of people wanting it not wanting it, and there is a very, very cool color that is leaked out in these photos. These are supposed to be official, so, let's check them out. This information is coming from 91 mobiles, who say it's exclusively bringing you z-fold three renders in three color options. The z-fold three is expected to launch in galaxy unpacked event. In August, rumored specs include a 7.55 inch main display 6.23 inch outer display s, pen, support and 5g connectivity, and here we go look at this pinkish color, it's like a which is weird, because I don't remember there being a pinkish color. So maybe this will end up being like the cream, color or something.

But if this color comes out in America man, this is a great looking color. I really, really like this color uh. It's almost white, it's almost bluish, you can see silver's in there. You can see pink, you see a bunch of colors in there, but ultimately I really, really like this color. That would probably be the color I grabbed.

Then you also have the green, which we've seen before it's a fairly rich color green for the Galaxy Z fold three and then lastly, you got the black color some other takeaways on this are the camera bump looks pretty small for the most part in terms of how much it stands out definitely doesn't seem to stand out as some as much as some other phones- and I guess that's to be expected, especially since it won't have a zoom lens and then also it looks to be potentially a little smaller than the Galaxy Z, full 2 camera bumps as well, and then some just different uh angles as well. Here's the front with the phone closed. It looks to me to be about the same size as the z fold, two and z fold, one that you know the width of the z that front display when it's closed out. I wish it was going to be wider, but I mean if it is wider, it's ever so slightly wider um, but it's a little hard to tell from this, and then you see the cameras on the back. What those are going to look like as well with the three cameras, the flash below it, but that would be your question of the day.

I have to admit something. This is definitely my favorite time of the year for tech in terms of leaks, because the leaks are so rampant and so exact and so precise and so right on that it makes everything like more and more exciting, almost every single day, because there's literally almost a really in-depth, specific leak that comes out, and you're like damn, that's exciting, or a little let down. But it's still it's almost like Christmas. It's like it's open in a present every single day and then, when the official launch day hits. I had the other thing.

I have to admit its kind of like it's a bit of a letdown. It's definitely anti-climatic a lot of the time when the actual event comes out. It's on. Then it's like, I already knew all this stuff. Couldn't they have surprised me, but whatever, let's get into it, so the first story of the day is about the galaxy s21 fan edition? We know this phone is most likely going to be delayed until September.

It was due to come out in August, and now it's kind of gotten, this isn't even official, but all the rumors and leakage leaks have said this that it's going to be pushed back until September now check this out. This is an official leak of all the colors. It's a poster that android headlines got their hands on showing the colors off the purple, the white, the green and the black. The galaxy s21 fan edition 5g. This phone will be a mid-range phone, probably in this probably 700 bucks, something like that price with a snapdragon 888.

So it's going to have a nice processor. In there it might be plastic, the IP rating might not be there. There's going to be things that are going to impress you and slightly not impress you. It should have a 1080p plus 120 hertz display, so some things will be good. Some things will be like, but ultimately it's going to be a phone.

I think that will sell well for Samsung and that's going to be what it literally looks like. So what do you guys think? Let me know in the comments down below now speaking of Samsung unpacked, they always have usually like a theme song for a device, especially like the fold 3 and the flip 3. When those come out- and you might be like you might be curious, what song are they going to use? Well, it looks like we have found this information out again. This the links are ridiculous nowadays, with what we find out like it used to be like someone left an iPhone in a bar and someone just randomly found it now. It's like we know every single thing about every single product before it even happens, but check this out.

This tweet comes from max chamber who says the song Samsung is going to use in their official z-fold, 3 and z. Flip 3 introduction is going to be and if you click on the link, you end up seeing it's going to be from the original motion picture soundtrack the greatest showman, it's going to be called the greatest show. So if you want to, you know, hear that music, you can search for it or down below. In the description of this video, I always put the links of the stories I talk about. You can click on max's, tweet and then click on the link from there and listen to it on Spotify, and I can like when you listen to the song you'll be like yeah.

I can imagine this as a Samsung song for a release of one of their new phone. So if you wanted to hear it check it out, it's linked down below last story of the day has to do with the cameras on the back of the Galaxy Z fold. Three there's going to be something to be impressed with and then something not to be impressed with. So, let's talk about it and the thing you're not going to be impressed about is definitely going to be the zoom, so I'll break that little story for you first, but here's the uh information about. If you, the here's, the information that front that tron has leaked out about the cameras uh.

So it shows the front punch, uh camera on the front. You know the smaller screen being 10 megapixels the front under panel camera being 16 megapixels the rear, wide angle having being 12 megapixels in any of the rear.2X. That's right. So it's going to still have a 2x zoom on the zoom lens, which is completely not good. I mean give me give us 10x 30x would have been definitely most people would be happy, 50x, even better 100x, maybe everyone's in love, but 2x is so ridiculous on a 2, 000 plus, maybe basically a 2 000 phones.

And then you see the other big one. Here is the rear, ultra-wide cameras. Then the ultrawide camera will now have PDF, which is going to be basically like autofocus, so that ultra-wide camera on here should be able to autofocus on faces, and things like that when you use it on here, you, usually it really doesn't. Have it just kind of like kind of makes everything in focus. It should make more things in focus.

I believe, especially if it's closer up to things, it will be able to focus on that because, like if you put an ultra-wide photo, if you try to take one on like wording, it's kind of blurry, you can kind of read it, but it's kind of blurry when you get pretty close up. This should fix that problem. On the new Galaxy Z fold, three, let's jump into the news. The first story of the day is about the galaxy watch, 4 and galaxy watch for classic prices. Now there is a price increase.

With these watches, the price increase seems like it's due to the chip shortage, that's affecting everybody in every industry throughout the world. So if these prices seem a little high to you, that's most likely why so, let's talk about these prices? First, they've been leaked out. It seems like uh from my smart price, I'll link their article down below you can read that, and they also talk about the price for the Galaxy Buds too, as well, but Anthony the galaxy has a nice little tweet listed out. So I thought I'd use this instead, so it looks like galaxy watch for American dollars is going to be 350 to 399. The 44 millimeter version will be 399 to 450 once you jump into the classic versions.

This is where you see some heavy prices, the classic four 450 to 499 the 44 millimeter 499 to 549 the 46 millimeter 549 to 600 bucks, so expensive and who's going to pay that much for a watch. Man you're getting into phone territory, Galaxy Buds. Two again, we've seen the price, but again it's being leaked out again as a brown 150 to 170 bucks, which again is too expensive. So let's talk about the prices here. First, Galaxy Buds, 2 just get the Galaxy Buds pro.

You can get them for basically the same price. They have active noise, cancellation, they're, really great, just get those. Why would you get the Galaxy Buds too? Jumping into the watches the price increase seemingly or the expensive prices? With the watches, I can't see a lot of people massively anyway buying the classic version for that price. You can get a phone not that you're going to carry two phones like around most people don't, but that price those prices are ridiculous. Now those could be the LTE prices for the watch, which always are a little more expensive, usually like 100, 150 bucks more somewhere in that range.

When you add LTE to the watch, maybe that's what's being leaked out here, but supposedly these are the Wi-Fi prices. So if you're looking at even LTE, it could be even higher. It's just getting ridiculous. Next up is a deal going on in America with the Samsung site. If you're looking to get a galaxy s21, it could be the 21, 21 plus or 21 ultra.

They have a crazy deal going on, especially if you're looking to purchase a Samsung, 4k TV or 8k Samsung TV. You get a lot of money instantly off if you purchase this phone check this out, so I'll link it down below. But ultimately you can get a 500 instant, Samsung credit toward an eligible 4k or 8k TV. Now you can hold on to that for a little and use that credit later or instantly use it right now, with the purchase of a 4k Samsung or a 8k Samsung TV really, really great deal. If you factor in a trade in with this as well, you're, basically paying nothing for the phone, and then you know buying a TV so check it out links down below next up, as you can see the Galaxy Z fold, three protective shelves looks like they're still going to come in two-piece cases again, but um.

It kind of shows off what the phone's gonna look like in a case specifically whatever case this is, and they look very similar to what the cases look like now and z-fold too, in a two-piece kind of format going on here, but uh, here's a little again a little sample of a couple of cases for the Galaxy Z fold. Three lastly, is benchmarks that we're seeing for the Galaxy Z full three and the processor that they will end up using. So, let's check this out, this tweet comes from school Sharma who's, saying the galaxy z43, with the snapdragon 888 12 gigabytes of ram and android 11 visits geek bench and the scores on there are 1124 for the single core 33.50 for the multi-core score. So I guess, if you look at it should be happy that it's using a premium processor, the snapdragon, 888 12 gigabytes of ram, which is part of the par for the course with the Samsung flagship phone and then android 11. What you would expect it's not going to have android 12, yet I'll, probably get that sometime early next year or somewhere mid next year somewhere in that range, but yeah, that's what we're looking at benchmarks and at least the initial kind of full-on specs, which we've been seeing specs, but it's nice to see it in a benchmark as well.

We have two stories today: the first one's about the galaxy s21 ultra and the new color that it comes in exclusive to Best Buy. So let's talk about it. It is available right now for order. If you want it's 999 bucks for the 128 gigabyte version of this galaxy, s21 ultra, and you can see it comes in this kind of dark blue color, which is a very pretty uh handsome color that you can pick up. I like it a lot.

I think it's a color that should have already been out before, but it's very complementary of all the other colors they have as well, but that dark blue color is super, super nice, so hopefully they uh. Furthermore, I don't release more phones, just like this. I'm from, if I remember from the past, they definitely have released phones in this color before um. Even you know just recently, maybe the s20 line as well, but I love that color. I wish it was in more uh availability, especially in the beginning of this, because I think more people would buy that.

But do you like that color? Let me know in the comments down below if you want to pick it up again, the link's in the description and our last story of the day has to do with Samsung Galaxy unpacked. This is going to be the event where they um launch their Galaxy Z, flip 3, their Galaxy Z, fold, 3, the Galaxy Buds 2 their new watches and the rumored date for this event was August 3rd, and now it looks like it's happening a little later, and this news is very preliminary. So I might end up having to tell you about this tomorrow as well just to get more confirmation, but here's what we got so far. This information I found it through tron and also the galaxy tron, says: galaxy unpack, 2021 August 11th, 2021:10 a. m.

Eastern time live on samsung. com and here's a little poster galaxy, unpack, 2021, z, fold, three z, flip three buds to watch for, and they put the hashtags for this, which is weird. Usually they don't announce what products they're going to announce at the event, especially with a hashtag, and then they also show the date again and where you can watch it now. I like I said I also saw it on the galaxy's twit twitter too, as well, and he put the same information the time and date and all that, and then he also put another tweet that says. Samsung Korea has apparently confirmed that on August 11th there will be an unpacked event where we will see new foldable, two new wearables and new earphones excited, and we're looking at August 11th.

If I look at my calendar being a Wednesday which again goes in hand with when they usually announce events, they usually do it in the middle of the week, Tuesday or Wednesday, something like that and then the rumored release date for this phone. Look at my calendar again cause. I forget, I believe it's August 27th, which is Fridays which again goes in line with that which this more makes sense than the August 3rd event, because there were rumors like that. Unpacked was going to happen August 3rd and that the phones were going to come out like August 27th, maybe a little before that this kind of makes a little more sense, but we'll wait and see like I said this is preliminary stuff. I don't have an actual link to any Korean media.

That's saying this! That's what I've heard from some of these guys um on Twitter, that they've found it on Korean websites, saying that it as of today that august uh 11th was going to be the date, but it's looking like so far, at least from more rumors and stuff and leaks and stuff that are coming out right now, August 11th will be the day for unpacked for all those devices. We have one story today, but before we jump into it today is July 4th. So it's going to be a really short news day, not only because it's July 4th, but also because it's Sunday, Sundays, sometimes we're really slow with the tech news and this being July.4Th adds on to that. So we're going to have a very short and sweet uh tech news day. So I can jump into my cookout that I have in my family, my sister's in town from the east coast, so we're going to celebrate, have a cookout hot dogs, hamburgers uh, kebabs, vegetables, whatever tons of stuff, so anyways uh, let's get into it.

So today's actually a pretty interesting little thing. We have a 360 degree view of the Samsung Galaxy watch for classic this will be the most expensive watch that they release coming up, but also it's you know the biggest as well, and you know the most classic, looking one that you would expect. So, let's check it out, so they got the three colors of this right off the bat out, the white, the black and the silver and 360 degree views of the sides. The back the wrist strap everything about this. So you can see, so you get the buttons on the right hand, side you have the navigation and the know the wheel that you can navigate through the operating system with you can also touch on the screen as well to navigate through that um and then just a lot of people are complaining that it looks like a galaxy watch, 2 or galaxy watch, 3, and they're not excited about that.

They wanted it to look different. Unfortunately, unfortunately, what it's going to look like to me. It doesn't really bother me too much. I will admit. I think I, like the square watch, faces a bit more than the circular one.

The kind of I don't just feel like you get more room with the uh the square one like kind of like you do with the iPhone ones but um. Ultimately, this is what it's going to look like in a 360 degree view of the three colors galaxy watch for classic. Are you planning on buying it? Let me know in the comments down below: are you going to skip this generation? Let us know have a great day, happy Independence Day for you that celebrate otherwise just have a great Sunday, or it might even be Monday, where you are. If it is had a great Monday, we'll see you guys down the road peace, you.
