UK - HTC Desire HD unboxing and quick demo

Today I'm going to do a video, unboxing / desire, HD. All right, then normally there's a little seal there, but very break on that off. Obviously, you get the phone warranty, safety guide, contact, pamphlet and a quick start guide and some accessories for HTC. You get the charger which comes as a two-part charger, so it just plugs in like that headphones and microUSB to USB data cable. You also get another sticky label. If you want to refill it up, I guess, but that's all you get the box all right now, the actual phone.

So it comes to this film. The way right. You got some soft keys down there like touchpad on off button up there, 8 megapixel, camera, dual LED, flash speaker, and you've got the Rock volume buttons here on the side. Right then, and now, if you flip this catch open, I think that's actually a downside, because if I actually get to come open there, we go now how many people are going to lose, that some point or another that's going to be lost, and it's not the toughest of the plastics. So I can see that getting broken.

As well, I hope not too many of them, and there is the battery just slots in there as there is actually no locking mechanism for the battery. So can't just fall out. Obviously, if here and got that catch in there- and it looks like there is metal contact on there, so we'll only work with this bit on, which is pretty obvious, really don't really turn on without it just put that back in. It is not like going in there too well either. Now the sim card and the memory card slot is underneath this little slot here, I say there: you go sim card slots in there, and it comes with a memory card, and it's a look, a class to eight gig memory card micros.

So I put that back in there alright and let's turn it on there. We go its power on then, and this is the GSM version, so it is completely unlocked there we go, so normally we will give her a setup stage, but I have tens one on before so Dr. worried about that, and it's the HTC Sense screen we're up to so seems to be running. Quite smooth now one thing I did notice with this fur go to the video camera. Okay, it was quite sharp camera, but it was quite choppy when I recorded it before, so fight throw something in there.

You can actually hear it focusing in if I get too close to the microphone there we go. So if I start recording that if I move it around, it seems to be a cat. The moment when I did test it before it was actually a lagging around quite a lot. It was jerking and jolting about, but it seems to be okay at the moment. One thing I did notice about it, though is it- did have a very, very tiny speaker.

So let's try an okay see. This is a 0 where's. It has gone, let's find where I look, but it's a gallery all videos there go that bit of video just recorded at the NAP. You can meet our, but it is a very, very tiny speaker there we go thank you, so that was pretty poor, sound quality, considering it's a 500-pound phone for 500, pound phone, but other than that it was a very good handset. It's very, very quick as well.

There's not really a lot of lags when you actually scroll through the menu, but when I did previously record it, there was quite a bit of jerkiness lag and just judging around when I was filming. Butter seems to be okay on this one, but there we go the HTC Desire HD.
