Hey, what's good guys, this is SCM studio, it's been a while that's right, but I'm back with a highly anticipated and requested video welcome to another ultimate speed test. Thank you to all the support my channel has received in these last 12 days. It's truly fulfilling to see my content receiving such high levels of praise, feedback and appreciation. Truly grateful and I thank everyone who has supported the channel in the recent times and from the very beginning eight months ago, when it all started, you guys are the true MVP's and with that being said, let's get straight to it.

This is the one guys just look at these two insane smartphones, one epic matchup they're. Finally, here in a head-to-head speed test, well, let's dig into the overall specifications and see what we're working with on paper, so sit back, relax and enjoy trust me. This one's going to be good and if you're new here and enjoy what you see do hit that subscribe button, because, there's a whole new range of tests coming very soon. You won't want to miss them right, starting off with the sensational. While we may attempt pro it's now powered by AI with this new killer, 970 chipsets, it has an outscore CPU for its GPU.

It has the arms Mali G 72, and it possesses a total storage capacity of 128 gigabytes and 6 gigs of ram for the beast, the Racer forum, the first ever smartphone with a 120 Hertz ultra motion. Quad HD display its following 2017 s flagship trend as it has the snapdragon 835 set with an outscore CPU internal memory of 64 gigabytes, which is expandable a massive 8 gigs of RAM and has the Arena 540 GPU, and it runs a very Swift and clean Nova Launcher for its UI. So the special edition is limited in quantity to a total of 1337 models. So, what's so special about it know the hardware specs are the exact same. The only difference here is in the logo.

If you recall on my unboxing video, the special edition model gets the green triple headed snake emblem. While the regular model gets a chrome styled emblem I guess it's all about exclusivity, there's nothing else. So team Huawei vs. team Racer, whose team are you on? Let's kick things off with the first test boom work times between both smartphones. Let's go right: who's got more speed in the boob Department, so both power buttons of each device are on the right hand, side.

The razor phone also uses its power born as its fingerprint sensor more on that later Huawei versus razor. No it's when the mid-tempo animation starts the letters a and I shock. First I see what you did there while way very clever and there's the razor form revealing it slick animation on the star of too nice, and we are in on the May 10 Pro superfast brutal times as per usual. The razor phone is still booting good, but there is some Network flow, as you guys can see, but any second now nice, the razor phone powered up and good to go so for boom times it's not as quick as the midterm pro, but it's still relatively fast and only a few seconds or so behind, right time to see how they both perform against each other. In the next test, the apps, let's go first things.

First, the phone dialer I think the Rays are formed by a split second guys, settings very hard to call I'd, say equal, but the first two apps were very similar for player. Star we've got the razor phone coming in ahead: nice, okay, cool moving on to the home screen: let's try the next app, let's go to a YouTube, and we've got equal times nice for the camera. The mate temporal slightly delayed for the razor phone moving on. Let's go to Chrome. We've got Wikipedia loaded up very similar times before going into technicalities that razor phone was slightly faster.

Next up we're going into Instagram and the home feed was faster for the razor phone next up. Let's go to a new app: let's go to Angry Birds ?, so we've got a gaming phone, so it only makes sense to test a few games. So loading screen is here: we've got the mid-turn pro slightly behind and let's see what we get here, and while the meat temp Ross for a gaming forum, we're just behind raise the phone needs to catch up in the next couple of apps nice, not bad. Okay, moving on back to the home screen, let's try the next app we're going into subway surfers. Let's check it out, so we've got loading screens all very similar.

In fact, the mid-tempo just edges it. So, let's press play, and I'll leave the game running as we go back to the home screen cool next up, we're going into Mario run, and we've got the loading screen coming in slightly faster for the Racer forum and there you can see the razor phone was faster. Nice Netflix, Wow considerably faster for the razor phone next, we'll be going into boomerang very similar times. We've got slightly faster response times on the Racer font, interesting moving on. Let's go to the next app, which is asphalt 8, so loading times very similar, very fast, as you guys can see, both forms are showing some great speeds, phenomenal speeds and the mate temporal just by a half.

A second I can't really split them. They're, certainly going back and forth it's very close at the moment, but we see very, very fast times on both devices cool next up, a new game as well Temple, Run 2, so both the phones are loading. Razor phone seems to be ahead and there you guys can see it is nice, so again, both a home screens on and let's press play. So this will come in handy for the RAM management later on less swipe to jump just to get the game going cool back to the home screen. Let's move on okay, so continuing further going in to play games in the Google folder and say the mid-term pro was a fraction or so faster and for 8-ball pool.

So we're testing a few more games out today, guys because we've got the razor phone, so it makes sense and the razor foam coming out faster for 8-ball, pool good next up, twitch, very fast, equal and for speed test finding the best server. We see the razor phone once again only by a second or so, but it was faster and for Shazam slightly faster once again for the razor phone. So it certainly is quite close. I think the razor phone could be edging at the moment, but we'll see it's not sure again for the razor phone nice moving on. Let's go to the next step.

We're going into the Google folder for playing movies. Wow, may attempt row no messing about extremely fast times, so I really can't call the differences at the moment. They really seem to be neck-and-neck very fast for drive. That proves my point: equal! Nothing in it at all guys, incredible times from both devices is very impressive and finally moving into mixer for your streaming services for gaming. We can see the razor phone just edging it, but the mates and pro was there as well exceptional stuff from both devices nice moving on to the next test, the RAM management test, ok time to test the RAM management on both devices.

So, let's start off with Chrome. Let's see if we're competing as hell the memory it is which is great to see. Let's go to the next app, let's go to YouTube, and we see the first refresh for the razor phone you may attempt. Pro is good to go next up we're going into Play Store and both the phones have held that up. Ok, next up is Netflix.

Once again, both phones holding the app on memory for Mario run. The same thing, which is great. The game is good to go next up we're going into subway surfers, so the midterm Pro is ready to resume, whereas on the razor phone we can see we're still reloading the app from scratch. So that's another refresh for asphalt.8, the razor phone emits and Pro are fantastic they've, both good to go as we can see the home screen. Is there right moving off a back to the home screen for the run management test and into the next app which is boomerang? So the initial four that we took is held on memory, nice, okay, moving on to Angry, Birds 2, and again we can see the razor phone is doing the refresh, whereas on the mitts and pro as I'm just scrolling around it's held on memory, and I'm ready to play the game.

Moving on Shazam held on memory. Next up we're going into 8-ball pool nice. Both the phones have held it. So it's a scroll back up and go into mixer nice. So the streaming services are ready to go and play movies, excellent, to be test, brilliant, ready to resume and go, and we're going all the way back up again and let's go in to Temple Run 2 and as we can see, the razor phone has refreshed, and we can see in the mid-SEM Pro the game as I left it so excellent stuff from the Huawei razor phone, not utilizing its eight gigs of RAM 6 gigs on the mitts and pro remember guys: ok, going into snapshot excellent, both the phones of going well play games, no refresh, is here and for twitch a hint of a refresh from both phones, possibly not to sure and just eat fantastic held on the memory and scrolling all the way back up to the top.

Let's go into Instagram mate em pro held the feed, and it's reloaded, so I'm, not quite sure, if that's a refresh, if you want to call it, but ultimately that ends the RAM management test guys. So let me know your thoughts on that one. Let's clear the apps down and moving on to the next test. Now the razor phone uses its power born as its fingerprint sensor, so it's side-mounted, and it's in somewhat of a natural position to be in, and I personally have become accustomed to it. The only issue is for the sensor to work correctly.

If the screen is of fie standby, then you must press the power born and hold down for a split second for the sensor to register any input. I'll demonstrate this in a second but the Huawei Mate temp Pro, its fingerprint scanner, is in a much more of a familiar location being placed at the back in the center and due to its circular shape in design with its indentation. It's marked very clearly, so we, the users, are very little issue accessing it right, as per usual, gotta adjust my hands perfectly to get the sensors timing, spot-on, alright and three two one go Wow, not even a hint of a flicker on the mid-SEM Pro, it's on in a flash and also exceptional response times for the razor phone too. There really isn't much between them. That's a big surprise! I'll! Do it a few more times for better accuracy and, as you guys can see, both sensors are very efficient for unlocking the phone only due to the animation that razor phone appears to be slower.

Despite that I'm very impressed with how swift and easy the sensor is on the razor phone technically, the mid-tempo is faster, but I genuinely think both smartphones have exceptional sensors, great job, Huawei and razor right to finish up after those tests, I'll power down the mate temporal and raise the phone and check who switches off faster here. So three two one go and interesting, both phone switching off extremely quick, technically that while we may attempt row just edges it, but after testing get a few more times, off-camera I found they essentially switch off at near identical times, Wow. What an epic much of this has been so in summary, guys. The Huawei Mate temp, probe blitz, the show, with exceptionally fast boot uptimes, beating the razor phone in the first test. Superb, that's one up for Huawei in the second test, where I tested out the speed of the apps I'm, astonished at how fast and responsive the razor phone is looking back.

Both phones were performing remarkably quick and began to cancel each other out on many of the apps that I tested it was constantly back and forth. There were only minute differences in their response times. We're talking fractions of a second, which means they're in the same ballpark and perform equally good as each other and purely based on the and the overall responsiveness of both smartphones I'll, give a huge point, both ways in terms of RAM management. The mate Simpson never ceases to impress me in this category. It didn't refresh a single app which is simply outstanding from Huawei and almost a near flawless performance from the razor phone.

Also, it held them a jury of the apps on memory, but is struggled ever so slightly on a few games which is ironic being a gaming phone. Is that enough to justify the razor phone being inadequate here? I, don't believe so. As my daily driver, the razor phone has shown exceptional multitasking functionality by seamlessly switching between apps without any lag off store and because it held nearly all of its apps on memory. I can justify it being ranked alongside the Huawei Mate and pro so another massive point, both ways for the fingerprint scanner Huawei senses are phenomenal. They possess superfast response times and are very efficient.

Every time you use them. On the other hand, the razor phone's fingerprint sensor is extremely fast. Also, as its side mounted, you have to press and hold for the sensitive function, but is rapid and works exceptionally well.99% of the time due to both the phones having highly efficient and very quick sensors I'll, give another point both ways for powering off the may attempt to reduce power off just a second ahead here, however, I switched them off several times, off-camera and notice. The Razor phone can match the mate temporal here. Because we can see.

The difference is only a second or less so a final point, yet again both ways wow, what an epic matchup there you have it guys powered with AI. It will not allow itself to be beaten. The final result and verdict yaw speed test winner, the truly phenomenal Huawei made 10 Pro, so to conclude, an absolutely spectacular performance from both smartphones. The razor phone in its own right is a winner. No doubt if only its boo of times is a few seconds quicker.

This speed test would deem to be a tie, but it fell short here, but in all other aspects, the razor phone shows just how efficient fast and smooth its overall UI experience can be with its Nova Launcher Wow is emu. Skin is almost flawless in my opinion and continues to get better with each of grid. For me, either of these two smartphones provide a phenomenal experience. The razor phone in particular offers uses a brand-new experience. For example, its insane speakers at the top and bottom of the phone.

The speakers' audio is tuned by Dolby, with Dolby Atmos support under 24-bit DAK has been certified by thanks, so, basically guys it's not just a gamers phone, but a multimedia phone as well. That razor sew ill provide you with the best video and audio out there and trust me. The speakers are fantastic. Also, it has 320 hits ultra motion, quad HD LCD, which is the first ever phone to implement this technology. It's pretty impressive, basically guys the razor phone is a beast, and I'll be sure to feature it in my brand new upcoming comparison test against all the hottest smartphones on the market, and it goes without saying you are we made tempura will be amongst all the action too so guys, which smartphone do you think is going to take over in 2018, and what's your favorite smartphone at this current time drop me a comment below and share your thoughts on this speed test and guys be sure to leave your suggestions on what smartphones you want to see.
