HTC U11 - Battery Drain Test

Hey guys this is Sean from Shannon get calm, and in this video we are going to perform a battery drain test on HTC u11, a smartphone, so we will be performing a set of tests like gaming tree, an Kitty video playing test, YouTube video playing test web browsing and 4k video recording. So right now the device is charged fully it's at 100%, and we will start doing all these tests, and we will see that how much battery is being drained after each of these tests and what is the final result once the video is finished. So, let's start it so right now, battery of the device is fully from 100%, and we are going to play a sport, a tear bond for the gaming test. We will be playing this game for and over and the graphics rating for the game is right now at high and the brightness is full as well as you can see here. So you have to start playing the game you. So it's an hour of gaming now and the battery is reduced.

Obviously- and you can see that it's at 82% now so after playing a sport, it is airborne for an hour battery is reduced to 82% from 100%, so the difference is of 18%. So now we are going to do a video test native video test, we'll be playing a full HD video for an hour now so now an hour is finished. Let's have a look on the battery status, so the battery is reduced to 67% now from 82%. So after playing a full HD video for an hour, the battery is reduced 15% from 82 to 67%. So now we will do the YouTube test.

We will be playing few videos in full resolution for one and half hour, and we will see that how much battery is going to be trained after watching the videos on YouTube for one and half hours continuously, so I am going to play free videos from one of my playlists. So here we go now so now one and a half hour is finished. Let's have a look on the battery status. Now it's four to five percent from 67%. So after watching videos for one and a half hour on YouTube battery is reduced, 22% and you know we will be doing of their browsing test.

So I am going to open Sean of the dotcoms home page and that page will keep refreshing for the next one-hour by itself, and it will refresh after each minute after 60. Second, so let us start our web browsing test now so and our students now, let's have a look on the bacterial status again. So the battery is at 34% for 11% is videos. It was 45% when you will start the web browsing test, and now it is at 34%. So after one hour of web browsing the battery's reduced 11%, and now we will be doing a 4k video recording test.

So we will record a video for 6 minutes. That's the restriction on SBC 11 for 4k video recording and after that we will see the battery status once again. So the video is finished and let's check the battery status now. So it's 30 percent. So after recording a 4k video for 6 minutes, battery's reduced 4% from 34% to 30%, and here you can see the battery consumption from different applications, and what were the application that use the battery on our SBC 11 while doing this battery test care? So you can see there is camera and water here bond, and here is the history.

If you go here, you can see the chart deck, it's just a turn off battery consumption. We can still use it for 2 hours. You can see it is showing 2 hours left here and then there is once again some information about the usage Wi-Fi and all this thing, and if we go back from here, you can see that the history since last the charging time how much time the device is spent on its battery so for our something still 34 different batteries remaining after doing this long battery test. So you can be sure that the battery performance of HTC u11 is really nice because we played a high definition game for an hour. We are videos on YouTube for one and a half hour, one hour of web browsing one hour of Full HD, video native video playback and then six minutes of 4k video recording and still 30% of the battery is remaining.

So that's all for now, friends, thanks watching the video and do not forget to subscribe the channel for more videos, tips and tricks and hands-on reviews like this have a nice day.
