I just want to be happy turn off your phone and in order to turn off your phone, you need to you need the phone password once the phone is off turn the phone, and you'll see the volume button and the power button that moment hold the volume up button and the power button at the same time and press them. You see the Samsung logo popping up after that the phone will go straight into recovery mode and there we go there's a recovery mode right there.

One thing to notice is that you cannot use the touch on the recovery mode. Therefore, you have to use the volume up volume down the power button in order to move up left down and to select- and let me just show you this clearly, so you can see all the functions right. There say the reboot in the safe mode, wipe data factory, reset wipe cache data and all and so on. So I'm going to go into the white data factory reset, as you can see right now, and then I'm going to use the power button, I'm going to use the power button in order to select so once you click the power button, another window will come up and then use the volume down button to go down and click the power button again and that will reset the entire phone, so that will reset the phone. Um photos, pictures, videos, contacts, text, messages and anything else that is on the phone.

So let me show you this again: use the volume down button to go down. Then you click the power button to select, after that, you can just click on reboot your phone and that will automatically restart your phone.
