Google Pixel XL vs Galaxy S7 Edge Camera: Video Stabilization Comparison By sakitech

Hey, there's Saki here from Saki Tektite in today's video I, wanted to create a video that compares the video stabilization capabilities of the s7 edge and the Google Pixel excel. As you know, the s7 edge has both software based stabilization and optical image, stabilization, which is hardware based on the flip side. The pixel Excel uses software based electronic image, stabilization also known as the gyroscopic image stabilization. So in this video we will do a comparison of both of these stabilization features and see which one does a better job.

Now all video footage is recorded in 1080p at 60 frames per second, obviously, with stabilization turn on each footage by each phone is approximately two and a half minutes long and was shot around 4:30 p. m. now. The terrain is uneven to better grasp how good these stabilization works. Firstly, I will descend downwards towards a large platform.

Overall, the pixel seems to do a better job at stabilizing with fewer jerks and jolts than the s7.

The microphone on the s7 edge clearly is superior and much louder. Now, as for video quality, I do not see much of a difference on either smartphone now I would have certainly picked the pixel to record a video in this kind of terrain.
