ZTE Blade Zmax New B20 System Update what's New And Should you update?

Point on everybody, pulled here is a follow-up video to the ZTE blade c-max software update that I did receive now. I know, there's a lot of questions. Concerns is the update good. Is it bad? What's it all about? So in this video I'm going to go ahead and answer those questions jumping into settings going down to about phone you'll see this is still on Android 7.1.1 nougat. So that has not changed. Take a look at the left-hand side.

You'll see a screenshot of the blades Emacs before was updated, so did get a security patch. We are in February 5th 2018 now, and we also got the build number which is b20. Previously. It was B 14 to the right hand, side you'll, see the b20 update and what it does include. You can pause that I'm going to go ahead and go through some of the questions that I did receive in the previous video that I made.

Now one of the questions that I got was: how is the fingerprint sensor after the update is at working good? Are there any issues and, as you can see right there, it is functioning perfectly fine, very accurate and fast, with the blade c-max fingerprint sensor, so the system update did not affect in any way possible. Now, with phone calls text messages, everything's been working perfectly fine. We still got badge notifications for the messaging application. As you can see there, another question I got asked: did the update affect 4G LTE in any way? I have not been affected. In fact, I even think the signal is even stronger because here in my office, as you can see, I got four to five bars and I.

Typically, don't get that now. Another thing I got asked was when it came to the status bar the quick toggles there is anything new anything has been added and nothing is new. Everything is pretty much looking the same for the quick toggles right there on the status bar now jumping into settings. Now a question I did get asked. Also was how's Wi-Fi after the update? Are you able to connect? Is it staying connected? Wi-Fi is working a hundred percent fine, no issues with Wi-Fi connectivity moving on from there go ahead and jump into Bluetooth and again this was a question: did the update affect Bluetooth, as you can see, going to connect this to the time box min right there? It's already letting me know that it is available.

Let's go ahead and pair this up, and I'll go ahead and share with you that it is pairing up via Bluetooth, perfectly fine, so Wi-Fi Bluetooth phone calls text messages. Everything is working completely good scrolling further down settings I'm not noticing anything that has been added at the same time, it doesn't look like anything, has been removed under settings and heading on over to the camera application. Now one of the questions I did get asked. My previous video has anything been added. Any new features.

Now the camera application. All the features remained the same, but I am noticing. With this update it did improve the overall performance of the camera. Again, this update did have bug, fixes, and I'm just noticing the camera application is just functioning performing a lot better. Since the update, we got all the same modes there I'm moving on from there I'll go ahead and jump into the app drawer and again everything just remains the same.

Underneath the app drawer, node new added applications or anything like that, nothing's been removed, and then I have noticed some better overall performance. Since the update I mean the blades max just feels a little snappier than before. It just seems a little more fluid jumping from one application to the other. I did notice with the blades max it hadn't gotten an update in a while, and it was getting a little of some lag when I was jumping from application to application, but I believe this system update definitely did improve the overall performance because it just feels so much more fluid, and you still got all the good features that come along with nougat like the multi-window. The split screen, and you're still able to run two applications side by side with no problem.

You know in RAM management does seem a tad bit better, since the update I did notice that when it came to the RAM management watching YouTube videos, everything still working a hundred percent, you can still watch YouTube videos at 1080p, 60 frames per second no type of blacking out issues going on gameplay has been good as well on the blades Mac. Since the update you still got charging. That was a question: did the update mess up the fast charging? Do we still have it? And, yes, you still got the fast charging capability and the b20 update also did improve battery life, so it did include battery life improvements. So once you update to the b20, you should see some overall better battery under blade c-max. Now, if you haven't received this update, yet don't worry, you should be receiving it very soon.

These updates do roll out in waves, but overall I think this is a very good update from ZTE, and this was very well needed for the blade c-max and the update is definitely good.
