Welcome to YouTube channel phone mania, so in today's video we are going to review the Samsung Galaxy s10 lite, so guys meanwhile I'll be also reviewing with one of my favorite galaxy, s9 plus so guys. Let's get started so guys. This is the Samsung Galaxy s10 lite, and this is the prism blue color of the Galaxy S10 light you can see, and it comes with two variants actually 8gb 128gb and the variant which I am having right now is the 8gb 512gb variant. So you can see so this is it and let's look at the Galaxy S9 plus, so you can see the Galaxy S9 plus is a 6.2 inch, quad HD display but mine, while the Galaxy S10 light is just at full HD display and 6.7 inch, so those who matters more size than can prefer obviously the s10 lite. But if you are looking for maximum resolution and the PPI, then the Galaxy S9 plus will be for you so guys you can see the standing displays on both quad HD versus full HD display, but actually at a glance you may not notice, but if you observe so closely, the Galaxy S9 plus is a little more vivid and vibrant than that's the Galaxy S10 light due to the quality display versus the velocity span. When compared to the exact uh resolution and PPA, the Galaxy S9 plus comes at 1440 to 2960 pixels and the pp is 529 pp, so it's so rich and then compared to the Galaxy S10 like its resolution, is one zero it into two four double zero hands.
Pp is just 394, so there is a bit of disadvantage in terms of the resolution and PPI in the galaxy ester light. But if you observe just at a glance, you can't really tell the difference. But if you observe closely just at a major detail, then you can obviously see some minor crispiness major Christmas. I would say major crispness. If you observe this closely, you can see the difference.
It's more punchlines and the colors are more vivid and pop out in the Galaxy S9 plus voices, almost good natural. Actually I can't complain the display. It's still perfect display because it's a HDR, 10 plus certified display actually HDR 10 is certified, which is given to the best and accurate display so which is DDR 10 vs, the Galaxy S9 plus is just HDR 10 and s10 light is HDR, 10 plus certified display, so in terms of display centers both are maintaining good standard, but the crispiness is more for the Galaxy S9 plus, and you know that this is a two-year-old flagship that means in it was launched in 2018 versus they said this is this was launched in 2018 versus this is a 2020 model, so there is obviously difference along with the display. I would say one more thing: that's the stereo speakers. Let's see the sound output on the Galaxy S9 plus first so guys, the Galaxy S9 plus have two stereo speakers.
One is over here and one is the bottom firing along with top firing. So you get a great output. You can see that's they will be at most powered stereo speakers see you can see Dolby Atmos stereo speakers and gives a nice output. Now you can see the difference. Sound is very thicker span clear and now let me quickly go to the s10 lights see this is this had only just a one speaker, you can see it's just one speaker still nice audio output, but not up to the crystal clear voice of the Galaxy S9 plus, which is powered by Dolby.
So that's a great thing so guys next before going to the processor, let's talk about the cameras so guys. So let's look at the camera area, so the Galaxy S9 plus obviously have two cameras. This is the 12 MB normal camera, which is capable of uh dual aperture and dual pixel autofocus. So that's a nice thing. Actually, dual pixel autofocus is a bit higher than the PDF that is used in this guy.
That means the Galaxy S10 live, which for uses PDF focus, which is a bit good, but not up to the mark of the dual pixel PDF on the Galaxy S9 plus then, as the secondary. We have also had 12 MB telephoto lens, and one more thing is important that this guy can go up to dual aperture. That means it can go up to f 1.5 to the f 2.4, based on the availability of the light. So that's a nice low light with extreme. If it is needed for the crisp and clear quality, it will switch to f 2.4. So that's a great thing now: let's look at this camera, so this guy can.
The main camera is 48. Megapixel, main camera versus just a 12 MB under this one, but this guy is only capable of PDA photo. Focusing actually PDF is little inferior to the dual pixel PDF, which is available in the flagship grid. So that's a great thing um for the Galaxy S9 plus, I don't reach for the Galaxy S9, but this has an advantage of shooting 48 MB shots because the 480p shots will be much more capable of zooming, and you won't lose much quality, but instant autofocusing and rapid crispness will be on the Galaxy S9 plus. But actually, if we go on swimming, then the s9 plus limits up to a medium level, but this guy can go up to zooming a bit farther than that of the Galaxy S9 plus then the next camera is on the uh.
This one is the 12 MB ultraviolet camera, and this guy is missing the toilet b and this guy have just to tell me telephoto, which is capable of depth focusing on the photos. That means live, focus photo and all, and this guy is ultraviolet camera. So that's a nice thing, then the third one is macro camera actually for taking extremely macro shots. Let's quickly go to the UI on both, let's see so guys. Let's look at the UI and there's one more thing: both are at one UI 2.1 right now, you can see both have the single take feature. Actually single take feature is a feature which allows us to take multiple shots in uh photos with the both the cameras and take random videos, random photos and all, and so that's available in both of them.
The Galaxy S10 light, along with the Galaxy S9 plus then comes to the next. Let's see the more options we can see. There's a dedicated macro camera that that means that's why they, it has a macro mode over there. So it's missing on the Galaxy S9 plus apart from macro, we almost have the same features as both have the live focus photo than hyperlapse slow motion, but this guy misses the super slow motion it has both this guy has super submission. You can see super slow motion on both just misses macro camera, because this guy doesn't have micro and one more thing is there at a glance.
We may feel that almost all are same on both. So you can see pro mode panorama. Night mode is here night mode live focus macro. This is missing because no macro camera then super slow motion at 960. Fps, then slow motion this case over hyperlapse foot and live focus video.
So this guy missing live focus. Video, actually life focus. Video is almost like. The live focus photo because we can take depth effect, uh videos in the s10 lite, with the help of an actually this. This doesn't have any uh depth, focusing that means any telephoto lens, but actually telephoto lens or POF camera that helps to use the live focus studio, but it uses software algorithm to detect the background and all, so that's a great thing.
Then both are the pro video mode. So that's all regarding the camera specifications and now, let's look at the front cameras on what let me switch to show the bezels and all on both. So let me disable dark mode, so you can get a better idea on both. So you can see at a glance you can see. The vessel top bezel is way too narrow on the Galaxy S9 versus a significantly larger bezel on the um Galaxy S9 plus, and it has just in infinity or punch volt selfie camera and that punch for selfie count is a 32 MB, selfie shooter versus 8 and beyond the galaxy assemble.
So that's a nice thing and welcome back to the bottom. We can see both are having uh vessels, but actually the vessel on the uh. You can see very minor vessel over there versus, so you can see your phone's mobile data guys. Sorry for that. So you guys just see that the vessels actually quickly see your phone's mobile data see the difference in the vessels on both.
So this has a significantly larger bezel when compared to the Galaxy S10 light, so let's close them, otherwise it will again go on blabbering, then guys. Actually I already told you many times in my videos that actually my daily travel will be always my Galaxy S9 plus since uh it's a long time, I have been using my daily driver, as my Galaxy S9 plus, and my secondary sim goes on switching with my reviewing devices. Actually, you have seen my reviews with the Galaxy S9 plus, and actually I had the things two things actually make main company about. My Galaxy S7 plus was the battery backup issue and, along with that, the pub g gaming at higher end settings. So actually I don't blame PUBG in this phone much actually nowadays.
Actually, I use my secondary phone more and the thing is this: guy can have only a battery of 3500 my on the Galaxy S9 plus, but this guy has an insane 4500mah, along with 25 watt charger, which is in the box, but it's also about 45 watts charging. If you want extra, add money and just buy, so that's insanely fast charging when compared to just 15 watt on the Galaxy S9 plus, then, as always, this is a flagship phone, so obviously have the ip68 dust and water resistance along with our wireless charging, so that is missing on the Galaxy S10 light no wireless charging along with no wire wireless charging with no ip68 water resistant. So that's the next thing then obviously uh the security. This uses the front camera for the face recognition and for the uh optical fingerprint scanner on both this has a dedicated optical, fingerprint scanner on the back, and this guy goes with the in display fingerprint scanner so guys now the main thing that most of you are waited for. That's the processor! Yes guys.
Obviously the processor is much different. If you ask me uh, if you, if you're a gamer, then if you ask me which one to do, I will just pick up on this. Go with this so because this has the snare drive, 855, seven nanometer chipset versus this have the Enos knight once or which is a 10 nanometer chip and actually, to be frank, I'll say. The gaming on the Galaxy S9 plus in pub g in the normal settings is almost fine. Actually it's, I would say it's perfect, but it's almost fine.
We can. We can manage it, but if you go on playing in the higher end setting, that means, if you tweak our settings to the maximum, then the Galaxy S9 plus will be start on, starts, hitting and waiting less frame drop, so it will be a significantly lost frame. Drop frames will be there, but the galaxy asteroid handles is perfectly fine. Actually it's that competitor. He will be the OnePlus 7 pro and 70 pro, because it uses the 855 855 plus, which is a tweaked version of the 855, so guys, that's all.
Regarding the quick review of the Galaxy S10 light versus the Galaxy S9 plus, so actually I'll be doing a SP test with the Galaxy S7 light voice of the galaxy standards, also a gaming review soon in the channel, so you guys stay tuned and subscribe. Thank you guys. Thank you very much.
