Xiaomi Mi4 vs Mi4C - Speed Test (Real Usage Conditions)

Hey guys a Shiva from Safari tech and today in this video, we're going to be doing some speed tests between the Xiaomi knee 4 and the new me for c. So let's go ahead, get started so guys before we start. I just wanted to show you something. Both phones are running on me, use van, but the one on the meet 4c is built on top of android 5.1 lollipop, whereas the four is still stuck on KitKat, so just a disclaimer here, the performance, the speed might change when, if and when Xiaomi decides to release me by seven built on top of lollipop for me for so anyway. That being said, let's get to the test itself. So, first off, let's just kill everything in the background, so we have nothing running in the background off.

Let's go ahead and open up phone and similar opening speeds enough contacts again, not a lot between these two phones. Equally responsive with messaging, again know the friends. So now, let's open up a third-party app chrome and let me force you might have had a minor advantage. You have anyway, let's open up a Wikipedia enough, so guys before I. Do that just to show you both phones are connected to my local network of my you, broadband connection a hundred Mbps, so tapping on Wikipedia the mean for actually loaded it.

First, that's weird! No okay, I might have messed up there. So, let's quickly, click on another link rather tap on another link and again the meet for might have had a slight edge and browsing anywhere. Let's open up themes again, not a lot of difference here, gallery equally responsive. Alright, let's not do Twitter. First time, we've had a clear when I hear the force, he did load up much faster scrolls, a little smoother as well.

So now, let's check out a game. Riptide gp2, enemy 4c is much quicker here. The games loaded up, while the four is still loading it. As far as cameras go again me 4c had the edge in terms of speed so anyway, guys, let's quickly jump back into apps that already open. Since we have a bunch of apps open and let's see how the memory management is so going into Chrome, both phones are reloading the page.

So nothing not a lot different here. Sorry about that, anyway, let's now go to Twitter and the for has to reload Twitter here the foresee had it in memory. So once again, let's try something else: let's go into messaging nothing here. Can we be wrong choice of an app let's go and do the Play Store again both have it in memory, so no worries there and Riptide gp2 there you go? The 4c has it in memory, the foreshock and it's reloading the game. So me 4c has an advantage when it comes to memory management both have three gigs of RAM.

This is the 4c with 32 gigs, internal and three gigs of ram. So anyway, let's kill all processes, and if you can see the 4c actually has lesser RAM available. So anyway, let me just reboot these two phones to see which boots up first. So anyway, like I said, the 4c does have lesser RAM available off the bat, but guys have been saying this for a long time. It doesn't matter how much freer amateur it shows us having memory management is a whole different game and if you, as you saw in this video, the 4c does seem to manage memory better.

Hopefully the for, with its lollipop update, if and when Xiaomi decided to release it. Hopefully it should get better, so I guess that's it for this quick little video bottom line. If you already own a for as far as performance goes, you don't really have to upgrade to a for C if you're choosing between these two phones. As far as the speed goes, the 4c does hold an edge, but then again the for is the phone that boots up quicker than me.4C takes a second longer, hey guys, I guess, that's it for now hope you liked the video hope you found it useful. If you did you give it a thumbs up and for more videos like this hit that subscribe button down below.
