What's going on guys tony here back again with the TCL 20 SE, so this is a pretty nice device, real big device, and it does have a huge 6.8 inch display. But before we get into that, I want to talk about the combination that they have on this particular device when it comes to the screen resolution and that 5 000 William battery. I think that is a perfect combination. If you're one of those who wants to have the most battery life, I've gotten almost two and a half days with this, and I've been using it mainly for video content, social media text messages stuff, like that, mostly on social media, reading the headlines and stuff like that, but so far with the battery life, it's been real good. I am on T-Mobile, so it's running on T-Mobile, and it does have that headphone jack. You can see there um.
It also has USB type-c dual stereo speakers on this bad boy, and you can see that I'm on T-Mobile 4 g LTE, so I'm on LTE. Let me get back I'm on LTE. This phone does not have 5g capabilities, but for what? It's offering at 189 dollars, I think it's a great phone. It offers a big beautiful display. Furthermore, it is 720p by the way but 720p, with a huge battery you're guaranteed to get really, really great awesome battery life on here um.
Furthermore, it does come with android uh 10 android 10. Hold on android 10. I forgot what version of android we're on android what it's been a minute: android 11! Sorry, I don't know what I was thinking, but yeah android 11. It does have 5 000 William battery running snapdragon 460, which is the um. I think they call the SM 4250 is actually the snapdragon 460, with four gigs of ram 128 gigs of storage, the latest version of TCL UI, and you can see that camera.
You got that 48 megapixels, the five megapixel ultra-wide and a two megapixel depth of field and a two megapixel macro and front facing, is wide and is a 13 megapixel. So you can see that the resolution 720 by 1640 so, like I said, 720p display, is a great combination along with that five thousand million battery. If you want to have a phone that will last you days- and I mean this lasts me- I'm pretty happy when it comes to the videos and stuff watching videos, so it lasts me about a day and over well a day and a half easily, but if you're more of a moderate user, I'm probably thinking this thing will probably last you like two days on one charge, but dual stereo speakers on here by the way and that fingerprint reader on the back superfast. So I like the fingerprint placement. It is a big phone to handle one hand, and you can see me struggling in this video, but it's built for like media consumption.
I think they had media consumption in mind with this device simply for that huge 6.8-inch screen and the battery life, and that resolution I think it's just it was, in my opinion, made for media consumption. You also have that smart key right here, where you can program it to open different apps, and you also have that hybrid sim tray so house. It houses a sim tray houses, the s, the sim card and the micro SD card, so you got a SD card. You want to expand the more memory. Just put it in there.
You'll be good to go, got a microphone on the top noise-canceling on the bottom. We got one speaker, one microphone, USB type c, there's no wireless charging on here, so I've been using it for two weeks and so far it's been great. I mean I haven't noticed a lot of hiccups or nothing. I don't play games, so I couldn't really max it out when it comes to gaming, but I played a few here and there, and it seems to handle them pretty. Well, I love the back on here.
I love the color, also but yeah so far, two weeks in with the TCL 20se has been a wonderful phone, a great media consumption phone with the dual stereo speakers. I can't stress that enough, the dual stereo speakers and that big old display so outside you can see. Furthermore, I don't think I'm at next setting. Oh, I am at max setting, so you can see how it is. How visible it is outdoors, it's not like the best I'll be honest, but you can see it outdoors under direct sunlight all right now.
It's kind of cast weather, but I would say, on the direct sunlight. You'll be you'd, be a little struggling a little when it comes to the display when it comes to the viewing angles for right now, it's at it's pretty good outdoors, I'm not going to last up under direct sunlight. I haven't tested that out yet, but yeah TCL 20se my thoughts on it. So far I say it's a gold 400 and what is 189 on Amazon. I think it's a great device.
I could definitely recommend it like. Furthermore, I said it's set to get android, 12 and so far, so good two weeks later drop a comment down below. Let me know what you guys want to see on the TCL 20se. We out you.
