TCL 10 Pro - Unboxing & First Impressions!!! By CV Tech

Hey everyone RJ here with CV Tech, welcome back to the channel, and today I'll be doing a quick, unboxing and first impressions of the TCL 10 Pro. Let's get it started, okay, so before I get started, I want to give a special thanks to TCL person. Then this phone out to unbox and review for you all and in this video here I will just be showing you two phone give you the specs I wanted just a little of a walkthrough showing you know the settings and have the phone looks and stuff like that. So let's go ahead and get started on the side of the box. Here it does show a few specs 6.47 Full, HD, Plus and Marlette curve display HDR 1064, megapixel camera. There's a quad camera set up a hundred and twenty-eight gigs of internal storage with six gigabytes of RAM and a 4500 William power battery now I've already opened the box up purely the phone already been taken out, but the content of the box is a case, a manual stimulation tool, USB type-c charging, cable and an 18 watt fast charging wall adapter by TCL.

So that's pretty much all that comes in the box, a squib bitt, the box away here, I had the phone, or you take an out and here's the phone here is the case that I already removed. So we'll look at that here in a moment, but my first stops now: I have not messed this phone, yet not powered on or anything, but just holding this phone has a very nice premium feel to it. I mean when you're holding to the back of it. There's that ember gray, and it just looks really nice. Okay, don't really leave any fingerprints, as you can see right, there has a really nice kind of get.

You know a really nice matte look to it here, but it's not flat. It's got some shine to it. Whenever you see it in the light they're a little now top there has your quad camera setup, which is that 64, and they get pixel a wide lens. It has a 16 megapixel, ultra-wide lens, a 5 megapixel macro lens and a 2 megapixel death lens, and that looks like some kind of maybe some kind of laser focus down at the bottom, not really short. That is, but also has dual LEDs on each side, which I think looks pretty cool.

Looking at it there, of course, a TCL branding there on the, and we'll get more to the cameras here is the video goes on now. On top, you got a 3.5 millimeter headphone jack with an IR blaster. So this that's that's getting pretty rare nowadays, though stuff to see it. You know an hour Blaster there on this phone on the left side, you have your assistance button right there on the bottom. You have your bottom fire speaker, your SIM card slot on the bottom, there USB type-c, charging port and microphone on the right side.

Here is your power and volume rocker on the front. Here is your front-facing camera and your receiver, so we'll go ahead and give this phone a first boot up now. This is key there on the side can be remapped to whatever you want to map it to so yeah. First dude up here phone looks Wow. It looks very vibrant, very clear here and no don't it may not show it here on camera, but just looking at it here that screen looks really nice, so yeah I'll go ahead, get the phone off set up, and I'll come back when it's finished now before we get to the phone here, I want to show you a few things that it does show you here in the setup screen.

Of course, I've done set up my fingerprint and face unlock, but also lets you choose what your dominant hand is left hand or right hand, of course I'm left-handed. So, of course, if I put left-handed the backs on the left, right-handed, your back will be on the right. So that's a pretty nice little feature. Is there, so I'm left-handed, so I will just write the lift. Next, you have your NOT vision here, which is the visual enhancement, makes things look, sharper, more saturated and overall looks better turn that off.

You can see a little of change there and that so there you go, you just see that there and into next you can change your home screen to a home and drawer screen or just a home screen only with no app drawer. So this gives you this phone gives you a lot of. You know, options to choose from go ahead and push next there and set up is complete. Okay, so we're now on the home screen- and this display looks great I mean it's just it's very vibrant, very punchy, looking I'm, just loving it. So for now the resolution comes in at 23 40 by 1080 what I think a 19.5 aspect, ratio with 398 pixels per inch and has HDR TN and always-on display so yeah, really nice stuff there. It also runs Android tent with TCL's UI.

It runs the Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 processor, which is an outscore processor with an Arena, 612 GPU, so good, decent mid-range processor. There should give no problems. Gaming, no problems with your daily activities on your phone. It's going to have 60 gigabytes of RAM and 128 gigs of internal storage, so plenty of storage I believe it also has external storage so yeah. Let me note you some there problems with stores, honest of us with processing power with RAM.

This should be a very good experience. Now, let's check out the fingerprint scanner here now, there are multiple ways to open this phone up. You can use, of course, the face unlock fingerprint scanners in display, or you're just you're peeing pattern or password whatever you prefer. Let's check out the fingerprint scanner now and yeah. No problems open right up there.

You go I'll check out face unlock pretty quick yeah, not bad at all, so everything worked just fine. Now some of you all may be, you know wondering. Will this work on? You know a lot of the Bands here in the US for LTE, and this model here is the t7 99b, and it has bands one two, three, four: five: seven: eight, twelve, thirteen, seventeen, twenty-five, twenty-six, twenty-eight thirty, eight forty-one, forty and sixty-six. So no bands 71 here on this here, but it has pretty much every other band that you won't, it's on work on GSM carriers, just fine T-Mobile AT&T! Are there Minos, so yeah I want to try that with Verizon just to see what happens, but you know not holding my breath there, but I will be trying out on Verizon's Network see if it can work so, of course stay tuned. For all of that, and of course, there's a 4,500 William hour battery with 18 want fast charging that claims 50% in 35 minutes quick charge, 3.0, so yeah, really nice stuff here, I am loving. The design of this phone I mean it just feels really, really good.

In the hand I mean it. Has that really tall screen there a bit in their roasted like easier to hold think of print downer shows up you can just there, you go own easy. It's just pain. This phone is just really nice. It's like here's.

The app drawer and TCL's long-term I mean it has everything in order communication, your media, your utilities, your system, your travel, the finance shop, others I mean it just- has everything I all remotes, so our blasters really nice to see on this phone and honestly not much book. Where I mean you got Netflix, which is not a big deal, Facebook, of course, on everything, but yes, I'm liking the launcher so far. It seems to be very fast, very fluent without anybody issues, and this way here for all your Google stuff. Of course. Now.

Everything on the left here, of course, is your assistance button. Smart key, and you've got single press, double press and long press. So you get here. You can do single press here, and you got all this okay turn on or off next vision, enhancement, Google, camera gallery, smart manager, edge bar others, I mean just flash like turn on or off screenshots I mean just you got multiple things. You can do every here with this side key so yeah, and you got three options here: single press, double press and long press.

So that's the seed. You can also turn that off completely to where, if you don't want to use it at all, just turn it off, and you're all good to go. Put the drop-down here, and you see cup Wi-Fi cellular data, sound Bluetooth, auto rotate does have NFC. So if you want to use NFC, this phones got it. Screenshots screen recorder locations, one handed mode, dark mode, turn that on right fast, like that's a scheduled time.

What are you that here in the settings here in just a minute, so yeah? Let's go ahead and jump into the sentence, and we'll call them down here and turn it on dark mood? It's not too bad right now, so we'll leave it there network and internet Bluetooth and device connection, and you see Bluetooth, NFC, cast and printing. You got your display for your status bar. You got a notch up here, which you can turn on or off, depending on what app you are using. So really nice stuff. There full screen, apps Pregnant's level, dark mood, turn on now and yeah.

That's a lot better. Every phone should have dark mood, I mean yeah, I, comfort mode. That's a brightness auto-rotate screen turn auto brightness, always I can't stand auto, brightness um, leaving it off auto would take screen sleep font, size image display always on display flip cover mood whatever that is, and we'll figure that out later on and identification light, so yeah nice to see that on there as well, NOT vision, visual enhancement, you got reading mode screen color, which is vivid. You can change everything on this phone. Okay, the phone got ton of features, a ton of settings.

Sunlight display, increase readability under sunlight, a thumbs up there. For that you have your sound honking, the wallpapers, which will do that at a later time. Advanced features here is sis Navy Gawain app, cloner edge bar stand recorder gestures, so gestures has clipped to mute your finger screenshot, which there we go, that's how it's done it gives us some edit shares and stuff like that, that you can bet your little setups here on the side. You also have split, screen, gesture, quick launch camera and tap to wake by double tapping anywhere on the screen to wake the device. So one handed mode gain mode here you got my games, magnifications constant brightness.

You can just get a different, a bunch of different. You know gang turbo optimize network, all that good stuff here. So plenty of features here on this TCO 2 bus, yes driving mode kind of yeah. Anyway, you got a smart key down on bottom. A smart manager will show you everything: okay, 100%, excellent.

Everything is good, auto, start battery memory and notifications security. We have your screen lock fingerprint face key smart, lock, private space, apps, lock, emergency services and all that kind of good stuff, their apps' privacy's location on that kind of stuff. There storage is twelve point: six, eight gigs use of a hundred and twenty-eight gigs. So you got a hundred fifteen gigabytes, free, Google service, accessibility and system about phone. This pretty much tells you the specs here, 675 processors, the resolution, two cameras, the model, the phone, RAM storage battery and reversion it's on March, 1st 2020 security patch and all that kind of good stuff there.

So yeah, that's pretty much all the settings you're seeing right there and overall first thoughts here is perfect. Ok, the build feels solid, I love the design of it. I love the way. This phone looks, and I'm really excited to try this phone out, use it on multiple networks, just to see how this phone does perform. You know I'm, really glad to see TCO bringing you know a phone like this to the market.

I think it's just looks good I mean I think is a very, very good. Looking device and price point: it's comparable with other mid-range devices. So yeah. Let's look at the camera right, quick light here, just see what we have going on in there: let's go home and yeah I had the camera pressed so now, of course, this here is not going to show how good the camera is here. Just using my camera here, it's going to look, looks off color on here on the camera, so you've got Auto, you got video, got portrait super night mode and of course you got your pro mode, which is all really nice over here.

No more super macro happy the white trays, slow motion, stop motion panorama and all that kind of good stuff there. Now we've got your one time, zoom your two times, zing up to 10 times zoom, so we'll be testing out the cameras here at a later time. So you have stay tuned for all of that kind of stuff got your wide-angle lens. Are there, and you have this little mood that let's just put my iPhone here in there, and you can see that it kind of you know, has the guess it's a macro that depth or you that the low-light video ultra-wide and original photo so pretty cool there, and you can use whichever one you want to use. So a really cool feature there on this phone.

So plenty of settings plenty of good stuff going on here now in the sentence here photo size is 64 mega pixel high pixels 16 is what it's set on. You can change that to whatever you want to. Of course, video quality is 4k of 30 1080p at 30 720p at 30 and 480 of 30 thought have 60 frames per second, but I don't see it anywhere on there, but we'll check it out at our own. A video stabilization, electronic, a camera and just yeah dark, shot and I mean all kinds of stuff watermark on or off you can turn up water. If you don't want the watermark on your phone, you can turn it off.

Okay, go to the front camera here to the sentence: 24 megapixel, high pixel and 6 megapixel web set. It defaults video up to 10 30 up to 1080 at 30 frames per second 720 and 480, and just a bunch of other stuff there which will get to the camera settings a bit later, but yeah very, very excited has a phone in hand. It just looks nice, it feels nice feels very premium, and I'm really excited to use it. So this video is a bit longer than I wanted it to be, but anyway yeah. You can't see it on camera here, but man, this thing is just shining this.

My camera is kind of doling it out a little man. This thing just it just feels smooth, there's a smooth, looking phone I'm, loving it TCL so anyway force helpful, informative in any way.
