SupCase Unicorn Beetle Pro for the OnePlus 8 Pro (Case Review)! By EpicDroid

Hey guys, it's rare from our local 12 in epicdroid. com, and we're here today with a super quick video on the unicorn beetle pro case for the OnePlus 8 pro the OnePlus 8 pro is an amazing device. However, it is an expensive device, and it's a device that I want to keep protected and that's where the unicorn beetle pro comes into play. Unicorn beetle pro is a super protective case that comes from sup case. The case is a two layer case with a hard plastic piece here on the back and then a softer CPU layer. That goes all the way around.

So this case here comes with a screen protector built in. That is one thing. I know a lot of people are huge fans of with unicorn beetle pro and unfortunately, on some previous devices. They didn't have the option to be able to put that in there. However, with the OnePlus 8 pro, they were able to get the screen protector working with the fingerprint sensor on the OnePlus 8 pro.

So, to put this on, what you're going to do is you're going to peel those two pieces of plastic off you're, going to go ahead, and you're going to take your phone, and you're going to want to make sure that there's no dust or fingerprints on your screen here now. I do have a screen protector already on here, and I super like this screen protector. So I'm going to be leaving it on so to put it on you're, going to go, and you're going to set your phone in, and it works best. If you do it with the sides and the bottom here, first, and you're just going to kind of push that in and wrap it around then you're going to take this piece, pull it down and flip the phone over, and you're going to put it in, and I find it works best if you start at the bottom, so you're going to push that in push it around the sides and make sure that all the pieces here are firmly in there and then once that's in presto, you are good to go now. There are some pressure marks there. That is because I have the other screen protector underneath it, however, you're not going to be seeing those too much when you're actually using the device. Now. One thing I did forget to mention is you: do want to make sure that your fingerprint sensor is set up before you put the screen protector on. If that is not set up, you will have issues using your fingerprint sensor and because I have the two screen protectors on there.

It's going to give me some grief as well. So as far as the case goes, it is a very protective case, starting with the screen protector here up front. You do have some cutouts in the screen protector that make room for your camera as well as your speakers up here. Another screen protector goes all the way around, and it fits the curves of the device perfectly so that you're able to use that without any damage to your screen now, just because they want to throw in some extra protection there. There is this raised lip here across the bottom in the top of the device that allows you to set that face down without having to worry about your screen protector getting scratched up then, here on the sides, we do have a textured grip.

That grip is very drippy and when you're using this case, you will not be dropping your phone. However, if you do happen to drop your phone, this case is so thick and bulky. It's going to protect your device, no matter what here on the corners, we do have some extra thick bumpers. Those do have air pockets on the inside, so that if you do hit it's going to be hitting the rubber first, it's going to be hitting the air pocket, and then it'll be hitting the device. So it provides that additional impact protection because it spreads out that impact also on the sides.

Here we do have a textured power button, so it makes it super easy to find. We have a little piece here that covers up your slider. It does make it a little more difficult to get in there to be able to use the slider. I find I have to use my finger rather than my thumb. I can't get my thumb in there, but once I do get it in there, I don't have any problems using it.

Then you flip it over onto this side, and you do have some textured volume up and volume down buttons and, as you can see, there, there are no issues using those and then here on the bottom, we do have your microphone as well as your speaker, ports and here on the bottom. We do have this little piece here that protects your USB c charging port. Now this thing is a little harder to use because it does make it a little harder to plug your USB-C cord in. However, the nice thing is that this case is just the right amount of thickness where it still allows wireless charging and even warp wireless charging. So then, here up on the top of the case, we do have a cutout for your noise-canceling mic and then here on the back.

We have this nice big cutout for your flash, your camera and your other sensors. You will notice that there are these little feet that are in the corners as well as here in the center of the device. Those allow you to set that here on the back without having to worry about your case, getting scratched up, and then just one extra feature here that I super like is you have this little kickstand now the kickstand allows you to use your device in a landscape mode as well as in a portrait mode, and so on more thing. It's not so much a feature of the case itself, but an extra feature that a lot of people do like, and that here is this hip holster that hip holster will go on one of two different ways. You can put it in with your device facing up, or you can undo it, and if you want a little thing here, you can go ahead, and you can put that in face down.

So it provides some extra protection for your device, and it allows you to put it on your hip or hook it on to anything else that you would like it is adjustable. So you can turn that in any direction and make it a little easier for you to get to and have access to. So all in all this is a super great case and for twenty dollars for protecting your device. You really can't go wrong. It gives you the insurance and the peace of mind that you need, in order to be able to make sure that your OnePlus 8 pro is protected.
