Samsung Galaxy A80 vs Galaxy S10 Comparison

Hey guys welcome back to my channel, so Samsung's Galaxy AAT is out now, which is the first all screen phone by Samsung and in this video I am when I compared with the Samsung's flagship of this year. The Galaxy S 10. As for the price, the Galaxy S 10 is going to be more expensive than the galaxy 80. So starting off with the construction on both entities, we will be getting aluminum frame and curved glass bags, which, on both are gonna, be Gorilla Glass, so super premium build quality on both handsets the screen will be six point: one inches diagonally on the S 10 versus rail or six point, seven inches on the AAT. So as for their overall size, the AAT is gonna, be very large and easily a two-handed phone versus the s 10 being way more compact. The galaxy a8 II is also going to be more than one millimeter thicker than the S 10, which can be easily not swell, and the handset is going to be way heavier as well weighting, 220 grams, which is quite heavy even for a large wound.

Now, as for the bezels, so first there is a hole punch on the s10. Then it's chin and forehead are also slightly thicker compared to the AAT, but also on the s10, decide bezels already thinner, then the 80 plus its screen is 3d curved as well, which makes it look very good. Both phones are gonna, have in screen fingerprint scanners, but the technology is not the same. It's going to be an optical scanner on the AAT versus and ultrasonic scanner on the s10. As for the speed, the AAT is going to be slower, while on the s10, it's also not the fastest in skin scanner, and one thing with the s10 is that its fingerprint scanner does not work with a glass screen protector and as for the face unlock, this feature is not present on the 80 versus the s10 does have it for connectivity.

There's going to be USB type-c board on both phones, while the AAT is not going to have the headphone jack and the loudspeaker is gonna, be on the bottom side. On the handset versus on the extent it's gonna, be steered. Speakers set up one speaker being on the bottom side and the other one being the earpiece itself, while on the 80, there is no speaker at all. The upper side of it screen is gonna work as an earpiece during calls, and at loss the s10 it's going to be IP.68 certified means fully protected against water versus the AAT, is gonna, be very vulnerable to water, as it can easily get inside it. The display is gonna, be emulated in both phones with resolution of Full HD on the AAT versus quad HD on the s10, so screen sharpness is gonna, be good on the AAT.

Was this even better or the best on the s10, both column alert screens, but the colors are not going to be the same on both handsets on the s10. The screen is gonna, be brighter and going to have higher contrast ratio compared to the AAT. The s10 is also coming with dynamic. HDR means better HDR experience versus the AAT does not support HDR content on both handsets the always-on display feature is gonna, be there and as for their protection, both are gonna, be protected by Gorilla Glass, but as the AAT is heavier, so higher chances of it breaking coming to the performance aspects, and it's going to be the Snapdragon 730 on the AAT versus the best right now, the Snapdragon, a 55 or the Enos 98 20 on the S 10. The difference in performance is going to be easily noticeable, as the CPUs are Faust on the extent, while, as for the GPU, the AAT will run all the modern heavy games on high settings versus on the s 10.

The GPU is more than twice as powerful as the AAT, so we can say it's gonna, be future-proof for the coming two or three years. The RAM is gonna, be 8 gigabytes on both phones, so its gate and this storage is gonna, be 128 gigabytes on the 80, which is not expandable via micros card versus the s10, is gonna, have 128 or 512 gigabytes of storage variants, and the handset also supports micros cards. The operating system is gonna, be Android, 9 PI on both phones and as for the future, both should get the Android Q update, but obviously Samsung is gonna support the S 10 for longer than the Galaxy, an 80 coming to the camera. So the main sensor on the 80 is 48 mega pick SCOR be a sensor means it will output images in 12, megapixels versus on the s10. It's a 12 megapixel sensor.

As for the image quality, both are going to be great while we are going to get slightly higher noise on the AAT compared to the s10. As for low-light performance, the AAT falls behind here, as it does not capture as much detail as the s10 and the noise is high to Samsung. Finally came up with its own long. X4 unite mode which we are going to have on the s10, and the AAT is gonna, get it too, which is drastically gonna, improve the United shorts. As for the wide angle sensor, it's going to be 8 megapixels on the 80 vs.16 megapixels on the s10, and both of these are going to have 123 degrees or field a few here. The s10 is gonna, be ahead by a really large margin.

It's obviously going to have more detail and the dynamical inch it's going to be better to on the s10. On the extended hard sensor is gonna, be a telephoto and going to have 2 times optical zoom, and this sensor is gonna, be optically stabilized along with the main sensor, and it performs just as good as the other two sensors and not as good in low light versus the ad. It's going to have a 3d time of right camera as it's tied camera, and it's there to help in portraits. And yes, the portrait mode works a plus on the AAT, not just on people, but on everything versus the s10 does not have a 3d camera, but it's port and mod is just as good as the AAT on the s10. The main sensor is gonna, have dual pixel face? Detection autofocus, which means refocusing, is gonna, be not simply faster on the s10 compared to the AAT.

As for video recording the AAT will capture 4k at 30fps or 1080p at 60 versus the s10 will do 4k at 60fps. As for stabilization, the 80 will only have software based stabilization makes, which is only going to work in 1080p at 30fps mode versus the s10 is going to have optical stabilization Plus? Yes, so stabilization is gonna, be better on the s10, while 4k 60fps mode will all /. Yes. As for slow motion, both handsets will capture at 240fps in 1080p resolution, which is great and both are also going to have. The super slow motion feature which will capture at 480 fps in 720p resolution and the AAT will capture it for 0.4 seconds and will give you 6 seconds of playback versus the s10. For 0.8 seconds, and so it will give you 12 seconds of play back while the s10 can also do 9 60fps 4.4 seconds. Both wounds are going to have this super steady mode which will use the wide-angle camera to capture normal videos, but super stabilized, so it can be used for like when you're running, while, as dividing all sensor is weaker on the 80.

The super steady, video quality is also gonna, be lower on the handset and at loss. One feature specific to an 80 is gonna, be the portrait video, and it is exactly what it sounds like, and it's the first time Samsung is doing it, but on the 80, this feature works really well. Now, as for the front, on the extent, there's a 10 megapixel sensor, which is gonna, be out focus, so your face will always be in focus, means more detail versus on the 80. The back camera is the front camera as well, which means it should be perfect. And yes, both of these phones are perfect.

Actually in terms of the detail and dynamic range. Both phones are gonna. Have this healthy portrait feature and the self-reported video is to kind of work on the AAT as well, but on the AAT. One thing is not right: its main sensor is art focus. So on the front side, it should be our focus —, but it's not on the front mode.

It becomes fixed focused, which is not a big deal also about 95% of the phones, have fixed focus, front cameras but our focus selfie camera just changes. Everything so I hope it's not limited by the hardware of the phone and Samsung fixed it through updates at loss for the battery, and it's 3,400 million, based on the s10 versus 3700 mini pace on the AAT. The screen on time should be really close on these, as the chipset is more power hungry on the s10, as the screen is larger on the ad, so it's going to eat more battery, but on both phones. The backup time is not gonna, be like very good. It's going to be in between ok and good, so yeah.

The s10 is gonna, have wireless charging and reverse wireless charging feature which the AAT does not have a net loss for the false charging, their stand with its included charger gets to about 80% in 60 minutes and takes slightly lesser than one hour and 40 minutes to fully recharge versus for the 80. This thing is not quite clear yet, but I will post my update comment as I am gonna, get any news and update some of these phones. So this is it for this video guys. Let me know what you guys think about both handsets and if you found this video interesting then be sure to like it, and I will see you guys in my next video peace out.
