We got Samsung a52 going up against our returning champion, Poco x3 NFC. We've got a speed test comparison here, and we'll do the usual. Kick things off with a startup speed test so for polo, it's running android 10 with snapdragon 732g, whereas the a52 is running android 11 with snapdragon 750 g and for some of us this may be a bit on the unfair side, but seeing how well the Poco x3 NFC phone performed against other phones on my speed tests. I just have to go ahead and put it up against the a52 to see how much we can accomplish here and for the initial startup. It was astounding to see that, despite the fact that a52 has better specs, the Poco x3 actually took the win in this round here as it reached to the home screen, while the a52 was still loading to the lock screen all right. So I was actually kind of disappointed to be honest with you being that the a52 5g phone is way pricier than how much I paid for my Poco x3 NFC, but that doesn't determine our overall winner.
So now we're going to go ahead and cycle through some apps and for the most part I will be closing out the app then starting at the starting up, the app once again just to be on the certain side that this app starts up first compared to the other phone, and we're going based on consistency which phone will have most of the apps start up first compared to the other one, and that will help us determine the winner and for the most part throughout this speed test. Here you can see that they were pretty much on the same level, sometimes by a.1 second, but that doesn't really say much for us to say that one is actually faster, and you can see that Spotify did load up faster on the Poco x3, but the second time around they were even and the same with the Google Chrome here then play store. You can see a 52 took the lead on that one and then the second time around the poker x3 actually did a lot better catching up to the a52. All right same thing with YouTube. You can see every time I cycle through the app the second time around starting it up.
You can see. There is a catch-up on either phone. Then you got Instagram here, Instagram went for Poco x3, then you saw that a52 caught up again. Facebook went to a 52 and then same thing around a52 took the win on that one, and that's what I'm talking about consistency, but the game changer starts here where the a52 actually performed way better in terms of starting up the games for all these games that we're about to go through right now and, of course, I'm doing my double rounds, and it's no ifs or buts. The a52 5g variant did take the lead on this big time.
So, if you were wondering at this point of the video, the winner would be the a52 as in terms of consistency, the a52 did take the lead on that. So it was a pretty sharp one here and again. This is just for entertainment purposes, but if you're online getting ready to purchase your next mid-tier phone, then perhaps if you want something fast but a little within the 400 price range, that would be the a52 5g variant. But if you're looking for something under 300, and you're, not all that crazy about speed, then the Poco x3 NFC is definitely a phone to consider. And of course, if you enjoy this sort of content here, you can hit that like share subscribe.
Let me know in the comments section: if you enjoyed it or not, and you can see for yourself, the games did start up for the a52, always they started up first, even though the game turbo kicked in for Poco x3 still and yes, my internet connection is terrible. I know don't comment on that, but thanks for watching see you.
