Samsung A71 5G: affordable 5G. | Verizon Wireless IAB 5G Tech | 5G UWB | Airpods Pro Deal

Hey, what is going on SMT nation? It's your boy, the SMT! We got a video for you guys today pretty much mostly Verizon stuff, but some smartphone news and then some technology stuff going on the network side. It's a great update, perfect stuff here, good consumer information and technical information. So the first thing that we'll start with I think we'll do the Verizon technology Network piece Verizon has just finished testing a new technology that will connect emergency responders to 5g notes, currently millimeter-wave applications here for Verizon Wireless. What they're going to do is they're going to power these emergency connectivity nodes by battery. Thus, the devices will not be running on the grid as a traditional form of power. The way that they're going to do this is these devices are going to be using I, a B which is going to be a huge technology advancement in the future for 5g, thus enabling towers to not just connect to devices but also connecting to other towers, specifically providing back haul internet connectivity for multiple towers and data transmission.

I think for those that said, millimeter-wave would be a useless technology specifically in 5g eat your heart out, I told you, so I knew it was gonna, be a big deal. A lot of people try to downplay this, but millimeter wave bill be a massive technology in 5g, both in connecting to devices directly and also in connecting towers to two other towers and providing back haul, so haha yeah joke's on you, anyways moving on what they're going to be doing here is essentially this buys carriers like Verizon time to install more fiber. They can do it later or as needed, and it allows them to kind of bypass it initially, as they build out 5g. So just like DSS is gonna, be huge, 5g technology so well. This I beat ACK and connecting first responders and consumers on networks anyways.

The technology is an association with Ericsson, my personal favorite vendor of G software and hardware, and you know this. This is a great technology really, really like it. Alright next piece of news from Verizon, we have the 71 v gene now available at the carrier, but with a nasty surprise. The pricing you're not gonna, like it first launched with Sprint AT&T and T-Mobile all being subbed 6 gigahertz 5g compatible. The Verizon variant will be fitted with mic with millimeter wave connectivity, which is Big Red's solution to 5g.

For now so differences here between the Verizon model and the other carrier models is there. This model is going to come with an additional 2 gigs of ram, so I have 8 gigs of ram and tow instead of these 6 and the other models, all other specs are pretty much the same. Except the price point, so the other carriers will be selling this for $5.99. The Verizon variant will be 649, so a $50 premium, 4 millimeters, wave, 5g connectivity, pre-orders start July 9th they will be shipping July 16, and you know for those that are interested in this. You must really want Verizon Wireless millimeter wave.

You must have it in your market, there's like 35 or 36 markets that have it. There are some unofficial cities that also support it, but uh. You know if you're interested in it, that's what it is just to kind of recap. What we've seen this year Verizon did this with the 1+8 as well: charging $7.99 for the 1 plus 8 that is millimeter wave compatible as opposed to $6.99, which was the unlocked variant from Amazon or directly from OnePlus or T-Mobile actually for that matter. But those models are sub: 6 carats non millimeter, wave 5g devices, so the phone is currently the cheapest 5g phone.

You can get at Verizon at 6:49, and it's probably one of the cheapest on the market. I know there are a couple of others, but this is a carrier model and that's kind of what we're looking at here I but do believe. Prison will be running a promo $15 per month on the phone on a two-year installment plan, which will end up costing you about $360 over the course of the financing charges, so not a bad deal if you want to lock in at Verizon for a couple of years on the installment plan and a deal of the day, Verizon is selling the Apple EarPods Pro $30 off the 220 bucks, as opposed to 250 available to any person, not just Verizon Wireless subscribers. So in the comment section go ahead and sound off the voice of the people, the SMT nation. Let me know what you guys: think of the Verizon news, the network technologies with millimeter wave being used as IB, as well as the technology using for first responders and battery power.

Also, the a71 5g coming to Verizon, but with a $50 price hike premium for millimeter wave connectivity, and then we have the Apple EarPods Pro deal for you, so there you go anyways.
