POCO M3 Pro 5G Unboxing (Good Looking Midrange POCO Phone)

Hi guys this is json. com, I'm here with another unboxing of the Poco m3 pro we've previously unboxed and reviewed the Poco x3, as well as the Poco m3 and the Poco x3 pro, and now here's the pro version. Actually, the pro 5g version of the m3. The m3 remains one of the most affordable phones out there, but this one is also pretty appealing. It's 200 or even below 200, which for a 5g phone, is definitely something else now uh it's time for the unboxing. The review will be separate, and we have here the version with six gigs of ram and 120 gigabytes of storage.

It definitely has a lot of personality. If you ask me, particularly with this uh here with this black part on the glossy area, the back side is pretty glossy. I actually more fond of the yellow version of the phone, which has a sort of racing stripe here anyway, there we have it and let's fire it up and see what's inside the box. First, it feels pretty well in my hand. It's definitely going to be wield with a single hand and my fingers can reach basically most parts of the screen.

Now as it boots up. Let's see what we get inside the box, I'm going to start with this large envelope. We have here the key used to access the slots. We get a bunch of stickers, labeled polo. I don't know if you know this, but Poco has been externalized from Xiaomi at the end of 2020, it's basically its own company.

Now, like black shark, like Redmi and a few others. Here we have the quick start, guide safety, information, warranty card and, of course, a case, it's transparent and flexible and has all the required cutouts at the sides and the bottom and even the top. We have an audio jack and an infrared emitter. It seems now inside the box we're getting the usual USB to USB a cable which hooks up to the charger which has an USB a connector, and it promises to deliver current up to, let's see 22.5 watts, I would say it's pretty decent. Nowadays, we have come to expect um, something like 30 watts as the new so-called minimum, even though apple, for example, only ships phones with 18 watt chargers- if I remember correctly, okay now, this is not about apple, it's about a much more affordable phone, which is actually even 180 dollars in some region.

If you can believe it for a 5g phone, 180 dollars sounds like a dream right and also the design is not half bad. Now that we are definitely done with the unboxing part of the video, let's switch it on to first impressions. Okay, so here we go, I'm definitely loving the back side, although it draws a huge amount of lint fingerprints and grease around the camera area. You always found small specks of dust cat hair, and what have you? The device comes in shoes like polo, yellow power, black and cool blue. This is obviously power black, and it has a plastic body, plastic everywhere, plastic for the frame and plastic for the back side.

There's a glass at the front with gorilla, glass, 3 protection, let's actually get it right this time. Okay and that's what the screen looks like now, once again, the phone is pretty easy and comfy to wield it: measures, 8.9 millimeters in thickness and weighs 190 grams, and what you can see here on the front side is an IPS LCD screen, which is, I would say, quite bright. It has a 6.5 inch, diagonal full HD plus resolution and believe it or not, there's a 90 hertz refresh rate in spite of the lower price you go here to the display, and you can tweak the refresh rate by default is 60 hertz. You can set it to 90 hertz for smoother scrolling in lists or well games. Now, if you go inside the phone, we should find the familiar processor.

It's actually not identified properly here, but rather here, let's see is the MediaTek time. Set 705g, seven nanometer outscore, you've probably seen it before on the recently unveiled galaxy a22 5g and the realm 85g, which we actually reviewed. The phone is available with six or four gigs of ram. We have the version with six, and it comes with 64 or double the amount of storage. We have the double the amount UFS, 2.2 and micros is also here in the package. The battery is, of course, I would have guessed it blindfolded, 5000 William hours with 18 watts charging.

So it's about four watts going to waste, because this is a 22 watt charger in the box. Now the usual look around the phone. I have to mention that we have a screen protection already applied. You can see here the way it fits around the camera area, not exactly symmetrical so screen protection applied microphone, USB c 2.0 port speaker here, and it's a singular speaker next up on the right side, flat power button with fingerprint scanner volume buttons. At the top side.

We have the something like looks like a double infrared emitter and a microphone plus the audio jack. And here we have the tray for the micros and the NATO sim. Well, that's pretty much it is on the connectivity front, you probably guessed it that we have everything we need. There's 4g and 5g, Wi-Fi dual-band: Bluetooth, 5.1. We have GPS and the glass Galileo and BDS.

You have NFC to make your payments. You have USB 2.0, and I'm curious if you have FM radio. As far as I know, there should be FM radio here and yes, indeed, it is on the camera front. So if you go here towards the front camera, it's a pretty large cutout for an 8-megapixel camera sounds a bit modest but remains to be seen. I've been surprised before at the back side, there's a triple camera array, a rather small module with a promise of 14 megapixels, AI vision and a pretty generous flash with an extra mechanism.

Here, I'm guessing it's something that helps you to focus so 40, megapixel, f, 1.8, face detection autofocus and these two tiny cameras, each 2 megapixel in resolution macro and both the camera only films in full HD, supposedly in 30 frames per second, but let's actually check it out. I will be surprised to see that we actually can film in nope just 1080p and HD in 30 frames per second, we have a macro mode here, so you can shoot macro video. This is the photo section with AI. We have a portrait section. We have short video time-lapse, 14 megapixels, slo-mo, night mode panorama and a few other modes which haven't made the cut, including a useful pro mode, video and pro put separately here.

Furthermore, we have everything required and even a pro video mode believe it or not at this price tag. Obviously, the OS of choice is android 11, with a strong shade of mini 12 applied on top of it. You can see it here stable, I'm curious to see when it will get me white 12.5, but that's another story for another day. You should remember that mini 12 will be able to split this area here. So aside from grouping together the quick settings, the notifications, they can be split into a control center copied from iOS and notification center on the other corner.

Now I'm going to say it again: it's one of the cheapest 5g phones out there with a good-looking back side quite easy to handle, and I've tested a processor before and had good results with it. So you may even find yourself doing some gaming. Now, let's see what the battery can do, how bright the screen is under the full summer, sun and, of course, how fast the connectivity is in the meantime be advised use the case and try to clean this up as much as you can. It draws quite a few prints and links. That's it from json.

com hope you enjoyed this unboxing goodbye.
