Pixel 4a vs Pixel 4XL Speed Test Comparison!!! Surprising Results. By CV Tech

Hey everyone RJ here welcome back to the channel, and today I'm doing a apeak test comparison between the Pixel 4a and the Pixel 4 XL. Let's get it started, okay, so the Pixel 4a and the Pixel 4 XL. I'm really excited about this test here to see the difference between the 730 g processor and the a55 flagship from last year, both running the same ram, the six gigabytes and both having the same storage with 128 gigs. So let's just go ahead and get right into it with a boot up test here, starting now, all right, the Pixel 4 XL started at first was which one gets home. First, I'm guessing the 4xl and yes, the 4xl took it and the 4a right behind it. Okay, so both phones are now on now.

Both of these phones here are on the stock launcher and for the specs 730g snapdragon processor, snapdragon 855 processors over here. So you got a good mid-range processor versus last year's flagship processor, which is still a very powerful processor. Both have six gigabytes of ram and both have 128 gigabytes of internal storage, but they are on android 10 and are on the latest August 5th 2020 security patch. So yeah, let's go ahead and check out some geek bench scores. Okay, so the Pixel 4a got a score of 554 single core and 1639 multicore and the Pixel 4 XL got a score: 738 single core and 2461 multicore.

So yeah difference there we'll see how that turns out here in the test. Let's go back home, make sure every app is cleared out, and we'll get started in with this test. Starting now that was the Pixel 4 XL YouTube. Oh, that was close to pixel.4 XL barely took that one calculator, that's about even calendar about even once again clock, pixel, 4, XL, barely target that was the Pixel 4a. Let's go into Amazon shopping man.

These are so close, but the 4xl, I think, barely took that one Instagram pixel, 4 XL play store and again super close prime video Pixel 4 XL took it by barely Snapchat, close, very close, Pixel 4 XL, I think, took it though twitter and wow. I mean they're just so close Netflix, that was the Pixel 4 XL temple runs 2, so you can see right now, very close and just you know, just a normal, app open and test here. But gaming. I have a feeling you're gonna, see the games open up faster as you're seeing right here. Uh temple run two opened up by you know several seconds, so yeah go back home here and go into dead trigger.

That was the Pixel 4 XL, and now we'll go into pub g mobile. So you see both these phones. Here I mean they're very similar, just in opening outside by side now, daily usage is going to, of course vary. I mean if the 730 g is performing this good against the a55. You know how is the pixel 5 going to be.

You know I'm kind of interested in that, but you can see here in gaming. It did start at first here on the Pixel 4 XL a lot of x's. You got to press here in pub g uh just to get to the main screen and all that, but I mean both of them are gonna. You know do very, very well in gaming, it does start out faster here on the Pixel 4 XL, but as far as gaming goes, both of them are smooth. Both of them have no problem whatsoever playing any game and just everyday activity on your phone.

You ain't gonna, see much of a difference between the two devices. So, let's just check for reloads here on both devices, starting with pub g mobile, and we're open um I'll start with a 4a on pub g mobile dead trigger is also open. Temple run two good to go. Uh Netflix twitter looks good. Snapchat is open.

Prime video, the play store, Instagram Amazon was open target, we're good clock, calendar calculator, YouTube and the bible. Everything is good on the Pixel 4 XL, starting off with pub g. Of course, we're good and to dead, trigger everything, looks good. So far, temple run 2. Everything is open, Netflix a little reload there, Twitter, Snapchat prime video, the play store, Instagram Amazon, a target slow, but there it popped up, clock, calendar calculator, YouTube and the bible.

Everything looks pretty good on both these devices, so Pixel 4a versus pixel, 4 XL, I mean 350 versus whatever the Pixel 4 XL is going for now. Both of them are good phones, I mean, as far as you know, just your average daily usage. I don't think you're going to see much of a difference between the 730g here and the Pixel 4a and the 855 and the pixel 4xl. Now, of course, in gaming it's going to open up games faster. You know under more heavy usage you're going to see probably the pixel you know for Excel.

You know do a bit better, but honestly, both of them do good, and I don't think that in just in day-to-day usage you're going to see that much of a difference between these two devices. So I mentioned to see how the pixel 5 is going to be. You know I mean with a 730, and it can hang with the 855, I'm not sure processors are putting in the pixel 5 765 g whatever, but if this one's putting out this good, let's just see how it's going to be on the pixel 5.
