Original Apple Watch vs the new Series 4 Speed Test

Nate here, as you can see, I've got two phones. Last year's iPhone 10 and my brand new iPhone 10s max I have to send the iPhone 10 back today the Apple upgrade plan. They give you a couple of weeks to get it set up, and then you send it on back, but, more importantly, I wanted to do a little comparison of these two guys on left with the white band is my original day. One I for Apple Watch Series zero on the right. My brand-new Apple Watch Series for let's go ahead and login to them. You can see there the time the bigger face on the right, the new 44 millimeters.

It does make a difference. This is not my usual passcode, so that gives you an idea with the same. This is the one I kept on my original watch, and then I'll switch over scroll through all the different fun ones. I can organize these, but I have an int because I usually just keep it on the new info graph. That's the new hotness, all the different complications on there.

A lot of information, a lot of color but I, like all that information it gives me, so I wanted to do a test. Let's go ahead and go to our apps. Everybody loves the Apple Watch for the health reasons. The exercise me not so much but the heart rate. So what I'm going to go ahead and do is open up heart rate on both and see how long it takes to get a good measurement of my heart rate.

You can see I've been wearing the new one all day, and it's okay. There we go still waiting on the old watch, still waiting on the old bunch and I did restart both watches just before I started, so they're. Both caches cleared all that good stuff. To give you an equal idea, and we're still waiting battery life on the new watch. It lasts me about two and a half days, we're wearing it at night as well.

The old one would last me almost a full day and depending on, if I was to do an actual workout it'd be gone in the afternoon, so we actually didn't even get a heart rate on there. Maybe it can't sense because, it's so high up on my arm. Let's give it another chance. What's the heart rate raised on my new one as I try to figure out how to get the old one to work? Hey there, we go same time as the new one times out, so yeah definitely a lot faster there. Let's go back to our apps one of the things.

I love is the camera remote feature. This one right here opens up the camera on your phone. Oh, it's already open down there on the old one, and it's thinking about it and there we go so. The speed is a lot faster. The bigger screen, to one way I was going to show that is with the photos.

I've got way too many apps on here, which tends to be something I've known for if I go there. This is a good way to look at this brand-new screen. Let's go back to that picture. Yeah, is my daughter having a french fry Africa pictures, foodie PDX the best foodie pictures, but that gives you a good idea. You can see exact same picture on the bigger screen.

Just the colors are a little more vibrant. You can see a lot more detail with this new screen. I love it. As far as the band's go, this one's a little tight there I love the new hook-and-loop aka Velcro that I've got on here. It's just real.

You can get nice and snug this one. It just has regular holes, no I'm, not cutting off the circulation. That's not why I didn't get my heart rate, but that's just a quick look of the original Apple Watch versus the new series, four, if you're still in the original one. You definitely want to give this new one to look so now, I'm off to pack up the old iPhone 10, send it back to Apple and settle in even more with my new iPhone 10s max. Thank you for watching get out there and tech better.
