OPPO Reno4 Pro: Impressive with 3D Curved Screen | BGR India By BGR India

Hi guys and welcome to var India, and today we are excited to share our experience with the Oppo arena, 4 pro, which recently launched in India. This phone has been spoken about a lot, and here are my key takeaways from the latest entrant in the Renault series, so without wasting any more time, let's get started, let's begin by talking about the Oppo RINO 4 pro features which blew my mind away right from day one. Yes, I'm speaking about the first ever 3d curved screen on a smartphone in India at a price point of rupees 34 990, which Oppo calls the 3d borderless sense screen. The curve screen looks gorgeous, and the best part is that you can actually see the apps and text curve at the edges when you scroll through the pages on the home screen, the entire visual experience feels quite immersive and end-to-end. In that sense, the 3d borderless sunscreen on the Renault 4 pro offers both a premium look and a comfortable in hand feet emphasizing on the beauty of the Renault 4 pros slim design. The screen's bezel gives off the slim appearance when looked at from the sides.

Another aspect of the display that I quite enjoyed is the combination of the 90 hertz display refresh rate and up to 180 hertz touch sampling rate. These features just provided smoother animations and screen transitions without lag. The display could also register finger touches near instantly when gliding through a photo album or browsing my favorite social network, but the best use for this is probably in gaming, which turns into a whole new experience. With this display, I really enjoyed playing my favorite game and the touch response was phenomenal. The Renault 4 pro also comes with a flexible punch, hold screen with keening's gorilla, glass, 5 protection on the front and a screen to body ratio of 92 percent.

The 6.5 inch e3 super AMOLED screen comes with full HD plus resolution and a 20s to 9 aspect ratios. During my usage, I hardly noticed any issues with viewing angles or reflections, even under direct sunlight thanks to the 1100 nits of peak brightness with premium smartphones showcasing such powerful displays eye protection could be a problem. What I experienced was that the Renault 4 pro eliminates screen flickers, which you would usually notice in the dark environment. The Renault 4 pro, does offer some cool eye care protection that enables this. So not only the display is great.

It is responsive and soothing on the eyes. Moving on to the design. This is one of the most beautifully crafted devices I've come across. It weighs a mere 161 grams, which makes it super comfortable to carry. It is also the most lightweight premium, smartphone, with 6.5 inch display in India, despite being power, packed with features thanks to the curved edges at the back, the device fits perfectly in your hands. Furthermore, it is also very slim at just 7.7 millimeters thickness. In fact, the sides are divided equally between the frame and curved display.

I received the starry night variant of the Renault 4 pro, but it is also available in a silky white color. The back panel of the phone has the camera setup on the top left with Oppo branding on the bottom right. It also features a glare-free surface texture, which is something even flagship devices don't offer after using the Renault 4 pro for over a week. My screen time genuinely increased thanks to the awesome display, which makes the phone input down able, but using the phone.24 7 also means that you would have to sacrifice on battery right, not really. OPPO has also added power saving modes to make Renault 4 pro reliable and complete important tasks. Even when you are running low on battery during the lockdown, I never felt the need to use them, but recently, when there was a power cut in my area, I used the superpower saving mode and I could make and receive calls for over two hours with just five percent battery. Also, I've literally had moments where I've been watching some show on Netflix continuously for over five or six hours, and then, when I get up to drink water or grab some quick snacks, the device is charged enough to last for over another four or five hours.

This actually feels magical, and I don't think any device comes even close to what OPPO's 65 watt book 2.0 offers. Now, let's speak about the camera. OPPO Renault series has always been known for its camera performance, and this year is not different. The Oppo arena 4 pro offers a quad camera setup on the back, with a 48 megapixel primary camera, featuring a Sony, mix 586 sensor and f 1.7 aperture. This is paired with the 8 megapixel ultra-wide angle, camera and two other 2 megapixel macro and mono cameras on the front.

You have a 32 megapixel selfie camera with an f 2.4 aperture. Now, there's a lot to talk about this camera. So, let's start with the back camera. The quad camera setup offers multiple features, and one of my favorites is the AI color portrait mode. This feature makes the person in the shot highlighted in a natural color and mutes the background colors into black and white.

It also supports real time preview, so users will know exactly what they are shooting. This feature is available on both front and rear cameras of opereno4. The Renault 4 pro doesn't disappoint in the low light scenario as well. In fact, there's a night flare mode which blurs the lights you see in the street to make them picture perfect. Renault 4 pro can also take extremely clear photos at up to 108 megapixels during daytime, with its high resolution, algorithm that accentuates images with retina level, clarity to capture rich details and textures for those into videography Renault 4 pro has quite a few tricks up its sleeve.

You can use the AI color portrait mode. I've talked about earlier as well. You can see on the screen. This makes the subject remain in RGB, where, as the background turns black and white, you can get an option to shoot. The monochrome video where you can highlight just one color in the entire frame.

This feature is really intriguing and all my friends were super surprised to see this all over my social profiles. The Renault 4 pro is also one of the few phones in the market to offer 960fps slo-mo video recording it uses an intelligent motion, detection algorithm with which a moving object in the frame can be detected and automatically recorded through the four-fold interpolation algorithm. Renault 4 pro is powered by android 10, based on colors 7.2 out of the box. Color OS 7.2 offers a wide range of easy to use, functions that enhance the user experience and makes navigating on Renault 4 pro more intuitive and convenient. The phone is equipped with Qualcomm snapdragon 720 g processor, which is quite powerful when it comes to detailed usage.

One of my favorite features is the icon pull down gesture when enabling icon pull down gesture app icons on Renault 4, pro move down to the bottom half of the screen and remains within the reach of one's thumb. This allows the user to navigate the big screen of the phone with a single hand, icon pull down. Gesture can be activated by swiping on either left or right edges of the home screen. Another great integration in the Renault 4 pro is gravity wallpaper. This is a new wallpaper designed for op4no4 pro.

It uniquely changes the orientation according to the gravitational forces, isn't that an interesting way to interact with the universe?
