OnePlus Nord N10 5G vs Motorola One 5G Ace By itsMaxDigital

We break down everything here and in this video we're going to compare two budget 5g devices, the OnePlus word n10 5g on the left and the Motorola one 5g ace on the right. Let's take a look and how this compare. So I'm really excited that 5g files are finally affordable if you're in a 5g area- and you get good coverage, the speeds will definitely help out your cell phone experience, although not everywhere here in the US 5g, is- is as reliable as LTE. So some time, if you get these devices, you might still be doing LTE speeds on these, but that's okay, because most apps are going to be running perfectly fine on LTE. It's just that.5G is just way better if you have good coverage. One reason: one of the main reasons that these devices are so good and so popular in my opinion, is because they are being offered at a very low price.

You could get these phones unlocked, the um n105g could be had for 300 unlocked, while the Motorola 5g ace could be had for, I believe, 400. , but it gets even better when you uh get these phones on prepaid at metro by T-Mobile. If you pour it in your number, you can get these for around less than 50 for each of these, so it's a pretty good deal for a 5g phone that feels better than its price. So let's take a deeper dive into how these specs compare. Let's just go over all the dimensions on these devices.

The word n75g has a height of 6.4 inches, which is a little shorter than the Motorola that one's at 6.5 inches. The width of these devices are both around three inches and the thickness. The enzyme is a little thinner than the Motorola, it comes in at 0.35 inches versus 0.39 inches. So these are very similar size devices except the Motorola, is just a tad bit overall. Bigger the OnePlus n10 is a lighter phone at 6.7 ounces or 190 grams, while the Motorola is 212 grams or 7.5 ounces. So the overall build quality is, is pretty good on both of these devices, but they are plastic.

They're not gonna, have that premium thousand dollar uh smartphone feeling, but they are definitely gonna, be uh nice to hold in the hand and with that weight it makes it very, very nice to hold these. So let's talk displays on these devices. The word n105g is a 6.5 inch display. The Motorola is 6.7, so the Motorola is bigger. You get 83 screens to body ratio on the OnePlus 85 screens to body ratio on the Motorola.

N10 has an IPS LCD at 90 hertz. You get Motorola at IPS LCD, HDR 10. For the resolution. Both of these are 1080p or full HD screens you got 406 PPI on the OnePlus 393 PPI on the Motorola. Basically, these are pretty awesome screens like I said they are not going to be flagship, but for the price it is very awesome, especially the 90 hertz on the OnePlus.

Both of these devices are running android 10 with a very stock version of android, but they have their own little tweaks to make them their own uh. The for example, the Motorola has the adjusters, the Motorola adjusters, where you chop for the flashlight or twist for the camera. The OnePlus has a lot of stuff inside the software that makes it different um, also uh. The OnePlus one will probably get one year of updates, while the Motorola, who knows if they'll get any updates, so don't count on these being updated, uh very often for the chipset. Both of these have snapdragon processors.

OnePlus is the 695g. The Motorola is a 750 g5g processor. I'm sure both of these devices are definitely going to be pretty close in performance and for everyday apps that everybody uses like YouTube: tick, took, Instagram, telegram, Twitter, gaming, casual gaming. These will all perform very, very well, although I could see them slipping with heavy video, editing or heavy intensive graphic games, but other than that people will be pleased with these processors. Same thing goes for the ram.

Both of these have a good amount of ram. The OnePlus has six gigs uh compared to the four gigs on the Motorola. Both of these amounts of ram are more than enough to handle everyday apps that people use. You could open up your Twitter, your Netflix, your telegram, your WhatsApp, your email, your maps, and you don't have to close them. The ram will be enough to keep these open next time.

You open them up, and it shouldn't be bogged down unless you have a hundred apps running. So I could see these um getting a little stuck if you have a million apps running, but those for our those are for people that are running these phones very intensively, but other than that this amount of ram I'm very happy with next. Let's talk about storage, the n 10 5g has a generous amount of storage, 128 gigs, while the Motorola still has enough, but not nearly enough as the antenna. This one has 64 gigs of internal storage, but luckily both of these devices have micro, SD card slots, so you could expand the storage as necessary for very, very cheap. It's just good to see a lot of these budget priced phones to have these amounts of internal storage plus the option for a micro SD card slots.

This is something that flagships you can't, they can't match. They took that option out, and it leaves these budget and mid-range phones to pick up the slack, which I'm very pleased with now. Let's move on to cameras now these are both of these phones are not going to give you flagship level, pictures and videos. They just simply can't at this price point, but what they do offer is going to give you a chance to take a very good shot, a very good video, send it to your friends on social media or send it to them in a message. It's just going to be a very awesome camera on these devices.

You have a four camera setup on the n10. You got a three camera setup on the Motorola. Furthermore, you get the main camera on the n10 is 64 gigs or 64 megapixels. Then you have an 8 megapixel ultra-wide 2 megapixel depth, 2 megapixel macro. Honestly, you should only worry about the main camera and the ultra-wide, in my opinion, the other two don't really matter.

The Motorola has a 48 megapixel main camera, 8 megapixel ultra white and a 2 megapixel macro. Again, you should only care about the wide, the main camera and the ultra-wide. In my opinion, the both of these phones are awesome with the video resolution. They both shoot in 4k. That is, awesome, we're starting to move on from 1080p video, both the n10 and the Motorola have a 16 megapixel, selfie camera, and both of these can shoot at 1080p video, so not too bad on the front-facing camera in terms of resolution and quality.

Another reason that these phones are awesome is that they both have headphone jacks. So if you haven't fully embraced wireless headphones, these phones will be for you. You could hook up your headphones, your mic, or you could hook it up to aux in your car to listen to music. So this is an awesome option that is not available on flagships anymore. So both of these are really awesome.

Both of these also offer Bluetooth at 5.1 and that's awesome, because you could connect your wireless headphones and your smartwatch and your speakers and other devices so, like I said, um with the having a headphone jack and also having a nice, a nice newer version of Bluetooth. You could have best of both worlds and hook up all this stuff to make these phones even better. Both of these phones have NFC, so that's mostly reserved for payments. Both of these devices use the standard USB type-c for charging, and that port is very versatile. People tend to forget that this is the same port.

That's used on laptops on other devices such as tablets and even iPads. So it's just a port that is very versatile, so you could interchange the cable to charge different devices, which is awesome for unlocking these devices. Both of them offer a rear, fingerprint reader that is an old school but reliable way to open up your phone, and I have no problems with that. Next. Both of these phones offer good amounts of battery.

You get 4 300 Williams on the OnePlus, and you get 5000 Williams on the 5g ace. These are awesome sizes for batteries. Anything above 4000 Williams is considered good in my book, and these should last you all day, if not most of the day, and if you do need a charge. During the day you've been texting. Your phone playing games browsing the web going on social media.

They are, you can connect them to fast charging. The OnePlus is 30 watts, which is very fast, and you get a slower fast charging on the motor, it's 15 watts. So what are my takeaways from both the n105g and the uh ace 5g from Motorola? Well, these are very, very nice budget, 5g phones, but there has to be a winner here, and I'm going to have to give it to the n105g, the reason being that it has more internal storage, more ram. It has faster charging. It's going to get one um year of updates and also the price tag when you get it unlocked is a hundred dollars cheaper.

The bonuses on the uh 5g ace is that it's just a little bigger with the screen size, and it has a little of faster processor but other than that everyday performance on these devices are pretty much going to be the same, but I'm going to have to give it to the n75g. It just has way more value packed into the device. I don't see a lot of things on a 5g standing out. Honestly. Nothing really stands out on the 5g ace that compels me to get that device.
