Oneplus 9 Pro Review After Updates: Should You Buy?

All right, you guys so after using the OnePlus 9 pro for many days now. I finally have my final thoughts whether you should get this over the regular OnePlus 9 or whether it's worth getting over any other competitor, that's in the thousand dollar price range, and that was really something that kept coming to my mind when I was using this phone because the OnePlus 9 is listed at 729 before text, while the OnePlus 9 pro is listed at 1069 dollars before tax, making this a 329 difference. Now, starting with the battery life on the OnePlus 9 pro, we have a 4500 William hour battery. That, I must say, lasted me quite a while with simple use. You know I would watch a lot of YouTube. Videos play some games and I really spent a lot of time talking on the phone, which was something that really gave me insight on how great the battery was and as you've heard, the OnePlus 9 pro also comes with a warp 65 chargers that allows your phone to charge from 1 to 129 minutes, meaning that a gray battery plus a faster than the speed of light charger equals a never dying phone.

I would usually average about eight hours a day on the 9 pro and would have a battery percentage of 27 by the time the day was done, and then I take my routine night shower, which is about 25 minutes and by the time I got out, my phone will be at 100, so I never really had to charge the phone overnight and also, if you're, someone who works mornings, you can charge the phone as soon as you wake up and by the time you wash your face, brush your teeth and put your clothes on. It will be well over 80, depending on how fast you get ready. Moving on to the camera, as I said in my previous video, the OnePlus 9 pro has a four camera system with the 48 megapixel main camera 8 megapixel, telephoto, 2, megapixel monochrome and the 50 megapixel ultra-wide, which I must say, is pretty impressive, because usually the ultra-wide camera is never better than the main camera. So that really caught my attention and, as you can see here, are some photos that I took with the main camera and the ultra-wide, and although they are very sharp and crisp, they really reminded me of the Galaxy Note 20 ultra, where the photos are really, really sharp, and you know giving it a less realistic feel as opposed to an iPhone that comes off as more natural and soft. But I would be lying to you guys if I said that the ultra-wide isn't the best ultra-wide camera to date and in terms of photos it definitely outshone the main camera.

As expected. Now. Another complaint that I had with the camera was that it would take away some color, meaning that if I took a picture of some really green grass, it would look a little less green than in real life. Now this isn't a huge dealbreaker, but again it reminded me of a lot of galaxy phones that I've used in the past. The last complaint that I had when it came to the camera was the telephoto camera, which was pretty poor quality compared to the two main cameras, and, as you can see here, it looks like it came from a different phone like the colors got significantly worse along with the pixels, and it was definitely something that bothered me, because I tend to take a lot of telephoto photos myself.

But besides that, it's a really great camera minus the telephoto and the ultra-wide is definitely worth checking out, because I really had a lot of fun with it now discussing the software. The haptic feedback on this device was really smooth and responded very well like I would drag my finger across different animations, and it felt really sharp and even playing games on the OnePlus was an incredible experience, as you guys can see here, I'm playing madden, and it's performing extremely well also. The customization was very nice and gave me much more freedom to do what I wanted as far as making it my own, along with the beautiful built-in wallpaper options and app icon styles, the software on the OnePlus gave me a classic android vibes, and I was thoroughly impressed and as far as the display, the OnePlus 9 has a slightly curved edge screen, which I don't love, but I don't hate curve. Displays are usually very annoying because when holding the phone, you tend to accidentally press things, but this display isn't too curved. So it prevents the accidental touching.

But even when it's slightly curved, it's still a bit uncomfortable, you know, holding the phone becomes harder with a curved display because it cuts off some side. So a lot of times. It's uneasy around where your fingers are- and I guess people with smaller hands won't have this problem as much as someone with bigger hands like me. But if you slide a case on it, it won't be that much of a problem now the 120 hertz screen held up pretty well. I would have a few bugs here and there, but it wasn't consistently a problem for me, so I shrugged it off and the brightness of the screen was pretty nice.

The colors on the display were vibrant, along with the 120 hertz screen, making the display one of my favorite parts of this phone. Last but not least, we have the dual Dolby Atmos speakers on the pro which were pretty average. If, I'm being honest, I will watch many of YouTube videos on this phone, and it was okay. It didn't stand out to me at all and here's a sound test to show you guys what I that he shot mean again Ben. I have a question for you.

Can you please answer this? Who, on the horse is scaring you? Is it trey young? Is it pollinate? Who is it Ben? Aren't you guys so after going through everything that I liked and disliked about the OnePlus 9 pro? The final question is here: should you buy the OnePlus 9 pro over the regular OnePlus 9? The answer is no, and the reason that I say this is that this phone doesn't have much more to offer compared to its little brother. Both phones have the same processor. They both have 120 hertz, refresh rate screens. They both have amazing camera systems, etc. So the real question isn't: should you get the OnePlus 9 pro over the OnePlus 9? It's? Why would you get the OnePlus 9 pro over the OnePlus 9.

, so comment down below what device do you think is better in terms of value the OnePlus 9 or the OnePlus 9 pro? Let me know what you guys think and if you guys made it to the end of this video, I would like to say thank you for sticking around and don't forget to like this video and subscribe. It would be very appreciated and also as far as social media, you can follow me on Twitter and Instagram, and I will see you guys in the next one. Peace out.
