NEW iPad Pro M1 12.9 Space Grey Unboxing and Setup By Paul Rankin

What's going on everyone welcome back to a new video. My name is, of course, Paul in this box right here. We've got something pretty special, I'm sure you can all guess what it is by the title and the thumbnail, but this is the space gray m1 iPad Pro 12.9 inch, let's get it unboxed, let's get it set up put it in its case, then there'll be plenty more videos to come with it, but this is just going to be a quick unboxing case set up, let's just get into it, so it comes in this box. As you can see, it says iPad Pro, but the cool thing about these boxes. When you lift the tabs up at the side, it actually pulls up the iPad, so you just take it out of its box and then inside here we've got what I believe to be a 5g sim card from sky mobile. So if we take a look at the specs on the back, as you can see, 12.9 inch fifth generation, Wi-Fi and cellular this is the space gray model. So let's peel it off now.

I don't know whether you know this, but apparently the original cases for the fourth gen and the third gen will not fit this iPad, because it's a little tiny bit thicker, I did buy a new one from speaker, it's different from the one that you've seen if you haven't seen them videos I'll leave it linked up here for you to check out, but let's jump in and let's unbox this one okay. So on the top right here, oh, it feels a little heavier than the last one. You've got the new cameras with the LIDAR sensor and there it is we'll, take out the packaging in a second, let's just see what else we get inside here you get your USB to USB, cable and, of course, the new charging brick and then inside here like so, you get your usual iPad Pro starter guide and, of course, some stickers and let's get in to the main event. So, let's, let's take it off and never to not see a fingerprint ever again there it is. There is the new iPad charging port on the top for your Apple Pencil, USB c port.

On the bottom, your speakers and the light has just died, but we'll carry on anyway carry on regardless. There is the hole for the sim card and yeah. So let's switch it on. Hopefully it's got some power. It certainly has so, let's put that to one side, while that's switching on I'll show, you are the new sign case, so this one is the sign even fit.

So you get the foam pattern inside. Take that out reveals a nice CPU style case, hard line on outside sign logo on the bottom volume rocker power button. All you cut out for your speakers, and you'd open it up and, of course it folds back into the triangle shape and on the bottom right here. You've got a placeholder for your pencil. If you don't want it to be on charge in the groove, you can place it down here.

You can place it sticking out those other various little pieces right here, unsure what they're for, but there we go, there's a speaking case. So let's go for English United Kingdom bought in the iPhone setup. So it comes up straight away. Saying set up new iPad click continue. It's now connecting it now says, waiting for iPhone, so you hold this piece up to the logo on the screen, and it's now setting up it really.

Is that easy right? Okay, so I haven't got the Apple Pencil with me to put on top right now, but that will be others for the next video you'll see all how it goes onto the case, how it slots in at the bottom right here. This is now just finishing off doing a software update, but there it is. It's really, really quick. I'm going to set up all my apps get the widgets set up the way that I want them, and then I'll run through a what's on my iPad video in the next couple of days, and then we'll do a m1 review and how it compares to the 2018 model with the other speaking case on it, we'll try the other speaking case as well.
