Mi Watch Revolve Active is here with some major upgrades over the Mi Watch Revolve which was launched recently. This watch looks sporty as well. The box has a shade of yellow with Mi Watch Revolve Active branding. Unboxing - On top you have a user manual, watch with beige color watch strap & a USB charging pad. Now it's time to look at the watch Build Quality - The strap is of decent quality but you do get 5 different strap options & these are removable bands. The strap looks trendy & sporty.

Weight - It's actually quite lightweight. The actual watch weighs around 32-33 grams without the strap so it's quite lightweight. In hand feel - The quality of the strap could’ve been a little better but the actual watch capsule is of good quality. You get 2 buttons on the side. Now it's time to start the watch.

The display is bright & it's easily visible in direct sunlight. It also has 5 level brightness so that you can adjust the brightness depending on the environment. The display & many other things are common. But there are a couple of big differences in features. This gets SpO2 which is very important in today's world. It also has built in Alexa that responds to your queries. So these are 2 major differences when compared to Mi Watch Revolve.

The watch doesn’t have speaker but it shows you the desired search result on the screen Features - Has a heart rate sensor, it also shows you the energy level, stress level, sleep tracking, breathing etc. Mi Watch Revolve had 5 ATM IP Rating so Mi Watch Revolve Active probably should have it. This comes with 117 Sports Mode with 17 professional sports modes included. When you’re doing a workout it automatically guesses the workout type and starts the tracking. Built-in GPS is also included & Xiaomi claims the accuracy of GPS has improved by 85% compared to previous generations.

Many watch faces come bundled with the watch, you get around 100+ watch faces in the app & that's nice. Battery is very important in fitness bands & watches. Generally these have around 1-2 days of battery life but this watch has upto 14 days of battery life. Always on display (AOD) is also present on Mi Watch Revolve Active. Mi Wear App - It's easy to pair & setup the watch but the design & look and feel of this app is very intuitive The user experience of the app is really good with all the features that you would expect in the smartwatch app.

It can also show you the Altitude on this watch, so that's good. The experience of UI on the watch is sometimes confusing as it's difficult to find a particular app as they’ve no text besides them so you might click on wrong app The UI is responsive and I like it but the app drawer needs to be improved. You can also update the firmware of the watch by using the Mi Wear App. Price - Mi Watch Revolve was launched at 10K & it's available for 8K these days & this watch sits slightly above it. I think, looking at overall features it should be priced around 11 - 11.5K with an introductory offer might cost 10K.
