It was a lot of people's favorite devices in 2019. Well in 2020, the lg velvet is the mid-ranger king on the block, and I had a viewer of mine request me. I request that.

Could I do a camera review between the lg g8 of 2019 and the lg velvet sure I can so in this video? I'm going to do daytime only uh between the lg, g8 and lg velvet. Now on this YouTube channel, I do two separate videos. I do one dedicated daytime video and I do a dedicated, nighttime video, but this video right here is all in daytime. So let's go to follow the procedures, let's wipe the camera lens and the reason. Why is because it's no excuses here on this YouTube channel, so the lg velvet wow, what a beautiful phone and the lg g8, which is a fan favorite sit back, relax, get your popcorn ready.

So here it is uh the lg g18 lg velvet uh 2019 flagship versus 2020 mid-range device. I've been loving the direction of lg right now, uh they've been moving forward, especially in the design department. The lg velvet is gorgeous, I mean absolutely amazing device. I really want lg to keep up doing what they're doing I mean I don't know about the lg wing, but the lg velvet and the lg v60 are gorgeous devices. So here it is sorry about the background noise.

It is what it is. I'm going to go audio from side to side, so you all guys can hear the audio on both devices, as I walk here boom nice beautiful Sunday morning, here uh as I'm at the park, but you beat it just for yourself. Look at that sky! Look! How beautiful that sky is! I'm going to tell you. Cameras have come a long way, guys uh, especially when we sell uh devices way back in the early days and looking at now, 2020 2019 all right. So let's do some zooming in all right got the tire over there.

Let's see if I can zoom all the way in with the lg velvet look like that, it can go all the way to eight times zoom eight times zoom and let's go with the lg g8. Ah, the transitions on the lg g8 is so smooth. I like that here it is eight times zoom on both devices you beat adjust to yourself, which one is cleaner boom. Now I got the lg g8 with the two camera layout uh. I know a lot of you guys be asking questions why I don't have the third camera it's because in the United States they sell the lg g8 with the two camera rays, not the three.

So this is lg g8 in the lg velvet. Let's go alright, so this is the front facing camera of the lg velvet in the lg g8 uh, and I look at that now. LGF came a long way. We all remember with the lg g6 how bad the camera was front facing camera was uh, but look at that lg kind of stepped up a little, but look at the background. A little white here.

The sun hit my face a little, but they got the background, nice and blue. That's what I'm talking about. Thank you lg doing your due diligence as I walk across different scenes here. Yes, indeed, what you guys think about this, you know I mean. Is it good? Is it bad, as I step into the shade and look how the cameras compensate now? It's blowing out the backgrounds hot out here by the way it's blowing out the backgrounds, and it's kind of getting me right, uh with good skin tones uh.

But look at that look. How beautiful that is. I like the lg g8 looking at the uh, the viewfinder lg g8. Look a lot natural skin tone, look perfect, but the lg velvet again mid-range device. It is what it is.
