Hey, what's going on guys, I'm nick gray, and today, I'm doing yet another smartphone camera comparison, this time with the iPhone 12 and the OnePlus 8t, which came out just a couple of weeks back as I do in all of these smartphone camera comparisons. Everything that you see in this video is recorded on these two devices, so just keep an eye at the bottom of the screen to see which device and which cameras from that device are being used. As far as the specifications go, the iPhone 12 has three 12 megapixel sensors, two on the back with a standard and an ultra-wide camera and then a front facing 12 megapixel camera as well. All of them can record 4k video at up to 60 frames per second on the OnePlus 8t things do get a little more complicated with four sensors on the back of that phone. The main sensor is a 48 megapixel camera and then a 16 megapixel ultra-wide camera, 5 megapixel macro camera and then finally, a 2 megapixel monochrome sensor, which captures more light information similar to what we saw on Huawei devices a couple of years back as far as the front facing camera goes. That's a 16 megapixel camera that you're looking at right now that can record 1080p video at up to 30 fps, while the rear cameras max out at 4k 60fps.
Now that we've gotten the specifications of these two devices, all squared away, let's go out and take some pictures in a variety of different lighting conditions and also videos as well. Just to give you an idea of how these two devices perform in everyday use. Now my um now, oh do so um foreign um hello, and that's going to do it for this camera comparison between the iPhone 12 and the OnePlus 8t. Let me know what you think of the results and which device you would rather use on a day-to-day basis for capturing photos and videos. Thank you guys so much for watching.
I do have a few more iPhone.12 camera comparisons coming up so make sure you subscribe to the channel and hit that bell icon as well. If you want to see them as soon as they're online. Thank you guys so much for watching, and I'll catch you in the next one huh.
