Let's open up settings and choose storage from here tap on your SD card once it loads it tap on the three dots and go to storage settings where you will find the option to format tap on it will give you a message that performing this will remove all the data from the card and if there is anything that you would like to keep. You might want to back it up before, and otherwise you will lose it permanently, but considering you might have done it already, or you don't want to tap on format, SD card and simply wait for the process to finish now, it's a fairly quick one. It only takes about 10 seconds, and it should be right about done there.
