How to fix Samsung Galaxy A50 that won't charge

The Samsung Galaxy, a 50, is one of the best mid-range smartphones today, but it's far from perfect. In fact, we already received reports that some users are already experiencing charging issues with it: hey guys, I'm Harold from the Droid guide comm and in this video I will help you in troubleshooting your Galaxy, a 50 that no longer charges we'll be using the most practical methods in determining whether it's a minor problem or a serious one in troubleshooting, a brand-new smartphone that won't charge. The best thing you can do about it is to rule out the possibility that it's just a minor problem with the charger cable or your phone's charging port. After that and the problem continues, then it's probably an issue with the hardware, and in that case you need a technician to check it, for you therefore do what you can and try fixing this problem. First solution plug the charger to another outlet, make sure that it's just not a problem with your wall outlet, so try plugging the charger to a different outlet. That's working! If your phone doesn't charge, try plugging the cable into your computer, laptop car charger or even power bank, if it doesn't charge using any of those, then move on to the next method.

Second, solution check the charger. It is always possible that the problem is with the charger, so check the port to see if there are some kind of dirt, lint or debris use a flashlight to look into the port to see. If there are foreign materials in there use an anti-static brush to clean the port. If you don't have that a dry toothbrush will do or any brush with nylon bristles brush the port jelly to get rid of dirt. After making sure the power adapter is clean.

Move on to the next method. Third solution check the cable as well. It is also possible that something is obstructing the connectors of the data or charging cable. So the next thing you have to do is make sure both ends of the cable are clean and free of dirt. Orland, just like what you did with the charger use, an anti-static brush or a toothbrush to clean.

Both ends of the cable also check to see if the cable is broken. Fourth solution check your phone's charging port look into the charging port of your device to see. If there are foreign materials in there that may obstruct electricity, gently clean it using an anti-static brush for dry toothbrush to get rid of anything that may have prevented it from charging, provided that your phone doesn't have any signs of physical or liquid damage. These procedures may make the device charge again. So after doing all of those procedures plug the charger to the wall outlet and then connect your phone to it, using the cable you just cleaned, if the device is still not charging, then it's time to bring it back to the store and have it checked or replaced.
