How To Customize Your Wallpaper On Your Galaxy Watch By Melvin Thompson

Hey everybody- this is Melvin with tech, reading 24/7 and in today's video we want to show you how to customize the wallpaper or your galaxy watch so for demonstration purposes. Of course, we're using our galaxy watch, and we're also using our Galaxy Note, 10 and so to be able to customize the wallpaper for your watch. You're going to need a special app for your watch and for your phone, and so, if we go to our homes, hit our home button, real quick and go to our apps section here. The app that we're going to need to download to the watch is over on our third page here, and I'll scroll around in the name of it is called my themes' companion. Now you can download that from the Galaxy store, which you can do it from the watch itself, and this is the galaxy store app. You can do it from the whites itself, or you can do it on the phone I prefer to do it off the phone.

So we're going to go to the phone real, quick and the way you would download for the watch through the phone as you go to your Samsung folder, and you go to the Galaxy store and once you get to the Galaxy store you hit watch down here at the bottom, and then you go up to the search section and put in my theme, companion and if we come to write here. My theme is companion, and it will be this particular app here. Mine just shows play. Yours will show this download error like this other app here, and so this app will cost you $1 so go ahead and download that real quick now once you have that downloaded you're gonna also need an app for the phone itself and the app you need for the phone is over on our second page here, and it has the same looking thumbnail icon and this is called the year themes setting Pro again. It's called the year theme settings Pro and the way you would get that onto your phone as you need to go to the Google, Play Store and so will go to the Google Play Store here, and it shows it right.

There starts to pop up gear theme, settings Pro, so you tap on that, and it will take you here, and this is the app and like I said you know, that is that, because that's the same icon, that's on the watch, and so this app will cost you $1 also I, know that's a little to spend for a couple of apps a dollar a piece, but I think it's well worth it. This is a pretty good app, so mine says open. Yours would probably say download, because I've already put it on the phone, so go ahead and take them on real, quick to download it to your phone. Now, once you have it downloaded you're going to go over to it and open it up. So we're going to scroll over to our second page, and we're going to tap on it to open it up then.

So when his open, it looks like this now there are two different ways you can put wallpaper on your phone. If you tap this middle icon here, these are wallpapers that they provide, and so you can go through, and you choose something that you'd like you know that has different colors and shapes and will do something like just really totally different list. Remember on the phone we had black, so we're going to tap this red, and so when you tap the red like, so you can hit the checkmark here, and it goes through, and it loads it, and so we're going to set our phone down for a second now, if we were to pick up our watch and tap our home button and then open it up again, as you can see, the background is red, like the phone itself, and so let's try another one. Real, quick, we're going to tap on those lines again, look at something a little different, I guess come on down the C. Let's say something like this: here you can tap that and once you're tapping make sure to hit the check mark, and then it's gonna load and, as you can see it loads pretty quickly.

Now, as you notice, the watch is still red. Now it says it's loaded, 100% and its successful, so we're going to set the phone down again and now look at the watch now the watch is blue. Just like you know, blue with this kind of spectacles in the background of the wallpaper, and so that's what you have or your galaxy watch now future home button. Now you go back to your regular watch face, but the wallpaper is when you hit the home button, the wallpapers with the app set up. So you know you can grow from page to page.

You know: I have three pages on my particular watch, and so when you scroll page the page you can see it is still blue, and so that's pretty cool. That's nice, and it's l-let, the Adage feature picking the watch back up again is if you want to go with something from your photo gallery and then put something on there from your photo gallery. You can go right here where you see the photo gallery, icon there and tap Lynette, and it asks you if you want to open your gallery, will say: yes, look for something different. Let's say we'll just put a crazy picture of me in there, so you can tap that now the picture is kind of big, so you can kind of slide it over. Just like so and like we said ?, you can grab this little white circle here and pull it to make the picture bigger if you wanted to zoom in on anything particular.

But you know with this one we have my face and the circle here, so we just hit the check mark there, and it's attempting to load, and it says 100%. It says successful, we'll set the phone down, and we grab the watch, so that came out pretty good. So, like I said, you can scroll from page to page and the writing stays that because that's the different app. So if you were to slide your bells around, like Samsung pay, you'll see it's a Samsung pain, and so those are some things to do. Just try one more one, more wallpaper.

That's a picture! We're going to go in here again, tap that go on to our gallery and the see I. Don't know, let's lie down some more. Let's like. Let's try car yeah, let's put a car in their like to say: there's a BMW I think that's a BMW huh, it's kind of big you won't fit in everywhere. If you want to just put that will in there that would be kind of cool I.

Guess you bet if you get the whole front end in soloist, let's look for something else: let's go here and let's go with the tech running 24/7 logo and, as you can see its in there, and it says the catchphrase technology on the move, and then we're going to hit the checkmark, and then it loads it. In there now we have 100% successful and, like I said you couldn't make it bigger or smaller. We already did it with a smaller so set that there and then, if we go back over here, we can see we have it in there, and so, if we scroll from page the page, we have fewer apps on this page. You can see it there, but you can't see the tech writer 24/7 tell you what let's do one more we're going to grab this, and then we're going to hit the gallery. Let's try something I, don't know I, don't think I have any animals in Maya I, don't think I have any animals in there.

Okay I tell you what I got these wallpapers. This is an idea. I have these wallpapers here that I can put on my phone, and so you can actually put some of those now that'd be cool just coming to think of it. These are wallpapers, I can use on my phone, so I can match the wallpaper up for my with my phone and my watch to make it exactly they're like, and so we can go with something like this tap that there, and you see that looks pretty good. Of course, we like to see it, make it bigger smaller.

We hit that checkmark, let it load, and we get it at 100%, successful so set that down there, and now we have it on the watch. Now that looks good I really like that a lot, because it's white around its white marbles in the background and then that one blue marble is in the county in the center and so the white writing of whatever app. That is, there shows up pretty good, so we slide from page to page say, for instance, we go back here, and we were to turn the bells or like we see, Samsung pay there or the Galaxy store or email that came out really well, so I like that a lot. So this is a really a pretty good app I would definitely recommend it. It's going to cost you $1 for the watch and the dollar for the for your phone, but overall I think it's an excellent, excellent app to be able to use to come in.
