Galaxy Tab A7 - A Black Friday Budget Champion!

Hello everyone and welcome to another video. A few weeks ago, I picked up the new Samsung Galaxy tab a7 for 150 dollars for media consumption, and I've been really impressed by the performance of it at the price to performance offered. Here, it's really a sweet spot for an all-around great device going over the specs. We have a snapdragon 662, eight core processors, up to two gigahertz. The GPU is an Aldrin 610 with three gigabytes of ram. The storage option I picked up is a 32 gigabyte, but they do offer a 64 gigabyte variant with expandable storage.

The screen is a 10.4 inch IPS resolution of 1200 by 2000 the connectivity options it has is 802.11. With a b g and an ac Wi-Fi was Bluetooth 5.0. It offers quad speakers that are loud without crackling it has 7040 William battery, which offers 10 hours of video playback. In my testing, I've been able to watch three to four full movies, with my wife before needing to recharge. So the claim is about right in terms of battery life.

Looking at the device on the right hand, side we have the power button and a volume rocker on the top. We have two of the four speaker grilles moving to the left of the device. We have the micro SD card slot and at the bottom it houses a 3.5, millimeter, headphone, jack, USB type c for charging and two additional speaker grills. Unfortunately, the USB does not offer HDMI out, but at the price I can't complain too much with the large 10.4 inch IPS display. Overall, I've been very happy with the device and, what's included in the package, the UI is snappy, and the video playback has been excellent.

The sound has been one of the best features for us because we like to watch videos in bed, while the kids are asleep. Here's a quick sample of the sound at half volume. To give you an idea of the clarity you'll see the screen is really nice, offering great viewing angles and a clear picture: it's not the highest resolution, but it certainly gets the job done with an IPS display jumping into some gaming. It's really nice because of the ac Wi-Fi. We have the option of some online streaming from services like GeForce now, Google Stadia cloud, now known as game pass for android devices.

This performs really well when you're connected to a decent Wi-Fi and for me personally, I love using these services on this device, roger that on moving over to some emulation testing you're not going to have any problems with the older stuff. It's going to perform beautifully on this tablet, whether you're looking to play older titles like Super Mario on new or get your Pok?mon on you're going to go be able to upscale and add filters just fine, so do jump into some PlayStation. It's going to run great here. Bloody ward.2 is a harder game to run, and it's having no problems get here. Dream cast with the red ream emulator works, amazingly here in any game, the emulator supports you're going to be able to upscale the device's native resolution.

Fine, just a really great portable, bigger screen. Experience set me free. What really surprised me here is the ability to play some game cube games at this price for 150 dollars. I really didn't expect to be able to, but some are totally playable. This doesn't mean every game is gonna work well, but it's good that we can do some gaming on the snapdragon 662 wow um wow.

That's going to be all for this video if you're interested in picking one of these up, they are currently selling directly from Samsung for 150, and I'll leave it in the description below. I really appreciate you watching take care and as always, thank you for watching. If you like this video, please like and think about, subscribing bye.
