Samsung Galaxy A8 Gaming Review & Heating Test By Gadget Diary

Hey guys this is Akshay from gadget diary and in this video we are going to do a gaming test and a heating test on Samsung Galaxy a8, which is the most premium device in the e CDs from Samsung. In this video we are going to play four different games on the device. These would be Riptide gp2, frontline, commander, — asphalt, 8 and modern, combat 5. The device is powered by an X 0 5 for easier chipset on with 2 gigs of RAM and 32 gigs of internal storage. It comes with a 5.7 inch super AMOLED, Full HD display, which is just beautiful in terms of color reproduction, as well as the viewing angles. So, lets this get started before that, let me just take the initial temperature readings at the back.

The temperature is 30 degree Celsius, not very high. We are in an AC room and at the front the maximum temperature is again 29, point 5, which is not very high as Optima. So let's get started. Let me just from the first game that would be Riptide gp2. So here is a first game, Riptide gp2 and, as you can see, the game is running smoothly and the graphic quality is very good.

We're not facing any kind of flag or frame dogs in the game. As of now, the game is smooth, so device is able to handle Riptide gp2 quite easily without any lag or use, and the graphics are also quite good. So let me just close this one and take the temperature reading before moving ahead with a second game, so the temperature is 32 degree Celsius at the back 32.7 and that's the maximum temperature at the back and at the front it's 30.6 31 degrees, point 2, which is the maximum temperature. So, let's move on to a second game which would be frontline commander -. Let me just run the game and show you the graphic quality and as well as the performance.

So here is the second game. Frontline commander to others. You can see the graphic quality is quite good, and we're not picking in a kind of flag. The game is going totally smooth. We are not facing any kind of flag or issues with the game.

The graphic quality is also very good, so let me just take the temperature readings again and let's see if there is any major heating issues, we can't feel any heating issues with the device. The temperature is 35 degree Celsius at the back and in 35 degrees the maximum temperature at the back and at the front it's 32 point. It's actually 33 point six degrees, Celsius or point seven degrees Celsius at the front. So there is no major heating issue. As of now the device is slightly warm, but I won't call it as the heating issues.

So let's move on to a third game which will be asphalt 8. So here the third game has fell 8. We are running the game on high settings and, as you can see, the graphic quality is really nice. There is no lag in the game. We can notice up minor flame drops here and there, but that's not a major issue.

You can enjoy the game on the device. It's completely playable on high settings. All right on the game is running totally. Smooth. Sofer's game is also working perfectly fine on this device.

We won't say perfectly fine bit is seen a few frame drops in the game, but that's alright. You can still enjoy the game on high settings. So let me just close this one and take the temperature readings, and then we will move on to our fourth gear, so the temperature at the back is not very high. It's 34.76223 five degrees at the back and at the front it's 33.8 934 degree Celsius, so there's no heating effect on the device. As of now, let's move on to a fourth game which would be modern, combat 5.

So here the fourth game, modern combat 5 and, as you can see, the game, graphics are quite nice. The device is able to handle the game quite easily. We are not catching any kind of issue, a chisel, the biggest game. It's running smoothly on the device we did face, a minor framed up there, but it's showing wood now, so the graphics are good. The gameplay is good.

I am going or fishing any kind of flag in the game, so the game is running fine on this device. So let me just close this one and take the final temperature reading, so we can't feel any major heating issue with the device on the maximum temperature is again 35 degrees at the back, 33 34 degrees of the front. So we have tried playing the game on the device for roughly around 10 minutes, and we have seen the maximum temperatures of around 35 degree Celsius when we try playing the game from the device for 15 to 20 minutes the maximum temperatures that we saw was around 38 degree Celsius. So definitely these new major heating issue, or I should say there is no heating issue at all with Samsung Galaxy a8 it does get slight form, but it's not a heating issue, it's normal with any device on which you try to play games for longer duration, so that was all about the gaming part.
