Galaxy A11: How to Insert SIM Card Properly & Double Check Mobile Settings

Have, a Samsung Galaxy a11 here, I'm going to show you how to insert the sim card properly and double-check the mobile settings first thing is located your sim card slash SD card tray, which is right here. On the top left-hand side, you can see that little hole right there go ahead and grab your sim ejection tool. It should have come in your box. If you look in your box, you can see mine right there. If you don't have that, you can use another um phone sim ejection tool, or you can even use like a thin paper, clip or bobby pin as well. Okay, so go ahead and grab the seam ejection tool, and you see the hole right here on the top left-hand side, go ahead and put the needle in to the hole just like that and then press in give it a little of pressure until the lip pops out.

Just like that and go ahead slide this off, and this is a dual sim model. Take note. If I look at this right here, sim one is the one all the way to the last sim one sim. Two SD card: I'm only going to put in a sim card one in so what you do is you can see the hole is on the bottom now pointing towards me the hole so leave it just like this and then when you go ahead and grab your sim card, it's only going to go in one way. You can see a diagonal slit on the bottom right hand, side here and here, okay, so sim one, I'm just going to go ahead and pop it.

This is the sim card in the sim one it's going to pop it in place and if you have sim 2, it goes in the same direction as well. Okay, so let me go ahead and slide this in slowly. Right now it says no sim card on the top, so I'm going to go ahead and oops. Let me go ahead and slide this in slowly, just like this and go all the way in and let's see if it finds my network here right. Okay, this is no connection.

I just saw T-Mobile okay. T-Mobile here is my carrier here in the US, and I can see my reception data bars there as well. So I'm up and running with my um, my sim card here it may ask you to restart for like carrier updates, but I got no message for that. Now. I'm going to go ahead and double-check the uh settings here.

So let me go ahead and just slide up and then go directly into my settings. We're going to go to mobile settings. Okay, so from here go ahead and tap on connections and then go ahead and tap on mobile networks. Okay, now you can see. I have a sim one on here.

If you had the other one in there, it would be another one down here that says sim2 and you can see my network mode here. I got LTE now they put on by default data roaming. Okay, some of you guys may not want that on. I don't get charged for data roaming, so I'm fine with it always on. So I'm up and running pretty simple.
