Breaking merger news! T-MOBILE and Sprint Merger; FCC makes decision, concessions revealed!

What's going on guys, it is needed from stay mobile tech, and in today's video we have some pretty heavy news coming out of the Sprint T-Mobile merger. So now we actually have some important information that has come out, I'm, not sure if it's necessarily leaked, but it is big. So we also are aware of what happened last week in which now it's pretty apparent that concessions are going to have to be made and T-Mobile is going to be kind of working with the FCC to meet a common ground. So concessions are now known. The FCC and T-Mobile have been having these ongoing meetings, and we know what exactly is involved in these concessions. Number one there's going to be asset sales and number two rural service are going to have to be guaranteed.

So the first part with the asset sales T-Mobile, is going to have to sell one of their prepaid brands. Obviously, they're not going to want to sell Metro by T-Mobile, but boost looks like the situation or the scenario that they're going to have to sell that prepaid site, but it looks like they are going to be keeping Virgin Mobile. Also, they're going to have to guarantee a three-year build-out plan for 5g. Their 5g network will have to be nationwide in life to put together a three year, build-out plan, no price hikes or spikes of any sort price and guarantee lock-ins during the build-out of the network, and I'm going to go ahead and also assume that they'll have to be some price guarantees for all. The MVA knows that they deal with no concessions have not been officially announced, but this is some important information that has come out and obviously all this to ease the anti competition fears.

Obviously it's a very sensitive prepaid market in terms of pricing and looks like they're gonna, be keeping virgin keeping Metro by T-Mobile and selling boost divesting boost in that form, so founder, Peter, Atherton, founder of boost, obviously has an interest in this I do believe he wants in. He wants to purchase it and operate it so that kind of works on both sides. That's pretty much it for this announcement, but up and coming we've got sprint.5G news a huge update, I'll post, that later on today and then Google has now severed ties with Huawei, and I'll kind of do a video to cover both those announcements. But in the comment section below you guys tell me what you think of this news: the concessions from the FCC and T-Mobile in the approval of the merger. So go ahead and drop me a line.

I think I'll leave the video at that. Thank you for watching the video. If you could, please rate the video also, if you haven't done so already subscribe to the channel and I think the belt to be notified whenever I upload new content, we have lots of news coming in the next couple of weeks. So again, thank you for taking time to watch. This is me from steam, bubble tech, and it will see you guys on the next video peace.
