Apple Watch Series 6 blue Aluminum 44mm case | blood oxygen level test | first impressions

Hey guys and welcome back to the channel. Finally, my Apple Watch, 6 and aluminum blue arrived enjoy the unboxing next to my Apple Watch.4 in stainless steel rose gold, and after that we will check out the oxygen blood level sensor and how it works, and if you can get some accuracy out of it by holding our breath and lowering the levels and raising them by just trying to hyperventilate, does it work we will find out so found an in a dollar okay. Here, I'm measuring my blood oxygen levels and with normal breathing I could get it to 93 95 percent, a little more intense breathing to 99 and 100 was pretty easy to achieve. We know it's not rated medical grade, but that would come with all the approval processes in all the countries, and it might not be available everywhere. This feature now adds another level of how we measure our health and that's pretty nice. Now I'm measuring the blood oxide levels after holding my breath for about a minute and the option levels shown as dropping to 80.

Now in the health app, we can find all measurements nicely. Organized under the browse tab, and then we are going down to vitals and writers there. It is blood oxygen, 80 is the last measurement, and then we're having the total range for the day between 80 and 100 shown right in that app here, I'm trying to take a few shots of the LEDs trying to measure the oxygen levels, and it appears like that. The LED is split into a red and a green part, and since the blood appears to be bluish, when it has less oxygen, that mix of green and blue is uh, trying to figure out the color matching, somehow identifying, then the level of the blood oxygen. This is my Apple Watch 4 and the back without the sensors for blood oxygen level.

Taking a quick look at both displays, it seems like the Apple Watch.6 doesn't boost the display as much as the Apple Watch for in lower light conditions and also in bright light. It's always a little more dim, not a problem at all, just something I noticed when I was wearing both watches uh side by side and wanted to mention it here. Thanks guys for watching have a great rest of the day stay safe, subscribe like and see you the next one you.
