Xiaomi Mi 11 - Review | SIMPLY AMAZING

Welcome to leave a life, this is Xiaomi me 11, the most value, complete package, flagship smartphone. You can get your hands on one for only around 700, and here is what seven hundred dollars can give you. The 11 comes with a 6.81 inch display quad HD, 120 hertz, the newest snapdragon, triple 8 8, gigs of ram 256, gigabyte of storage and 4 600 William hour battery with 55 watt fast charging, but that's not all of it. There's more. The 11 features a glass sandwich, design with gorilla, glass, vectors and metal frame. The back is a frosted glass.

That seems to be a trend recently. It really does a great job minimizing fingerprints, and they feel perfect in hand. The shape of the phone makes it pretty comfortable to grip on, but at the same time it's really slippery. However, putting on the case makes it much easier to hold. Luckily, there is a free case included inside the box.

It protects all four corners, but the middle part is a little loose, which is super annoying. There is a lock button and volume rocker on the side of the phone and on the left. Side is just a plain metal. There is an IR blaster and second speaker on the top on the bottom are the main speaker, USB c port and a sim tray that supports dual sim, so no expandable storage. Here now, let's talk about the display.

The mi 11 comes with the 6.81-inch quad HD, plus 120 hertz AMOLED display. I've got to say that this is extraordinary for a phone, this price. It's definitely among one of the best displays out there. It's even rated, a plus by display mate the 120 hertz is really smooth, but this is nothing new. There are tons of phones out there that supports 120 hertz, but here Xiaomi took it up a notch by including a 480 hertz touch response.

It is probably one of the most responsive displays out there, but is it any different from the 240 hertz on something like the s21 it is. There is a noticeable difference between the two, but only when you compare it side by side rapidly, scrolling up and down the difference is actually pretty clear. Oh and remember, the 120 hertz is available at full quad HD resolution as well. Unlike certain phones in the market, watching videos on this phone is one of the best media consumption experience. The display has an excellent color reproduction, together with a Harman Kardon stereo speaker, which is pretty loud.

It's even got a decent dynamic to it. The brightness peaks at 1500 nits, which is plenty bright for daily use, it's totally usable under the sun. The viewing angle on me 11 is excellent. There is no color or tint shift anywhere to be seen. The mi 11 runs a mini 12 on android 11.

The mini is fine, but I prefer something closer to a stock android. But to be honest, this is not bad. One thing that really bugs me is the dark mode. It worked, and they look great and dark as a dark mode should be, but on some apps there seems to be some kind of compatibility issues where some icon within the abs doesn't invert into light gray or white, as it should be other than that the dark mode on the other parts worked just fine performance wise. This phone comes with the latest and most powerful chip from Qualcomm the snapdragon triple eight.

It is unquestionable the fastest chip you can find right now, scrolling and swiping through feeds. An app drawer is exceptionally smooth. The quad HD, together with 120hz, doesn't even tickle the performance on this phone. This also applies for gaming. The 11 handles graphic intensive games like a piece of cake.

They are smooth and really responsive. I have experienced some kind of heating issue around the back of the phone after a long period of gaming session, but it's not to the point that it feels uncomfortable multitasking on this phone is really great as well. Switching through apps is buttery, smooth and snappy. Eight gigs of ram might not sound like much, but for everyday usage. The mi 11 kills every task with ease the battery life on the mi.11 is pretty okay, it comes with a 4600mah battery that can get you through a day of moderate use. In my case, I use the 120 hertz with full resolution.

All the time, plus the brightness in the middle to high I'll, give it a b plus for battery life, but for charging is where thing gets interesting. It's definitely an a. This is a global version, so it comes with a 55 watt, gallium nitride charger inside the box and the 55 watt. Charging speed is really fast. You could come home with less than 10 of battery left charge, it goes, take a shower and come back, and it's almost fully charged.

The mi 11 also supports wireless charging up to 50 watts, but unfortunately we don't have the 50 watt wireless charger to test it out. The under display fingerprint sensor is pretty accurate, but a little on the slow side. One thing to notice is that during the always on display, the fingerprint scanner is a little slower than on the normal, lock screen the 5g connections. On this phone is excellent, with the new x60 module. The signal reception is exceptional.

This speed is nothing to worry about. At the beginning of the video, I said that this is a complete packaged phone. However, there is no IP rating here, but I've dropped it in the bathtub once, and it comes out fine, although your journey might be different, so be cautious. The camera module on these phones really stands out. It is probably that big silver ring on the main camera that makes this phone look different, and you know instantly that this is a 11.

So the 11 comes with 108 megapixel main camera 13 megapixel ultra-wide 5, megapixel, tell, macro camera and 20 megapixel front facing camera. The camera on the mi 11 shoots a very standard photo. It has a certain look to it that you either love it or hate it, and I love it. The photos are really punchy and contrast. However, the dynamic range is a little let down whenever there's a really bright highlight the shadow area in the photo will often be a little dark.

There are even times that the shadow can be crushed. The detail and noise is really excellent. The photos are shot on 108 megapixel sensor that has been binned to 27 megapixels, and it is really great. The noise is very well maintained here as well. The photo looks very clean in a properly exposed area, but the shadow area is a step behind the overall color is perfect, but can be too saturated.

Sometimes the 108 megapixel mode shoots a really detailed photo that you can zoom in to really see the detail up close, but it takes it up so much space that I wouldn't recommend shooting at this mode. All the time the 11 portrait modes works like a charm. This mode did a really great job separating subject from the background, even with a very complicated subject like this fake plant, that a lot of phones in the past seems to have problems with in low light. The photos from me 11 looks pretty okay, it is no king of low light or anything. It didn't even try to make the photo look brighter.

The night remains night, but the photo looked a little darker than what it actually looks like turning the night mode on doesn't make it look much different. It is a little brighter for sure like really little brighter. The exposure on the darker area is a little brighter and contains a little more detail, but the highlights still slightly blown out in some areas. The details and the noise level is similar to when the night mode is turned off. So let's move on to this fancy little tell micro camera.

This camera is um, it's 5 megapixel and the main lens could focus pretty close already, shooting with the main lens or 108 megapixel mode and zoom in you can get a very similar result in detail. Now, let's move on to the video, the mi 11 can shoot video up to 8k 30 frames or 4k at 60. Xiaomi advertised this phone with movie magic. So I expected some decent video quality here, and it's really decent, definitely not at iPhone level, but it shoots a great video. The stabilization is already pretty good, but Xiaomi includes two extra levels of stabilization.

This is the normal stabilization and this is the maximum stabilization. It trades in a little detail for a more stable video, but in some use cases I'd say it's worth it. One thing to keep in mind is that it lowered the resolution to 1080p in this mode. The low light video is very decent. The darker areas are well exposed, as a phone camera could do, but the bright highlights are really blown for a really dark area.

The video looks soft and lacks in detail, but that is pretty much expected. So to sum everything up as mentioned, this is the most valued complete package. Smartphone. You can get right now, a similarly spec phone, like the s21 series from Samsung or the fine x3 from OPPO. That's going to be released very soon is well above this price.

However, for you guys us viewers, this phone is not available to the United States. Let's hope it gets there someday, but for the rest of the world. If you are looking for a complete fact, chip smartphone with a budget of 700 or so the Xiaomi mi 11, is a phone you need to consider, so which phone do you want us to cover next leave comments down below?
