Hualien, a city on the east coast of Taiwan, is blessed with a diverse landscape, from magnificent mountains and valleys to stunning coastlines and other treasures of nature. I am in love with this place, and I capture these heartfelt moments with shutter clicks. I’m Hsiang Li (Rookie), a photographer from Taiwan. Follow me and my Xperia 1 III as we explore beautiful Formosa. We are heading to “Zhenbing Village,” with its terraced fields by the sea. The expansive view of the sea is truly healing.
Xperia 1 III is equipped with 4 focal lengths, which allows you to change lenses as a decent camera does for something close, far, or wide. The 70mm/105mm lens, which I use very often, takes me closer to the subject, and compresses the drama. The composition with the 70mm/105mm lens is just right. With the 24mm lens, the image is powerful and the distortion is properly suppressed, so it stays true and straight. The Ultra-wide 16mm lens lets me capture all of it; the lines of the terraces, the sea, and the sky.
The UI of this smartphone is similar to that of a camera. With a dedicated shutter button and Real-time Tracking, it does feel like my second Sony's Alpha camera. One of its convenient features is that a long press of the shutter button can take you into Photography Pro mode. I find it particularly convenient to use this Real-time Tracking system in Xperia 1 III. Allow it to focus first and then you can compose again or rearrange it.
To enhance the lighting contrast, you can adjust the exposure value (EV). Its Real-time Tracking is rather sensitive. You can capture the subtle movements of your pets with the burst shooting mode. The Real-time Tracking system really helps me get the images I want. The Ruiwudan Theater is located in Fuli Township, Hualien.
I came here as this is a space full of stories. For the locals, the stage is about both the past and the future. There's a sense of nostalgia here. Everyone experiences it differently though. Come to see the architecture, or immerse yourself in the ambience.
You will find the journey worthwhile. The Xperia 1 III gives you complete contrasting details of light and shadow. With the 24mm lens, you have a small but Wide-angle view. The proper contrast helps you to tell your story, to convey the drama of the moment. The focal lengths of 70mm/105mm can fully capture and present the details of a specific structure.
You may find detailed shadows when you browse your photos and will be impressed as you discover how much you actually captured! I am very happy that we could travel together with Xperia 1 III through my photos. It’s a great honor for me to remind you of the pleasures of the road through my photos, through my interpretation of these scenes. I would love to see your photos too and join your journey via photography!.
