Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro vs Redmi Note 9s - Any Difference? By Izzi Boye

If, I am to choose between purchasing the Redmi Note 9s and the Redmi Note 9 pro I'll go for the note9s okay hear me out what is up guys Izzy here and welcome back to the channel now. This review is not to deter anyone from purchasing the Redmi Note 9 pro or the Redmi Note 9s for that matter, but rather it is to help you decide between the Bumppo and the 9s, which is going to best suit your needs, based on the fact that these two devices are very similar in specifications and design, and there is very little to separate them, including the 30 price difference. Now. I've had the Redmi Note 9s for well over a month, and I also had the opportunity of using the Redmi Note 9 pro in between for about three weeks, and I have detailed review on each of these devices on the channel, and I'm going to leave links in the description in case you haven't checked those out go check them out. Now I'm not going to go into the details of the specifications and features of each of these devices you'll find out in the individual reviews, but rather I'm going to be focusing on what separates these devices from each other. Now, let's get into the details now, when you look at the Redmi Note 9s and the note9 pro, there is just about three things that separate them from each other, being the 64-megapixel main camera, 30 watts, fast charging and NFC. All on the note 9 pro higher on the note9s. We have just 48, megapixel main camera and 18 was fast charging no NFC. When you look inside the boxes of each of these devices, they come with exactly the same accessories. However, the note 9 pro comes with a 33 was fast charger to support these 32 watts fast charging, while the note9s comes with 22 watts, fast charger for its 18 watts fast charging.

Now it takes 110 minutes or 115 minutes for the note 9 pro to charge from 0 to 100, while it takes 145 minutes for the new 9s to charge from 0 to 100, so just about a 30 minutes charge difference between both of these devices. Now, as far as the design goes, the Redmi Note, 9s and pro have exactly the same design. They look exactly alike, however. The note9 pro has two design versions with one looking exactly like the note 9s and the other having a slightly different design on the rear of which I'm going to go for that design. If I decide to pick the note9 pro because it stands out from the note9s, build quality design, button placement display and everything looks exactly the same on the node 9s and note 9 pro, and it's actually going to be difficult to tell the difference between both devices unless you are looking at the internal specifications of the devices.

Now, in my own experience, using the Redmi Note 9s and the Redmi Note 9 pro, it was quite difficult to tell these devices apart. Now, I'm not talking about the design talking about the performance, the performance between these devices. We are very similar and at every point in time I really had to check if I was actually using the note, 9s or the note 9 pro, because I could not tell the performance difference between these devices. Now in terms of the charging, you may argue that the 13 was fast charging on note.9 pro has a significant advantage over the note 9s, which is very correct, but thanks to the 5020 milliampere harbor on these devices, even on heavy usage, I barely needed to charge these devices until the end of my day and 145 minutes was just enough time to pop the light s from zero to a hundred. However, the note 9 pro having 30 watts faster charging, has a significant advantage.

If you have to charge on the go in 30 minutes, you get over 50 percent battery charge, but you're not going to get as much using the Redmi Note 9s. So keep that in mind if you are picking the 9s over the note9 pro now the Redmi Note 9 pro also has NFC, which I believe is an advantage if you have used for it. Personally, I barely had a use case for NFC gaming, with the Redmi Note 9s or the lens pro is going to give you basically the same performance. You can play your high graphics games at high settings and high frame rates with little to no lags nor even hitting issues. Now the benchmark scores on the lu9 km pro are very similar.

Did I forget to mention that the note 9s version I have here is a 4 gig ground version against the 6k gram of the Redmi Note 9 pro, and you can hardly tell any difference even in a speed test, both devices launch apps almost at the same time, most of the time now imagine if you're, using the 6g graph version of the Redmi Note 9s, it will give you exactly the same performance as the Redmi Note 9 pro now, one area where you may find slight difference in the performance between the node, 9 pro and note? 9S is the cameras. Now both cameras have exactly the same specifications except on the main cameras ready note.9 pro has. This is 4 megapixel main camera and the 9s has a 48 megapixel main camera. Selfie sticking on both of these devices are very similar, and you can hardly tell the difference even in portrait mode. The image quality is similar between these two devices.

You, let me know if you can see any difference in the comments section here. You start to see a slight performance difference in the picture. Quality on both of these devices is when you use the main camera now pictures from the Redmi Note.9 pro tends to have slightly better dynamic range than that of the Redmi Note 9s. Now you can't tell these differences if you are using these devices individually, except you want to place them side by side, also, even in high-res mode. The Redmi Note 9 pro retains a lot more detail than the Redmi Note 9s, which is understandable, because the node 9s has a smaller 48 megapixel camera, even in low light and night mode.

Both cameras perform exactly the same. You can hardly tell the difference. Make sure to. So now that you've seen the major differences and similarities between the Redmi Note, 9s and the Redmi Note 9 pro, which should you go for well, since they look exactly the same I'll say if you don't have need for NFC and for a megapixel main camera, it's just enough for you, and it was fast. Charging is also just enough for you of course, save some cash and go for the Redmi Note 9s. But if you want that 30 watts fast charging experience, and you also have need for NFC, and you want the maxed out, 64 megapixel camera realm school for the Redmi Note 9 pro is the best of both devices, and I also advise going for the other design which stands out from the Redmi Note 9s.
