Xiaomi Mi Watch VS Mi Watch Lite - Which One Should You Get 🤔

In this video we're comparing the mi watch against the mi watch, light we're going to be figuring out, which one is the better fit for you and which one you should be buying. So let's get started. Not only are we comparing the mi watch with the mi watch light, but we're also answering all of you guys questions about what these watches can and cannot do that we got on both videos. So all those answers are going to be in this video, so keep listening. But let's begin with the overall design differences between the watch and the mi watch light, the mi watch has a circular traditional design to it. My loving watch light is more like the Apple Watch with that squarish design.

This has two buttons on the mi watch, while the mi watch light has only a single button for home. There's a dedicated button on the watch for the sports mode, which is pretty great for the fitness enthusiast to really quickly get to that. Next, let's take a look at the straps on both of these. Both of these watches have interchangeable straps. The straps on the watch are more flimsy and traditional, like you, get with most watches, while the light has a unique style to it.

The mini watch weighs only 32 grams, while the mi watch light weighs 35 grams, which is quite interesting. The mi watch is optimized for RPG heart rate sensors, as well as having a blood oxygen sensor included. While let me watch light only has a heart rate sensor for the heart rate tracking. Next, let's move on to the display on both of these. The watch has an AMOLED display 1.39 inch, while the mi watch light has a TFT LCD 1.4 inch display the AMOLED obviously looks a lot better and is way more superior. You even have a display on endlessly with an always on display on the mi watch, while the light only has five minutes on and off for that, so you can't have an always on display on the light.

The navigation is pretty much exactly the same for both you just have some more menus in the watch than you do in the main watch light now scrolling and everything on the mi watch also feels a lot better than it does on the mi watch. Light yeah, the mi watch light has more of a page static scroll. While the watch has a proper traditional scrolling mechanism, and you feel a lot more fluid when you're going through different menus and navigating through different settings, it feels just a lot more smooth, and this was one of the main issues I had with the mini watch light. While we were viewing it, it felt a little cheaper and old school when it comes to customization and watch faces. Both of these have a hundred plus different watch faces that are easily customizable using the application.

They both use the same application. So it's pretty much all your choice. If you've ever considered choosing a VPN service, there's always an option to choose between a free one and a paid one. Now right off the bat. A lot of people try to rush for the free one, because well it's free, but with that free price point you get a lot of restrictions and some backhanded data compromise issues.

A freeway pin basically has more traffic, more connection, drops slower speeds and limits on transferring a paid VPN, on the other hand, has its own dedicated servers, which means you get a smooth, seamless connection. A free VPN really has no legal obligations for your data and your logs, while a paid VPN like word specifically has a no log policy and all your data is encrypted by military grade. Encryption now, like I said, the free VPN is free, and they don't have any obligations, so they have to make money somehow the way they usually do. This is by shoving a bunch of ads in your face or worse selling, your data to third-party ad companies to target you, while something like a paid VPN you're paying for the service. So they don't really have any reason to do that.

Underhanded, nonsense so think smarter, stay, secure and use a paid VPN service like NordVPN. Now, let's talk about the fitness side of things, this is where things can get a little drastically different. The watch has a hundred and seventeen sports modes for workout, while the mi watch light only has 11 modes. This is a massive difference, and you can do a lot more with the watch as opposed to the mi watch light. So this is a pretty clear option for the people who are looking for the fitness aspect of this more than anything else, you're, definitely going to want.

The watch over the watch light even getting your full workout summary or your night. Sleep summary. All of that can be achieved on the watch itself, for both or through the application, where you can get a more detailed review of it. That is pretty much straightforward across both of them. You even have five ATM of water resistance across both, so you can go swimming with it, diving with it, whatever you want up to 50 meters, and you should be good to go.

As I mentioned earlier, the mi watch supports the revolutionary blood oxygen monitoring which you can see on the Apple Watch as well, while the mi watch light does not really support this. All you get is the traditional heart rate monitoring for that, so that's kind of the main difference between their sensors. You also get music control for both of these watches, and it works exactly the same way on both watches. Next, let's take a look at the notification side of things both of these receive notifications in the exact same fashion scroll from the top to get notifications. However, you can't reply on both of these.

The watch is supposed to get its own emoji support, but for now the notifications are exactly the same: nothing interesting moving on to the battery and charging. This is where the watch is significantly stronger than the mi watch light. You have a 420 William hour battery as opposed to 230. The charger is a magnetic charger, while the mi watch light is a Pogo pin charger. The mi watch light can give you up to seven days of battery life on a single charge, while the mi watch can give you 14 days of battery life on a single charge.

I don't really like the watch for charging for the mi watch light. I, like my watch being flat, but this one you can't place it flat. To be honest, if you try to place it flat, it'll just bounce back up, so that's something to keep in mind as well, so which watch is the better pick for you. If you're looking for a more general aesthetic, then the mi watch is obviously a better traditional looking smartwatch with better battery life and more fitness modes. If the fitness option is what you're there for the mi watch light is a lot cheaper on the budget.

You still get a very similar feature across both, so you won't be missing out on much. Basically, the budget alternate with a different design, but if you're more into the fitness side, I definitely would recommend the watch over the watching light. So that's about it! That's our comparison between the mi watch and the mi watch light. It really comes down to what style preference you have or what kind of requirements you're. Looking from in a smartwatch for me personally aesthetically, I just prefer the watch over the mi watch light.

It just looks a lot nicer with the display, as well-being AMOLED the colors and everything the vibrancy. The brightness looks a lot nicer, plus it's a circular watch display, which is what I really like over a square watch display. A lot of people may have different opinions on that, and obviously your budget also makes a huge difference to which one you would be getting with all of that out of the way. Let us know in the comments which watch you prefer. The watch or the watch live then we'll be seeing you again in the next video you.
