Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite - Global - FULL review [Xiaomify]

Hey, what's up its wick first, shall we fight, and today I've got the Men 10 light the global Edition? Is this as good as the no 10? Well, let's find out. Let's go so here. I've got the Men 10 light, it's a very, very familiar looking design as I've got the Men 10 right here, and you can kind of see the similarities. The amino 10 light is 157 by 72 by 9 millimeters in size, weighing in at 246 point 47 inches curved AMOLED display with a 1080 by 23 40 resolution and a brightness of 413, it's nude, just like on domino 10. That's got an in glass, fingerprint scanner on the front of the phone and just like an amino 10. The light has got this curve to display, which you can especially see very well when these apps kind of glide over to edge looks pretty cool but definitely needs a few days to get used to on the inside.

It's got a Snapdragon 730, G processor, with either six or eight gigs of RAM and a storage of 64 or 128 gigs. It's got that same huge 50 to 60 million power battery is on the note, 10, and it supports 30 watts, quick charging, which is a nice touch to see on this light version on the front. Furthermore, it's got 60 megapixels, selfie camera and on the back it's got a four sensor. Camera setup you'll find a sixty-four megapixel main camera, with an F 1.8 aperture, an 8 megapixel ultra wide-angle camera with F 2.2 aperture, a 5 megapixel depth, camera for calculating depth in portrait images and 8 2 megapixel macro camera. It also comes with a 3.5 millimeter headphone jack in the bottom of the phone next to the USB-C port and an IR blaster on the top of the phone. It's also got NFC, it's got Bluetooth, 5.0, and it runs me UI 11. So how is the phone in use? Well, the phone is pretty much placed in the lower end of the mid-tier phone.

So it's definitely not the best flagship processor, but it is alright. It managed to keep up with all daily tasks. I mean I could even play some games on it like pub like I'm, doing right here, and it did pretty well actually right now. It is still running me, UI 11. Until me, y 12 is officially released in a few weeks, and that looks and feels like any other Xiaomi phone got all the functions that you've come to expect.

It's got that nice, quick access to the control center from the top. It's got multitasking to run two apps side by side. Furthermore, it's got that mo left with always-on display and that options of it. Furthermore, it's got that nice glowing edge feature when receiving notifications. Furthermore, it's got that two finger swipe to take screenshots.

Furthermore, it's got all the Google apps pre-installed on this global version of the phone, and it's got pretty much everything that you're familiar with by now. So then, if it is that familiar, how is the camera? Well, the camera can never be as great as on domino 10, as this has got half the resolution, but actually managed to take some pretty darn good photos with it when going around the block here to test it up. All of these photos. Here are taken with the main camera lens and that performs pretty good. The photos come out looking sharp and well exposed in the evening.

It does perform less good here. You can see it drops in performance significantly when it's just darkening. It is alright, like this indoor shot, but when it's getting darker than that, it becomes very grainy, and the pictures are not that great. The ultra wide-angle also performs quite well. It's not the highest quality like we've seen in the flagship, Xiaomi phones, but it's not bad.

The portrait photos come out. Looking alright I mean nothing special, but they're. Definitely not bad. The macro photos allow you to get closer to things than with the regular lens, as you can see in this example, but it's not my favorite type of lens on a phone, as you probably won't need it at often, but in case you do need it. Oh, it's here.

So then how do the photos compared to the normal Men 10? So here's a bunch of photos taken with both the Men 10, with the hundred and eight megapixel main camera and on the Minor 10 lights, with the 64 megapixel main camera. It's no surprise that the Minor 10 is better than the light version, but the light does hold some ground, and it's not all dad bad. To be honest, especially in this one, I find both to be pretty good. Well done, how's the video well that one was surprising it films, 4k up to 30 frames per second, and it is crazy stabilized. It comes out very nice actually here.

This is me walking around the West Band here in Ching, HAI and a movement is really, really smooth. I was pleasantly surprised with the video performance on the Men 10 lights. I really am just holding the camera with one hand, but there is a big, but at night it did perform. Different I found the video to be much, much darker than I'm used to on Xiaomi phones, it's a little less grainy than on some other phones. It can be quite sharp, but you can see here.

The image is moving. All over the place, it's not that great and also a little darker, so it's not the best! So just that you know during the day it's an amazing video camera at night. Me so then how's the sound well, the audio is all right. It's nothing special here! This is playing some music on the Men 10 light you can hear it was alright, it's pretty loud doesn't sound all that bad, but ever since the meeting Pro I'm really just spoiled as that audio was, it was just too good. Then the microphone how's that on domino 10 light hey what's up its week, four Xiaomi phi- and this is what I sound like true to me.

Note ten light: let's go so again. The audio recording is quite similar to what we're used to would tell me, and it's its good. It's nothing to comment here. Really I mean it's its fine! So what do I think of the Men 10 light and well? How much is it well? First I was surprised that they actually found a spot for this phone as the Men 10 is pretty much a mid-tier level phone. So then the Men 10 light is a phone in the lower end of the spectrum of mid-tier phones, I guess anyway, generally this is performing well.

It does support a lower tier processor, which is definitely not my favorite processor and in a Geek bench score. It actually scored pretty much as high as the retina note 8 pro. So it's not the best processor as you can see, but it keeps up with daily tasks. Well, it can play some games. It can do all the usual stuff like doing some face booking, some Instagrammer, some emailing everything is just fine.

The camera must much better than I. Actually expected. I expect it to be bashing that one a lot more, but it wasn't all that bad I mean it's not anything like the camera on the Minor 10 itself, but for a lower price. It's its not bad. The video was very good, very stabilized, but only at night the video didn't perform that great as she would have with the Men 10.

Even the selfie camera is not all that impressive. It's surely a lot better on domino 10 I really prefer that one over this. The screen, though, is very good. It's exactly like you would have unto me no ten itself and a very good feature for this curved display is that from the settings you can turn on a setting that will ignore touches on the very edge of the display so that you don't accidentally touch it when holding the phone. That's a pretty smart and cool feature, and then the battery I mean the battery life is just outstanding.

I had it on for two days no problem: I remember when I went to South Africa with the Men 10, which is exactly the same battery capacity, I managed to have the phone on for three days without charging it just worked. It was amazing, so yeah this battery performance is really really perfect. One thing I did notice is that the fingerprint scanner doesn't seem to be as accurate and as fast as I'm used to one thing. I personally didn't like that. Much is that it comes with a bunch of games.

Pre-Installed on the phone I mean you can uninstall them easily, but still I would prefer to control that myself. So to me, no 10 is coming out in Europe and a handful of countries outside of Europe for only 399 euros for the 128 gig and 6 gig RAM model, which does make it a bit cheaper than the Men 10, which still goes for around 550 euros right now. So then I have to point it out. I've been killing it with that many phones coming out this year, but even for me, this stuff is getting confusing, and I feel that Xiaomi is releasing a few phones too many this year, but nonetheless you could go and check out. Some of my other videos got a review on the Men 10 that you can find right here.
