What is going on everybody welcome back to phones and drones, so we have had plenty of time to go hands-on with the Xiaomi me 90, as our daily driver now for a couple of weeks, and this is going to be our full review of this device- stay tuned, all right, everybody here we go so for those of you that have been following the channel, and I've seen my initial hands-on impression with this device. I was blown away. Initially, this phone was not only great via build quality, but also the performance for having the new Snapdragon 730 kind of mid-range chipset, not the most up-to-date Snapdragon high-end processor. The 855. This device has blown away my expectations so first off, let's do a quick rundown of those specs on the front of this display. You do have a six point.
Three nine inches AMOLED not free to spread display, which I cannot preach. How great this looks. It gets super bright in the bright Sun outdoors. You can see it fine with no issues in regard to the camera setup on the back. You are going to have your main wide-angle lens is Ridge of 48 megapixel sensor with an F 1.8 aperture, your 8 megapixel telephoto lens, and also the ultra-wide 13 megapixel camera as well. Now, what you've? Seen? Probably all the fuss about which is what's been popular nowadays? Is the camera module itself on the front? You are going to get your pop-up mechanism.
You can see we're doing another little review on the iPhone XR here. That's why we can record it with this just to try something else out what is going on everybody. So you see the mechanism, you see the little notification LED that it brought to the table as well. The cameras have been impressive, usually on some Chinese phones. The cameras are a weak spot.
The processor is a weak spot and I can tell you. This definitely definitely definitely checks off all those boxes. I've had no issues with this device at all. It now has 18 watt fast charging with the included power, brick that comes with a phone. You do have a four thousand William hour battery and eight gigabytes of RAM, with either a 64 or 128 gigabytes storage option.
You are running Android 9 out of the box with me mu 10 as these the skin over it, not a huge fan again for those of you that follow the channel. I usually change my launcher anyways to Nova, and it works just as great as always on this device pretty clean. Looking I like the accented power button, you have that little red accent your volume rocker on the right hand, side nothing on the left. You are gonna, have your headphone jack! You do have your pop-up camera right there with the notification LED on the top left as well, a single firing speaker on the bottom right and your sim ejector tray with the USB type-c port on the bottom. That is really all the spec one down on here.
It is a looker as it is I've had quite a few people asking me what device this is just because it's not typical in the States where I am located, they love it. It does have an FM radio built-in, as well the little glass and metal sandwich that this is built off of his typical nowadays, but it is great feels great in hand this fingerprint sensor, I talked about in our two you as well is probably one of the best I've used I'll. Show you guys again just how well it works. There is one two three I mean it's, it's pretty instantaneous I haven't used one really better than this. Maybe the one plus seven maybe was a bit faster, but not by much.
If anything, really price wise, I, don't know how Xiaomi has done it at this price, but this device right here is only about three hundred and seventy dollars. I bought this one personally from Amazon I will throw up a link in the description. You cannot go wrong for bang for your buck with this device. You will definitely not be disappointed. It is known also as a Redmi k20 in some markets, but Amazon does have to list it.
As the 90, it's nice that in the box during my unboxing video, as is usual for Chinese devices, it does come with a case. I think it takes away personally from the gorgeous look on the device, so I don't use it, but it is there as well. Really I've had no real complaints about this device. Maybe a single that single down firing speaker, you I make it you know I complain about, but for the price point and what you're getting there is really no competition out there. That does everything.
This do I love it guys I, really highly recommend it. We're now midway through 2019 and I, have not found a better mid-range phone. Snap Samsung's coming out with a bunch of new a series devices to compete, sort of in that same segment, but I used the AAT and have to say this phone blows it out of the water. Beat and 70 are a little larger, plus they're, not the 70s. Only running I believe is Snapdragon 675.
The AAT is running the same chipset, but I. Don't think it has enough battery life and real potential to be a mainstream phone, because of that six point, seven inch display on that phone. That is, it guys, I hope, I touched on everything you really needed to know and had questions about. Let me know if you really have any other questions in the comments section of this video, don't forget to give us a thumbs up, and we will definitely definitely definitely come at you with the note, 10 and note 10 plus review coming in the near future once they release it and have plenty more in store, so make sure you subscribe thumbs up this video guys and leave a comment down below will catch in the next one. Peace.
