Upgrading The Huawei Nova 8 With The Nova 8 Pro Battery By PBKreviews

How's it going guys just want to put a quick video together regarding the nova, 8 and nova 8 pro batteries. If you happen to have a nova 8, and you want to upgrade the battery life to a nova 8 pro, which is a larger battery, you would be able to do that. You have the nova 8 pro battery over here and the nova 8 battery over here. The nova 8 battery is taller than the nova 8 pro. However, the nova 8 pro battery is slightly thicker than the nova 8 battery. So this one over here is the nova 8 battery and the one over here is nov8 pro battery.

So we have the Nova 8 pro frames over here and the nova 8 frame over here. If you want to take nova 8 battery and place it in the nova 8 pro that wouldn't work since it's taller and the battery compartment for it is shorter on the nova 8 pro. However, you would be able to take the nova 8 pro battery and place in the battery compartment for the nova 8. You can see it fits in there perfectly and there is enough room. Connectors are the same, and it connects to it just exactly the same way so over here you can see it's the nova 8.

However, we have the nova 8 pro battery in here with the 4 000 power battery, and it works perfectly fine. So if you do decide to use the nova 8 pro battery in your nova 8, the one thing you would probably have to do is remove the foam padding on the inside of the backplate, since that battery is slightly thicker, and you wouldn't want the battery pushing up on your backplate.
