TCL 10 Pro Review: Flagship Killer or Not?

TCL, a company very well known for its TVs, has been making phones for years and years. However, not phones with its logo on the back with the tcl10 pro. This has changed. TCL has clearly worked very hard to give the 10 pro the basic look and feel of a flagship phone. It is large, but not too large. It has a dual curved screen and the central teardrop notes and feels nice and balanced in the hand it has glass front and back and no camera bump.

Another fresh hardware inclusion is an additional hardware button on the left and handed, which will bring up the Google Assistant. It has a headphone jack. It has a large 6.47 inch, full HD plus AMOLED display with 2340 1080 resolution, which is vibrant. However, not that bright in the sunny weather on the plus side, the phone has full Netflix certifications, so you will be able to stream full HD hdr10 content in all its glory.800 look with any camera. Thanks to these brand-new moment, cine bloom filters, part of the reason I went down that path of just experimenting with film and experimenting with 35 millimeter cameras.

I was just starting to get tired of the clean or clinical look that digital cameras provide. I just feel like sometimes they're, just a bit too sterile they're. Obviously too sharp. I know a lot of people out. There love a crazy, sharp image eyes.

The tcl10 pro runs on a snapdragon 675 chipsets and has 6 gigabytes of ram. It's not that bad setup combination for a lower mid-range phone in 2020. , the camera, app fires up nice and quickly, skipping between multiple open ups and multitasking is easy and enjoyable enough and home screen. Navigation typically feels nice and fluid menus and icon designs. Stick close enough to stock android to feel sufficient, sleek and initiative, and there is no attempt to replace the Google feed to the left of the home screen, which is as it should be.

The tcl10 pro comes with a 4500mah battery that will get you through the day for moderate use, the tcl10 pro ships with android 10, along with a TCL UI overlay. We expect android 11, there are 128 gigabytes of storage, alongside with a micro, SD slot. The four cameras on the back of the phone consists of a 64 megapixel primary sensor, a 16 megabyte super wide sensor, a 5 megabyte macro sensor and a 2 megabyte super low light sensor, the front facing selfie camera clocks in 24, megapixels, foreign. Okay, let's see what I like about this phone, it has an excellent build quality that makes the phone looks expensive and premium it has a beautiful AMOLED display. It has a very solid performance.

There is not any camera bump. Okay. Now, let's go to what I don't like about this phone. There are a lot of things to like on this phone. However, I found some things that I don't like as well.

The tcl10 pro does not have gorillas charging. It is not waterproof. The battery life could be better for its size. The back is very easy to get scratches. The gear screen makes it easy for accidental touches.

You know how to help that in Samsung the low light images are not very good and the camera, especially in portrait mode, is unreliable. Sometimes it works some others it doesn't. Finally, it does not support 5g. When I heard about the tcl10 pro, I really didn't know what to expect a very well known company for TVs is making phones. Now, however, I must say that I was surprised by what you get in the phone for slightly less than 450 dollars.

It has a wonderful design, built quality, big and crispy display good battery life and a performance that is good enough. Tcl10 pro is a phone that is a good choice in the mid-range category. It is far from perfect, as there are things that can improve in the future, but it's good enough for its price and what most people we need it for. Are there any more budget friendly options out there? Definitely yes, however, it is a really impressive effort from TCL and if you do end up picking one for yourself, you won't be disappointed by that choice. I can't wait to see what TCL will make in the future, and this is a great start.

As a disclaimer TCL sent me the tcl10 pro to review on my channel. However, they didn't pay me to say anything on this video, so everything you heard was my honest and unbiased opinion. I hope you enjoyed this video.
