OPPO Reno4 Pro: Global Variant Unboxing And Full Review: A Huge Upgrade! πŸ’―

Hey guys Adam lover here from Adam logo TV and in this video I'll, be giving you my unboxing and my full video review of the Oppo Reno 4 pro so keep watching. Now the Oppo RINO 4 pros box comes in a dark, green turquoise, colored box with the Oppo logo and the specs at the top Reno 4 pro in the middle, and what's cool? Is that if you turn the box and read it from a landscape position, you'll see that it reads Reno, which I love. That interesting touch that Oppo has done over here. Sliding that cover reveals a white box where, once you open that box you'll find another tiny little box, which has the sim ejector pin and the soft phone case inside then underneath you'll find the phone itself behind that you'll find the USB 8 to USB-C, cable and opp, wired earphones and finally, the best part of it all. A massive 65 watts. Yeah, a 65 watt super hook, 2.0 charger where again, while some other smartphones are planning to remove the charger in the box, it's nice that Oppo has taken a better step, including this high-end charger. In this price point in the box itself, now, as for the phone specs, the Oppo RINO 4 pro comes with a snapdragon 720 g chipset with the arena 618 GPU.

It comes with 8 gigs of ram with 256 gigs of storage. Then it comes shipped with android 10, with color OS 7.2. Now going to the color finishes, this pro variant comes with two colors for you guys to choose from here in Malaysia, the one which I have is called the starry night, and it also comes in silky white now, starting from the design and build quality. Now this is one of the main things that I really love about the phone as it had a thin body at only 7.7 mm and a light body at only 161 grams, but it still did feel amazing on the hands and quite solid too at the back. There's a matte anti-glare finish where the four cameras are placed at the top left of the phone in a vertical position, with a unique design which, once again a lot of smartphones, tend to follow each other's design, and it's great that Oppo has decided to come up with this unique camera design with a very thin camera bump.

But there will be a slight wobble if you type the phone on the surface. So keep that in mind. Another neat feature about the phone's built is the fact that it has the front 3d curve screen, which is a 90, hertz, borderless sense screen design that melts towards the side of the phone, giving the premium flagship look to the phone with a single hole, punch camera at the top left. Now, as for the ports and buttons looking down below, there is an USB c port with the mono stereo speakers on the right and the headphones jack on the left. Nice then, on the right.

There is the power button with the green colored line on the button and on the left there is the volume rocker. Finally, on top there's the dual sim card and the micro SD card slot over there. Now, as for the phone screen, it has a 6.4 inch e3 super AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080 by 2400 pixels, with a 92.01 screen to body ratio and a 20 by 9 screen aspect ratio. And yes, since it has a super AMOLED panel watching videos on this phone was great with excellent colors and extremely high dynamic contrast. Ratio of 5 million to 1 by watching Netflix was truly amazing, since it is Netflix, HD certified and also not forgetting YouTube, as well.

Now with the 90 hertz screen and the high 180 hertz sampling rate, it also made watching videos very smooth indeed and worth mentioning is the fact that the screen also has a total of 1100 nits of big brightness. Now, let's look at the camera specs. The phone has a 48 megapixel, f 1.7 aperture 26 mm wide lens, which is using the mix 586 sensors and 8 megapixel, f, 2.2, ultra-wide angle, lens, a 2, megapixel, f, 2.4 macro lens and a 2 megapixel mono camera also known as a depth camera. So the first highlight of the cameras feature is the AI color portrait, where it maintains a portrait subject and applies a black and white filters to the background to produce highlighting effect for the subject which made the phone unique when it comes to the photo taking capabilities. As for the portrait mode, the subject to background separation was great to give you a high quality, shallow depth of field which you can adjust to both accordingly, which was also a neat feature, and I also love how there are several color presets over there, which means that you don't have to typically edit the photo after you have taken a shot now, as I mentioned before, in general, people do not usually use the 48 megapixel mode often, but here are some of the shots, we're looking at the regular shots like the other Oppo smartphones.

They have tested. It's still one of the best color accurate photos. They have seen in a smartphone giving a very good dynamic range. Even if the lights is against you as seen over here- and there is up to five times zoom since there is a dedicated telephoto lens, then looking at the ultra-wide angle, shots it felt like it was really flagship material and one of the best they have seen, as some phones have a too wide of a focal length, giving a fish eye kind of effect and some not as ultra-wide. But I felt that this ultra white lens on the phone was nice to cover a very substantial focal length.

Now, when taking photos at night, there's also a unique feature called the night fly portrait which combines the night mode and also the portrait mode that brightens the image at the same time, giving you a nice both background as well and speaking of versatile. The phone allows you to take night mode shots for all the lenses from the ultra-wide lens to the five times zoom as well, making it a very versatile camera smartphones during low light situation. Now, as for the front camera, it comes with a 32 megapixel, f, 2.4, aperture, 26 mm wide lens, and when it comes to the selfie shots here is where, once again, the shots did not look like it was over processed or even overly saturated and all the shots that I took were without the beauty modern on where you can see. The excellent details on the pictures then, as for the portrait, selfie mode, was also really amazing, with just the right amount of background blur without losing any details at the back and what's cool is that the AI color protrude mode is also applicable for this front camera and also there's the ultra night selfie, as well as for video, the rear camera records up to UHD 4k 2160 up to 60 frames per second and the AI color mode is also available for the video mode as well. Giving you the option to take some unique shots with filters like portrait, color retention, again sky, blue forest, green and crimson as well, and if you love those slow motion shots, you can take slow motion.

Videos from 480 frames per second at 1080p. Up to 960 frames per second at 720p, then looking at the regular 4k video recording the videos, look, nice and sharp, and the image stabilization was perfect, with the ultra steady mode 3.0, especially on the main lens, and even without the ultra steady mode turned on. It looked very stable. But if you want to take some ultra steady shots, you can always switch to that mode where I cut up to 1080p up to 60 frames per second, where the image stabilization felt very gimbal-like. And yes in the video mode, you can zoom up to five times which again made the phone's video, taking capabilities very versatile as well, then.

As for the front, it records up to 1080p up to 30 frames per second, where the quality of the camera was great and there's also an ultra steady mode. For this front, video camera, where the video is cropped in to ensure a very stable front camera. But, as usual, I love taking videos using the rear camera to take the best quality when it comes to Instagram stories or even vlogs as well, and the AI color portrait is also applicable in the front facing camera, giving you a more creative option for that as well. Now, as for the phone speakers, it has a mono speaker, but with the Dolby Atmos, where the overall volume was great at 88.3 db, with nice, vocal clarity and nice on the highs and the high-end mid, and here is a quick, sound test. As for the phone software, it is shipped with the latest android 10 with color OS 7.2, and this color OS skin. The more I use the phone as my daily driver, the more I'm loving this android skin since the swiping at the middle of the screen has been introduced to this color OS as well, and since it comes with a high 90hz refresh rate using the phone from a day-to-day basis was great, with great multitasking capabilities, with now any issues with app crashing.

When I was using the phone on a daily basis, now on to the phone's battery, it comes with 4 000 Williams of battery, where I got a total of 5 hours and 30 minutes when I was at 10 battery at 90 hertz, which was perfect. But if you want to save more battery, you can always switch to the auto select mode on the screen refresh rate settings. But since I enjoyed the 90 hertz refresh rate, I just stuck to that, especially since it has the ability to fast charge at a massive 65 watt, super hook, 2.0, which was just mind-blowing as I got from zero to 60 to a mere 17 minutes. So with that, I had absolutely no battery anxiety when I was using the phone as my daily driver. Now.

As for gaming, I tested PUBG and gear club and since both of the apps supports high refresh rate, it gave me an amazing experience with the 90 hertz refresh rate. So, yes, I really love playing games on the phone where, to my surprise, it did not even overheat since it has a 3d multi-cooling system. So that was a huge plus as well now. In conclusion, the Oppo Renault 4 is a phone which checks all the right boxes with a new introduction on the software features, especially on the camera app a premium design which makes this a recommended mid-high level smartphone. Indeed, now, as for the price here, Malaysia, it is priced at 2399 ringgits for the Oppo Renault 4 pro, and the none pro variant is going for 1699 ringgits, where I'll leave links down below for you guys to get one as you can pre-order it between the 3rd and the 7th of august.
