Should You Buy the Nike or Standard Apple Watch Series 5? By AppleInsider

Debating between at the Apple Watch, Sirius 5 and the Apple Watch at Nike series 5, let's figure out which one to choose in this video: hey all Andrew here from Apple Insider, and today we are talking about the Nike version of the Apple Watch. This is the newest version of the Apple Watch, and we just got our hands on the Nike version just a few days ago, and we're here to answer your questions on what is the difference with the Nike version, and should you buy the Nike version of the Apple Watch? So let's go ahead and talk about it now. The Nike version of the Apple Watch is not that different from the other versions of the series 5, it runs watch iOS 6. It has the same specs same performance. All of that is the same, but there are a few reasons that you may choose to go with the Nike vs any of the others. First up your kind of get a little more value.

Apple does 3 software. Add a few additional watch faces to the Nike version. So if you want the most bang for your buck, maybe consider getting the Nike. There are three launch faces available, be at Nike, hybrid, analog and digital, and each of those have a ton of customizations that you can do to them to make them look completely different. So there are a lot of different watch faces coming to that version of the Apple Watch.

They also have a Nike complication which allows you to easily jump into the Nike Run Club app, which cannot be removed from those watch faces that you can still add it to any of the other watch faces out there. So if you really like running then definitely consider getting the Nike version of the Apple Watch Series 5. Lastly, you can bundle the Nike version with any of the Nike bands, whether it's the sport loop or the sports bands from Nike. No other watt can be bundled with those they can still be purchased extra additionally for 50 bucks. But do you really want to shell out that extra money? We need just get them, bundled with the band anyway, if you've already got danced around, but you just want the new Nike versions.

You're going to have to pick up in the Nike version on the Apple Watch to get them in the box. Now. There are also a few reasons why you may choose not to pick up the Nike version of the Apple Watch and the main reason is going to be you're looking at different case materials. So the Nike only comes in aluminum. It comes in 40 and 44 millimeter sizes, and so her and space gray.

But you can't get it in stainless steel. You can't get it in titanium, nor can get it in ceramic. So if you want any of the other case options, you cannot go with Nike. They simply don't have those options available. You can get those case controls by themselves, but you're not gonna, get it to bundle with the sports fans or any of the Nike bands, and you're, not going to get those exclusive watch faces.

Lastly, when choosing between the aluminum and the aluminum Nike, the biggest difference again is just going to be the band's. Whatever you want to bundle it with, if you're, not interested in the Nike bands and the sports tips or anything, but you'd prefer something like the leather loop, or you want to leave the apples. Other bands bundling it as a great discount because you ditch the sport band. You saved kind of $50 I'm, taking those bands up separately, so we're looking at different bands, go with the regular Apple Watch and bundle it with what you want. But if you want the best bang for your buck, you, like the Nike bands, definitely consider getting the Nike version of the Apple Watch, Series five, so that pretty much sums it up.

Those are the differences between the regular Apple Watch Series. Five and the Apple Watch Nike series, five they're, the same watch performance, everything's gonna, be the same, but you get different watch band options on purchase, and you get a few different watch faces.
