Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 Unboxing Color Hinge By MrHG78

Hey welcome back everybody I wanted too quickly. Show you guys. Uh just arrived is the galaxy fold? Z, uh? Sorry, this is the Galaxy Z. Full two gotta get this straight, because now they got the z and then the full. This is actually the custom colored one. So we're going to take a look.

I know there's already the release of the galaxy fold or Galaxy Z for two five g's, but this was actually the custom colored one that got it placed over and, as you know, in the past, they had a nice unboxing experience on it. So now, they're, actually even up their game here with the new uh unboxing, which is pretty nice, is actually it's got the nice uh. I got the bronze here, uh that I'll be using here. I also have another one coming in that has the uh trim in the blue color here as well. This is the old uh.

This is the first generation which is pretty nice. As you can see, it's got the smaller screen at the front, but we'll go. Compare those but just to show you kind of back the box unboxing. It was if you had it was a nice and expensive nice experience of opening it so now that they have this nice one. This uh take a quick cut here, real quick here now we'll open this up real, quick, and we'll take a look at, so we can see what um what this new unboxing is and the color in case you guys, are considering ordering a custom color for the hinge part, which is pretty nice right now they have available they've been released this with just a regular color.

I believe this is a silver color, but see it's got that nice, uh butterfly, look which is nice. So now you get this gray unboxing here, so now it opens up this way, and you got this a whole new experience here. It gives you the change of shape of the future, which is pretty nice little card here that you know kind of shows what it has and things like this and in here you get another little box, and in here it sounds pretty empty. So we'll see, what's in here, see if there's anything special. Since this is, you know the colored versions, let's see if there's anything besides, that, you only get the same extractor tool here, which is in here it's nice and secured in there, and you get some introduction in the Galaxy Z fold to 5g, which kind of gives you just a little of what it is, and I guess what to expect it's.

A new hideaway hinge ultra-thin glass, which is nice uh. In the past. The previous version had the kind of like the soft plastic um screen with the screen protector, which was nice uh. You can tell, but you can actually, you know, fill this a little on the soft side, so you get the most for your phone. This is the Samsung care and this is kind of the GPS terms and conditions.

It's not I'm not going to spend too much time in here so that let's just send some care. So yes, that's quick reference. So, let's get into the uh phone itself. Oh, wow! This is pretty nice, as you can see here. Uh.

Let's put this. I'm going to put this on the side here. For now. Let me uh I'll set this over here. I don't wanna, have it slammed down or anything? So, let's go look a little down further deep uh.

This is this, gives you the Galaxy Z, premiere service kind of the same thing as it was in the past. It gives you know some numbers to call when you uh need to make phone calls or anything for the uh. You know for the phone. If you had any issues or anything like this, it would actually, you know, give you this uh toll-free number, and you can call it's got that one-year screen replacement offer, which is for one time you get to replace it for 149 dollars if you purchased it before uh December 31st of 2021, which is pretty good um. You know if you break one of this, the screen, since it is a bigger screen, so um, that's a good thing to have there just in case uh.

So now it has a bigger screen in here. So in here uh you get as you can see here, it's got the little cable box or not not the cable box, but the uh just the cables in here. That's basically what it is in here, so we'll undo this one, so you guys can see, so now it comes with that, since it's the types you all see here just to show you guys that in their see how it is in there, so we'll set that to the side, and now it has a fast charger which is pretty nice. So this is quick charger, so that uh, you know, gives you the able to charge the phone a little. You know faster, I believe, on the other one um it had the uh slower charging, uh charger so set that aside and in here there's nothing else.

So, as you can see here now, it's in the box. So let's put that to the side here and just bring over the uh the fold. Oh, this is uh pretty nice, as you can see now um, when you have it open, it does have the hideaway hinge like it says it is now. So I like, I really like this bronze color, so let's go ahead and unwrap this kind of gives you the just kind of would carry instructions in there case. You guys wanted to see that, so I just kind of don't press hard.

You know don't fold it with the things inside between it's, not dust or waterproof. Uh do not remove the screen protector. That's same thing like in the past. Uh cannot do that, and then it's got you know contains magnetic. So it's just kind of give you a warning.

So this uh, oh this- is nice I'll power this up in a little, but we'll do a quick walk through the fold there really quick, and then I'll, compare it to the other one. Just so you guys can see. As you can see, it's got a nice finish in here uh. This is premium um aluminum finish here all the way around here, as you can see here, it's got the uh speaker grille here at the bottom and as you go further out to the right here, then you see the U. S.

type c USB. It's got the mic in there on the side. Next to it and as we go down, you know oops sorry around to the right of it. It's all kind of clear here, which is pretty nice, there's nothing there and then here you have the power button. Now that which is now the fingerprint sensor, which is nice now you can program your thumb or your finger as you power it on.

So it's also an uh be the fingerprint rather than before, uh. It was a fingerprint sensor on the bottom and the power button was separate. Uh, here's the rocker on our rocker switch for the uh volume control up or down, and as you move up here, it's got a nice little curve. As you can see here, uh it's got a nice little detail so that that's pretty nice on there as well. So let me back this up a little and as we come up here to the top there, you can see another mic as well up here in the top and then, as you can see here, it also has another speaker grille here at the top as well.

So that's pretty nice uh and then um on the left hand, side is pretty much clear with nothing there, and it's got. You know the down the sim card down at the bottom uh. So that's where it is. So that's that's nice uh, as you can see here. Another thing I want to show you guys.

I don't know if the camera can catch this but see how smooth and round uh this edges. I have to tell you guys this is very smooth and round. So, actually, probably when it's closed, it's going to hold and feel really nice on your hand. So that's nice and see how it's all in here with the new hinge system, as you can kind of see how it butterflies in here uh. It does have a little lift here, and then it goes back in, so that's part of the new uh kind of the new uh.

I think that way the hinge works nowadays or the way they did it. So here in the back, it's got that matte color finish of the uh. You know the bronze color, which is nice. I really like that. As you fold the whoa there, you go just kind of show you that orange look.

Look how nice that looks. I really like that see how it's a lot much bigger um. I don't know if the video can actually capture, but this hinge kind of really looks like it's protruding out I'll show you guys the difference. Uh see how much bigger and protruding that is, which is nice, because now it kind of stands out, which you know, that's the big difference of the first generation and the second generation, that's sturdier, as I'm actually trying to close it. I can see it.

It feels tighter, then this one's a little on the kind of see a little on the wobbly side, which was okay and this one really solid, see snaps in place and this one you're able to actually hinge that at pretty much. Let me see how much a lot of angles as you can see there, which is nice, because now you can set this even though this one you could set it at certain, pretty much like this, and that was it, and you can do your typing. This one is going to have this actually has more apps that take advantage of this split screen this way, because now the way it is has a hinge once you get to that point, it gets top heavy, as you can see. Unless let me see you switch it this way, and I guess the heavier part just keep in mind if you do want to keep it like at this angle, just switch it around to where the uh front facing or the camera is actually on the bottom side and keep this, so that's where the less weight. So I like this new hideaway hinge when you have it like this, very nice stays solid, it doesn't feel you know loose or anything at all, but that color once you open it up, this is the orange one I'll be receiving the um, the one with the blue hinge as well.

So I'll do a review, so you guys can see that I'm just showing you guys. I know this has been out already for weeks, but I just wanted to kind of show you guys if you guys were interested in getting the custom um hinge. This is what you can expect to see. You know, at least in the color. It's a nice color.

I have to tell you hopefully in the video kind of catches how nice this is the color and um. You know in case you want to buy it and then the other thing, as you can see now the back part of it uh with the cameras, you got the bigger cameras now the bigger notch for the camera. It's that the flash in there so um, that's good on this. On the first generation, you can see all the around the edges itself. It's just basically the plastic.

That goes all the way around there's nothing in here, but what I did notice just right now. Also, this one actually has like little bumps uh bumpers here, as you can see here, there's one here and there's another one on this other, and I don't know if that video can catch that. Hopefully it does, and it only has it on one side, and you can see how much uh this one's a little thicker on the the surrounding plastic. This was you can see how much thinner that is, which is nice, because again this kept the bezel very, very, very thin, as you can see compared to both of them right there. So that's nice, so I guess they added that.

So that way, when you close it, it's actually, as you can see there, it's going to bump into that. I just I hadn't noticed that until now you can see it's actually uh. It's got a little separation in there. You can see right through, so that actually does not close all the way, and that is done because of that bumper, so now towards the center in the past, you can see they had it out on that one corner here: Samson now they put it in the center, which is pretty nice uh, just kind of keep it all. Even in there.

So yeah um, it's pretty nice color here this is uh again. This is considered that red. I know I think I might have said orange, but it's actually red it's supposed to be red, but I'm telling you this. This looks orange, I'm going to double-check the site and see um if they actually changed or what happened, because this actually looks orange 100. I don't see no red, maybe I'll.

Take it outside we'll. Do a little quick, video out there as well and see um if it's uh, yeah um, that's a quick rundown of the uh! Oh, one more thing. Also. I want to show you guys this. It does have a like a screen protector in here as well.

You can kind of see there um, you can barely see the around it. So this one you know once it gets scratched up, you can remove this, and then you got the glass kind of the bottom. The first generation didn't have one, but this one they have included it, and you can see in there um all the way around these edges uh. That's very tight! So that's nice because you can barely see that screen, and also it has another one built in inside in here. So you can see it around the camera there, where it's got the um.

You know the difference in the screen protector. I'm going to check it out. I believe I'm not too sure, but I believe maybe I think on this one you're able since the bottom is glass, I believe on this one. Maybe I think we can take off, even though I think it said not to take it out, but I think you can take off that screen protector, and then you can purchase uh some other screen protectors for it as well. So um yeah, I got another, it's uh.

We got another little quick um since I got this one here. Lets uh, I got another quick unboxing guys here we go. We got another, oh another z fold, two 5g coming in. So this is another one. That's here and it's available.

I want to show you guys in case you guys are interested. I know um, there are different colors and things like this. So I'll show you in case you guys wanted to purchase or pick this one up. Let me I didn't slide the bottom one open. So let me get the, so I can get this opened up here, yeah, so this one.

I wanted to show you again if you guys are picking the colors uh. That gives you a chance to see. You know what color you know. Supposedly that's the know the um, the red color but, like I said that looks orange to me so yeah, lets uh, let's set this one to the back, we'll put this one here. You know we have a little collection going on there.

So yeah. Let's take a look at this one and again the nice unboxing. Here we go and same paperwork, so we're just going to put this to the side. Just we don't need to go through that. We already check it out same thing.

That's in this box, so we'll just set that aside- and here we go we'll pull this out care instructions. Again, it tells you here everything you have to do. Do not remove the screen protector film and do not install other films or stickers, as doing so may cause product damage. So there we go. So we cannot take the inside screen protector, but it doesn't really say anything about the outside screen this one, like I said the other one.

I think that can that one can be taken out because that's a hard glass. So again, I guess the inside is not removable or not recommended. I know the um you'll see some places trying to sell that they are removable. So don't do that again. The inside is nothing new same as the other one.

So lets uh close this upset this to the side here and let's quickly, um, let's open this one up same thing: this is the mystic bronze. But let's see what color this is. Let's check it out. So you guys look at nice. It is in here.

So if you guys were interested- and you guys were picking up colors and you guys were interested in looking here- you go, this- is the blue color check it out, so you guys were interested in uh. Picking up, you know designing your colors, and you wanted to get blue this one does look blue. It almost looks like a nice kind of aqua blue. It's not a dark blue, so you know that way. You know yes, hopefully the video can catch it really, guy perfect.

So it's more of a yeah. It looks anodized on the color right here, and it is uh sort of like a light blue. But I like if it's a nice blue. As you can see here, it stands out perfect, as you can see here, everything on their shows it's showing off there and let's put this uh. This is again.

This is supposed to be red, but it looks orange again. It's only because I think sort of gives it that anodized color looking, but that is um more of I think if you were to purchase it and if you like orange um, pick the red, and it's going to be um, it's going to look orange to you once you get it. If you like red, and you want it red, then I don't recommend you pick up the red. Because this you can, it's going to look orange, I'm telling you um, I know so now. Here we have all the first generation and the new second generation, with the two different colors I'll see.

If uh, maybe I can pick up the other two other colors. I think there is, and so we can compare- and you know so- you guys can see what they actually look like, because I know in the videos and uh online. It's just pictures, so it's kind of hard to always decide you know. Do I like that color or not this way, you can see that maybe I'll take these outside, and we can take a look on the outside, so you can see um how they look uh with the light and everything on there? So again, nothing special same thing. Nice and close.

You know all the way around very nice. Your know can hold this. Furthermore, you know drippy and everything so yeah uh hope this uh helps. But lets uh, let's do a quick video I'll take these outside, and then we can just kind of look at these and see the colors on here as well and hope this video helps you guys uh. We are, let's take a look outside and see how you know kind of the colors how they look out here so um, as you can see here, this, the aqua blue one does look like uh, the blue color. So that does stand like still with the blue. It does, you know, doesn't change too much of a color on there as you can see there. Hopefully you guys can catch that in the video and on the uh on the which to consider red it's um. It's actually still looking orange look kind of looking color, but now that it's outside it kind of does look a little on the reddish side.

So it kind of looks like a red orange. As you can see here, but um you can see still it looks if you guys are looking for more on the red side. It's still going to have more of an orange color looking to it, I'm trying to get that, hopefully, the video catches as much as I can of the actual color, but you can see that it still has that orange tint to it so um yeah, it's kind of its nice still, even though it's like an orange color still, I still actually like that. Color still, so, if you guys were considering that color to choose, don't hesitate, they're, both very nice, colors, and I'll, try to see we can pick up the other. I believe there's the other two colors.

So we can take a look at those two and again, it's very nice out here outdoors, lets uh show you kind of the display, see it's nice and bright so the light it doesn't affect too much uh outdoors, even though it's not a bright sun, it's kind of since coming down, but still being outdoors, it's nice and bright. You can adjust it again. You can adjust the contrast and everything on that on the phone itself, so yeah, that's a very nice uh other than that. I hope this video helps we'll take a'll, take a quick outdoor photos, and I'll put them on here and see you know just the camera capturing, so you guys can see what it actually does, and this is very nice. I, like the new uh hinge part of it.

You have to be very careful when you set them down, especially on a hard surface, because you got to remember. The camera is uh protruding out here, so it is going to get can get scratched up. They do, I think, sell some screen protectors for that. So maybe you might consider putting that in the camera itself, because it can't get scratched or get a case that protrudes, but then you'll be covering the nice mystic bronze color that this phone has. So maybe you can get a see-through case which will help you, you know, show the color you can see.

It doesn't sit quite evenly because of the hump of the camera itself on that corner. But you know the nice thing it does lay flat. It doesn't wobble anymore, like you know, not that the other ones wobbled, but you know it's just the way the hinge was at that time. That was what they can do, and that was the best they had so yeah. I hope this video helps um.

You guys want to pick up any of these colors and at least for now this uh. Now you know that the red is orange kind of looking red orange uh. If you guys wanted to get the blue, the blue is like an anodized aqua kind of aquaculture. I would say aqua, color, blue, so yeah, thanks for watching.
