Samsung Galaxy S20 5G Unboxing and First Impressions! By Danny Minick

What's up YouTube, it's Danny back in the video and uh. Pardon me I just woke up, as you can probably tell my face, is all it's got that wake up? Look. You know, you know that. Look you get when you just wake up yeah! It's got that. I don't even know what it's called just you can just tell woke up rambling anyway. Uh today is a different kind of video uh one I never thought I'd be making, but here we are and uh.

This is so weird because you all know I'm a huge apple enthusiast, you know or fanboy. If you want to call it that, and what I have in my hand is anything but an iPhone uh. It is the Samsung Galaxy s, 25 g 128, gigs and uh yeah. It's unlocked by Samsung. So here we go.

This is mine, I'm keeping this. I am reviewing this phone, but it's mine to keep um as well. So an unlocked phone means all I have to do is pop in a sim card, and I've got service. So I got the gold knife out. So what I'm going to end up doing, obviously, to fully review, because I am going to review this phone, it's going to be a separate video where I'm going to review the s20, but I'm taking the sim card out of the iPhone my iPhone, and it's going to be in this phone.

I'm excited okay, I love the iPhone. I love apple, but I just need a change. You know in my daily driver, and I'm going to do something. I never thought I'd. Do I'm not getting rid of the iPhone I'm actually still paying for the iPhone uh with 18 t uh? Do I'm doing monthly payments just because the phone was 1500 by the end of it all anyway, the plastic has been cut, but the fact that I now own two phones- that means I can just easily switch back and forth? All I have to do is literally pop the sim card at one and put in the other.

So if I get tired of the Samsung Galaxy, I just take the sim card out and put it back in the iPhone. It's like nothing ever happened, so there we go. First, look: look at that phone, so I got the gray version. They have gray, blue and pink. I wanted the pink, but it wasn't available uh, but the gray was so looked at that look at the camera setup on the back.

I cannot wait to try these cameras out so there's the phone itself. Let's see what else we get in the box, we get oh wow, it's pretty big chart uh charger plug superfast charging charger plug. I don't know if the camera's going to be able to see that little print, USB, cable, very nice, love that USB. It's the way to go. Everybody is moving to that so including apple as well as what is this, so we also get a set of earbuds that are USB on one end and earbuds on the other.

There you go, so I don't know how well that's gonna focus my face in a way but yeah. So let me go ahead and pull off the love that sound pull off the uh protective, covering temporary protective, covering um and then same for the front as well. Very nice, very nice, like you all, saw that, but a bug just fell from the ceiling like a moth or something solid light. I guess so. First boot, hey very nice screens on these are always mind-blowing, always Samsung.

So weird, I have not been the biggest fan of galaxy phones in the past, but the new ones they have out are just amazing. Let's get easily by started you through the steps. You've got the little pinhole camera. I don't know if my camera's going to be able to focus on what I wanted to. No, because it's capturing the ring light there you go there, you kind of saw it all right.

So, let's go we're going to set it up. Real quick English phone is checking for updates. Also, I'm not going to be just like out there without a case. You got a case with it. So UAG I love UAG.

In fact, UAG is on my current life. Oh where's, my phone. Where did I put my others? I use UAG on the iPhone 10s max, so good brand great brand, not a sponsor that'd be cool, but no. This thing had a screen protector on it. You mean something went wrong.

Dude like this, I'm trying to do a video you keep saying something went wrong priest please try again, I think Samsung puts the screen protector on this yeah. I think they do. I think it looks like they do. Furthermore, I don't know something I can just see like a little clear edge. Sorry, this is taking a second.

I don't know I'll do this. I guess I'll. Just you know set up my Google account later because it's not going through it's not the phone's fault. It's its! Probably google yeah face recognition. I'm going to set that up right now continue when you unlock with face recognition, say on the lock screen until you swipe turn this off to go directly to the last screen.

You were using okay face working faster recognition. Yeah, require both require open eyes. Absolutely yeah. I'm unlocked like this. This time, I'll lock my phone no require open eyes.

Definitely that's funny, adding finishing touches yep! I will do that. I have my Samsung account with my actually created a Samsung account when I bought my new TV, which you guys have not even seen, yet I'm going to do a video on that TV. It's a beast. It's massive. I had to redo half the office, the layout of the office, to get it to fit in here, 65-inch curved Samsung TV, so when I know bought that I created a Samsung account.

So what a beautiful screen look at this that is beautiful now the screen is only on 60 hertz, and I'm about to fix that, because yeah display we want dark mode. First, absolutely um. What's the smoothness we're going to go high, refresh rate 120 hertz apply now this does drain the battery a little, but I'd rather have all their guys. Oh, the 120 hertz screen is amazing. You know I'll do that later.

I guess man like I know you won't be able to see it on camera just because this camera's not capturing into 120 hertz, but man. I wish you could see what I see you're only getting, I think 24 frames or 60 frames. Furthermore, I think 24. But yo yo what up wow well. I know that sound reminds me of Mel when she would be on chat.

Her phone go up like that all the time it's funny anyway. That'll do it for this uh quick kind of quick, almost 17-minute video, almost of uh, the unboxing of the Samsung Galaxy s25g, I'm excited, I'm excited! I'm going to set this up. I'm going to get this connected. Furthermore, I'm going to pop my sim card into it and uh yeah stay tuned for more videos.
